N-{(2S)-3-Hy­droxy-4-[(5-methyl-1,3,4-thia­diazol-2-yl)sulfan­yl]-1-phenyl-2-but­yl}-4-methyl­benzene­sulfonamide

The thia­diazoyl and sulfonyl-benzene rings in the title compound, C20H23N3O3S3, are aligned to the same side of the mol­ecule, forming a twisted ‘U’ shape [dihedral angle = 77.6 (5)°]. The benzyl-benzene ring is orientated in the opposite direction from the mol­ecule but projects approximately along the same axis as the other rings [dihedral angle between benzene rings = 28.2 (5)°] so that, overall, the mol­ecule has a flattened shape. The hy­droxy and amine groups are almost syn which enables the formation of inter­molecular hy­droxy-OH⋯N(thia­diazo­yl) and amine-H⋯O(sulfon­yl) hydrogen bonds leading to a supra­molecular chain aligned along the a axis

3-(2H-1,3-Benzodioxol-5-ylmeth­yl)-2-(2-meth­oxy­phen­yl)-1,3-thia­zolidin-4-one

The title mol­ecule, C18H17NO4S, features a 1,3-thia­zolidine ring that is twisted about the S—C(methyl­ene) bond. With reference to this ring, the 1,3-benzodioxole and benzene rings lie to either side and form dihedral angles of 69.72 (16) and 83.60 (14)°, respectively, with the central ring. Significant twisting in the mol­ecule is confirmed by the dihedral angle of 79.91 (13)° formed between the outer rings. Linear supra­molecular chains along the a-axis direction mediated by C—H⋯O inter­actions feature in the crystal packing

Synthesis of novel 2-aryl-3-(2-morpholinoethyl)-1,3-thiazinan-4-ones via ultrasound irradiation

This study describes the synthesis of fourteen thiazinanones from a multicomponent reaction of 2-morpholinoehtylamine (as primary amine), arenealdehydes (as carbonyl compound) and the mercaptopropionic acid using both conventional (thermal heating) and ultrasound methodologies. Through thermal heating methodology, the thiazinanones were obtained in 49 to 97% yields for 16 hours and through sonochemistry methodology, the reaction time was reduced for 25 minutes with yields 41 to 88%. The full identification and characterization of unpublished heterocycles were achieved by proton (1H) and carbon 13 (13C) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and infrared. The title compound, C12H15N3OS, features an envelope conformation for the 1,3-thia­zolidin-4-one ring with the S atom as the flap atom. The pyrimidine ring is almost orthogonal to the 1,3-thia­zolidin-4-one ring as indicated by the N—C—C—N torsion angle of −111.96 (18)°. Supra­molecular dimers are formed in the crystal structure through the agency of C—H⋯O contacts occurring between centrosymmetrically related mol­ecules. Estratégias de produção e comercialização a partir da percepção do agricultor sobre o consumidor nas feiras de alimentos orgânicos no município de Pato Branco – Paraná

The organic food sold by agro ecological fairs promote the social transformations to generate sustainable changes in the production and consumption patterns, contributing to a new development paradigm. To this end, the study aims to reveal the production and commercialization strategies based on the perception of the producer / seller about the consumer at agro ecological fairs. This is a qualitative, descriptive research carried out based on a case study in 2019, with producers/sellers at an agro ecological fair. The research showed that, in the perception of producers, consumers look for quality, healthy food, with food diversity for weekly consumption, they also showed concern with the origin of the food and its environmental impact, the producers establish from their strategies of aimed at meeting these demands and contributing to an awareness of more sustainable consumption.Los alimentos orgánicos vendidos por ferias agroecológicas promueven las transformaciones sociales para generar cambios sostenibles en los patrones de producción y consumo, contribuyendo a un nuevo paradigma de desarrollo. Para ello, el estudio tiene como objetivo revelar las estrategias de producción y comercialización basadas en la percepción del productor / vendedor sobre el consumidor en las ferias agroecológicas. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, descriptiva realizada a partir de un estudio de caso en 2019, con productores / vendedores en una feria agroecológica. La investigación mostró que, en la percepción de los productores, los consumidores buscan alimentos de calidad, saludables, con diversidad de alimentos para el consumo semanal, también mostraron preocupación por el origen de los alimentos y su impacto ambiental, los productores establecen a partir de sus estrategias de orientado a satisfaciendo estas demandas y contribuyendo a la conciencia de un consumo más sostenible.Os alimentos orgânicos comercializados nas feiras agroecológicas promovem transformações sociais que geram padrões mais sustentáveis de produção e consumo, contribuindo para um novo paradigma de desenvolvimento. Para tanto, este estudo tem como objetivo revelar as estratégias de produção e comercialização a partir da percepção do agricultor/feirante sobre os hábitos do consumidor em feiras agroecológicas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva realizada a partir de um estudo de caso no ano de 2019, com agricultores/feirante de uma feira agroecológica. The title compound, C11H14N4O4, is essentially planar with an r.m.s. deviation for the 19 non-H atoms of 0.152 Å. The conformation about the C=N bond is E, and the mol­ecule has a U-shape as the butyl group folds over towards the aromatic system. An intra­molecular C—H⋯N inter­action occurs. The crystal packing is dominated by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonding and C—H⋯O contacts, leading to twisted zigzag supra­molecular chains along the c direction. The crystal packing brings two nitro O atoms into an unusually close proximity of 2.686 (4) Å. While the nature of this inter­action is not obvious, there are several precendents for such short nitro–nitro O⋯O contacts of less than 2.70 Å in the crystallographic literature

CASCUDINHO E FRANGOS DE CORTE: PARÂMETROS HEMATOLÓGICOS E BIOQUÍMICOS

Brazilian cutting farming has stood out every year, bringing important results to agribusiness. In 2019, Brazil produced 13.245 million tons of chicken meat. However, among the problems related to the activity, there is the presence of the insect plague Alphitobius diaperinus popularly known as cascudinho, being related to performance and health problems of birds. This study aimed to evaluate the presence of this insect in relation to hematological and biochemical parameters of broilers kept in a confined system. The study was developed in Rolim de Moura - RO, from May to July 2021, with 30 chicks, of the RO 95 lineage. The birds were reared up to 56 days, when blood was collected for hematological and biochemical evaluation. The data were evaluated using the F test at 5% probability. The presence of the cascudinho did not significantly influence the hematimetric parameters, although discrepant values for mean corpuscular hemoglobin, values below for hemoglobin, total erythrocyte count and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration were observed; and above the normal reference value for total plasma proteins. For leukocyte parameters, both treatments presented lower levels for lymphocytes, eosinophils and higher for thrombocytes, in relation to the reference values. For biochemistry, urea, creatinine and oxalacetic transaminase/aspartate aminotransferase, no statistical difference was observed. The insects did not remain in bed throughout the experimental period.La agricultura brasileña se ha destacado cada año, trayendo resultados importantes a la agroindustria. En 2019, Brasil produjo 13.245 millones de toneladas de carne de pollo. Sin embargo, entre los problemas relacionados con la actividad, se encuentra la presencia de la plaga de insectos Alphitobius diaperinus conocida popularmente como cascudinho, estando relacionada con problemas de rendimiento y salud de las aves. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar la presencia de este insecto en relación con los parámetros hematológicos y bioquímicos de los pollos de engorde mantenidos en un sistema confinado. El estudio se desarrolló en Rolim de Moura - RO, de mayo a julio de 2021, con 30 polluelos, del linaje RO 95. Las aves fueron criadas hasta 56 días, cuando se recolectó sangre para su evaluación hematológica y bioquímica. Los datos se evaluaron mediante la prueba F con una probabilidad del 5%. La presencia del cascudinho no influyó significativamente en los parámetros hematimétricos, aunque se observaron valores discrepantes para la hemoglobina corpuscular media, valores inferiores para la hemoglobina, recuento total de eritrocitos y concentración media de hemoglobina corpuscular; y por encima del valor de referencia normal para las proteínas plasmáticas totales. Para los parámetros leucocitarios, ambos tratamientos presentaron niveles más bajos para linfocitos, eosinófilos y mayores para trombocitos, en relación a los valores de referencia. Para la bioquímica, la urea, la creatinina y la transaminasa oxalacética/aspartato aminotransferasa, no se observaron diferencias estadísticas. As aves foram criadas até 56 dias, quanto se procedeu a coleta de sangue para a avaliação hematológicas e bioquímicas. Os dados foram avaliados através do teste F a 5% de probabilidade. A presença do cascudinho não influenciou de forma significativa os parâmetros hematimétricos, apesar de terem sido observados valores discrepantes para hemoglobina corpuscular média, valores abaixo para hemoglobina, contagem total de eritrócitos e concentração de hemoglobina corpuscular média; e acima do valor normal de referência para proteínas plasmáticas totais.
