    Rancangan Model Performansi Risiko Rantai Pasok Agroindustri Susu dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Logika Fuzzy

    Titik kritis dari performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu terletak pada karakteristik produknya yang mudah rusak. Risiko tertinggi yang teridentiļ¬kasi pada rantai ini adalah risiko susu terkontaminasi bakteri dan antibiotik. Risiko ini muncul dari rangkaian aktivitas yang terjadi mulai dari peternakan, koperasi dan Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS) yang akan mempengaruhi performasi rantai pasok keseluruhan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk merancang model performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs). Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menerjemahkan suatu besaran yang diekspresikan menggunakan bahasa (linguistic). Secara umum dalam sistem logika fuzzy terdapat empat buah elemen dasar, yaitu: basis kaidah (rule base), mekanisme pengambilan keputusan (inference engine), proses fuzziļ¬kasi (fuzziļ¬cation) dan proses defuzziļ¬kasi (defuzziļ¬cation). Ada tiga komponen yang dipertimbangkan dalam rancangan model yaitu proļ¬l performansi, proļ¬l risiko dan eksposur risiko dalam ukuran waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Tahap pertama dimulai dengan menganalisis eksposur risiko yang tidak terhindarkan yang meliputi analisis karakteristik lingkungan dan konļ¬gurasi serta karakteristik rantai pasok agroindustri susu. Tahap kedua adalah menganalisis eksposure risiko yang dapat dihindari. Tahap ketiga adalah mengubah eksposur risiko ke dalam ukuran performansi waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Pada tahap kedua dihasilkan magnitude risiko, yang merupakan fungsi dari nilai probabilitas dan severity yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs).Dengan model ini diharapkan dampak kerusakan dari risiko yang muncul pada rantai pasok agroindustri susu dapat terukur dan dapat diminimasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan (robustnes) dari rantai pasok

    The fault diagnosis process in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) hydraulic machines for steel processing relies on skills, experiences, and maintenance technicians' understanding of the machine. The problem is many junior maintenance technicians are inexperienced and unskilled. This paper proposes a conceptual framework for a fault diagnosis system for the CNC hydraulic machine to help a maintenance technician in a fault diagnosis process. The framework uses association rule mining to discover hidden association patterns between fault symptoms and causes from historical machine fault data. The framework has consisted of data standardization, knowledge acquisition, and a model of the fault diagnosis system. The data standardization aims to make the data ready to be mined by assigning a fault tag for each record of historical fault data. The tagged repair records are used to produce symptomsā€“cause associative knowledge. The produced knowledge is refined by corrective actions acquired from expert knowledge. The knowledge is then stored in the fault knowledge database in the form of IF-THEN rules. The reasoning machine is developed to map the fault symptoms as IF and the causes as THEN. Production operators can fill in the fault symptoms by choosing the standardized fault symptom tag. When a maintenance technician reviews a fault report, the system, through a reasoning machine, will access the appropriate IF-THEN rules based on the fault symptoms that the production operator has filled in. The system concludes the fault cause and recommends suitable corrective action

    The critical point of performance and risk supply chain in a dairy product agro-industries was found in the productā€™s perishable characteristics. Bacterial and antibiotic contaminations have been identiļ¬ed as the major risks. This risks arise from a series of activities strarting from farms, cooperatives and Milk Processing Industry that will affect the entire supply chain performance. This paper aimed to design performance and risk supply chain model for agroindustrial dairy product supply chain risks by using Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS) approach. The approach is used to translate a quantity that is expressed using the language (linguistic). The fuzzy logic system provides four basic elements, namely : (i) rule base; (ii) inference engine; (iii) fuzziļ¬cation; (iv) defuzziļ¬cation. There are three proposed components in the model, namely : (i) performance proļ¬le; (ii) risk proļ¬le and (iii) risk exposure, which were expressed in time, cost and quality. The initial stage began with the analysis of invetible exposure risk exposure, including analysis of environmental and conļ¬guration characteristics, as well as dairy agro-industries supply chain. The second stage was analysis of evitable exposure risk, while the third stage was to change, risk exposure into time, cost and quality performance units. The second stage generateds risk magnitude of risk as a function of probability and severity, the two value that were measured with Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS).     Method and approach Mapping for Agri-food Supply Chain Risk Management: A literature review

    One of the agri-food characteristics is perishable product which made it has a higher chance damage risk from the farmer to the consumer. While issues around food security and associated risks are extremely important. Some methods or approaches have been used to identify and assess risks that occur in agri-food supply chain. The purpose of this paper was to identify the development of methods or approaches used to identify and assess the risks that occured in the agri-food supply chain. The articles search was undertaken through articles search on selected relevant journals of supply chain risk management for agri-food published from 2004 until 2014. A total of 77 randomly selected journal articles had been analyzed. These mapping were arranged in systematic stages, started from searches related supply chain risk management for agrifood. Furthermore, the articles identified and classified the methods or approaches for each stage of supply chain risk management, and were divided into three main stages: risk identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation. The last, the articles of risk identification are categorized into three groups : qualitative, semi-quantitative and qualitative.The mapping results showed that risk assessment supply chain for agri-food was much related to microbiology risk assessment. It related to the characteristics of agri-food products. Standard models used for risk assessment in supply chain for agri-food were based on integration of statistical analysis and simulation. The other techniques used included intelligent technique, optimization models and multi-criteria decision analysis. The literature on supply chain risk management for agri-food is so vast, complex and difficult to understand that a mapping of method and approach is needed and much value for the research community.     Penerapan Engineering Control Dan Administrative Control Sebagai Bentuk Intervensi Ergonomi Di PT Ganding Toolsindo

    PT. Ganding Toolsindo,sebuah Perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri otomotif, mengalami permasalahan ergonomi berdasarkan tanda-tanda umum terjadinya permasalahan ergonomi yaitu apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), absenteeism & high turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality,dan manual material handling. Permasalahan yang menjadi focus untuk diselesaikan oleh Perusahaan adalah CTD. Penelitian pada dua stasiun kerja utama yang bermasalah yaitu mesin chinfong dan ada yang menggunakan tiga tools yaitu Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map dan pengukuran momen tubuh dengan software Mannequin Pro 7. Hasil dari ketiga tools ini menunjukkan perlu dilakukan intervensi ergonomi dengan pendekatan engineering control maupun administrative control. Intervensi dengan pendekatan engineering control dilakukan dengan meninggikan area kerja dan modifikasi bangku kerja, sedangkan pendekatan administrative control dilakukan dengan menerapkan rotasi kerja dan pemanasan tubuh sebelum bekerja. Hasil implementasi intervensi ergonomic menunjukkan adalanya penurunan pada skor RULA, persentasi keluhan tubuh dan penggunaan momen tubuh. Ganding Toolsindo, a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive industry, ergonomics problems experienced by general signs of ergonomics problems are apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), high absenteeism & turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality, and manual material handling. The problems to be resolved by the company's focus for the CTD. Research on the two main work stations that are problematic and aida chinfong machine uses three tools namely Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (Rula), Nordic Body Map and measurement of body moments with Mannequin Pro 7 software. The results of all three tools show ergonomics intervention needs to be done with engineering controls and administrative approach control. Intervention by engineering control approach conducted by elevating the work area and modification work benches, while the administrative approach to control is done by implementing job rotation and heating of the body before work. The results of the implementation of ergonomic interventions showed a decrease in scores adalanya Rula, percentage of body complaints and use of body moments

    Panti asuhan sosial di wilayah DKI Jakarta perlu ditingkatkan kemandiriannya sehingga bisa bertransformasi dari cost center menjadi sebuah lembaga yang mandiri secara ekonomi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengembangkan sebuah bisnis dengan konsep bisnis yang ramah lingkungan dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap masyarakat sekitar (community empowerment). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah framework implementasi bisnis dengan konsep green techno sociopreneur melalui ternak Maggot. Ini merupakan implementasi konsep waste to value, dimana merubah sampah organik menjadi Maggot yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak berprotein tinggi. Hal ini akan mengatasi permasalahan sampah pada panti sosial dan masyarakat sekitar secara signifikan, sehingga akan berdampak terhadap penanggulangan masalah lingkungan secara global. Penelitian ini juga berbasis pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna dengan melakukan redesign mesin pencacacah sampah dengan sistem knock down. Dari uraian di atas, dapat dikatakan bahwa bisnis ternak Maggot ini mempunyai dampak positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial.     Penyuluhan Risiko Bahan Kimia Laundry serta Penerapan Keselamatandan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di Industri Laundry

    The laundry industry is one of the industries that is growing rapidly at this time. The development of this industry cannot be separated from the growing need for human clothing. While carrying out their work, laundry workers have a risk of exposure to laundry chemicals. However, most laundry workers do not understand these risks and how to prevent and handle them. This service activity aims to provide counseling to laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and the application of occupational safety and health in the laundry industry. Counseling was carried out directly to one of the laundry industries in Tangerang City, involving 14 laundry workers. The material provided includes various types of laundry chemicals, potential hazards, how to prevent them and the need for OSH applications such as the use of PPE in work. The results of the activity evaluation show that this counseling activity has an impact on increasing the knowledge of laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and how to prevent and handle them. Evaluation of the usefulness of the activity and the activity presenter gave the result that the presenter conveyed the material clearly so that all laundry workers agreed that this extension activity was very useful.Industri laundry merupakan salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat saat ini. Perkembangan industri ini tak lepas dari semakin berkembangnya kebutuhan sandang manusia. Selama menjalankan pekerjaannya, pekerja laundry memiliki risiko paparan bahan-bahan kimia laundry. Akan tetapi sebagian besar pekerja laundry belum memahami risiko tersebut dan cara pencegahan serta penanganannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pekerja laundry terkait risiko bahan kimia laundry serta penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam industri laundry. Penyuluhan dilakukan secara langsung pada salah satu industri laundry di Kota Tangerang, dengan melibatkan 14 pekerja laundry. Materi yang diberikan antara lain macam-macam bahan kimia laundry, potensi bahaya, cara pencegahannya serta perlunya penerapan K3 seperti penggunaan APD dalam bekerja. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan ini berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan pekerja laundry mengenai risiko bahan kimia laundry dan cara pencegahan serta penanganannya. Evaluasi terhadap kebermanfaatan kegiatan dan pemateri kegiatan memberikan hasil bahwa pemateri menyampaikan materi dengan jelas sehingga seluruh pekerja laundry setuju bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan ini sangat bermanfaat

    Preparing the final project is one of the requirements for graduation from a college student. The right Final Project management system will affect the quality of education. Industrial Engineering Trisakti University is one of the leading universities in Indonesia that continues to develop its education system. Managing the final project at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering is still manual and has not been integrated. As a result, the risk of errors in entering and saving Final Project data is still high. Therefore, this research was conducted to design a final project management system at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering. It begins with analyzing the existing management system. It is described with swim lane diagrams and PIECES to determine the process flow in the system and the actors who play a role in the system. After analyzing the system, proceed with designing information systems with Object-Oriented Modeling and evaluate it with black box testing and ERRC. This research results in website-based final project management at Trisakti University Industrial Engineering
