Sistem Question Answering untuk Bahasa Bali menggunakan Metode Rule-Based dan String Similarity

Sistem question answering merupakan kemampuan sistem untuk memberikan jawaban atas kalimat tanya yang diberikan oleh user. Sampai saat ini penelitian tentang sistem question answering pada bahasa Bali belum pernah dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini kalimat tanya yang digunakan adalah kalimat tanya biasa, sebagai contoh kalimat tanya "akuda memene ngubuh siap?" Dalam bahasa Indonesia "berapa ibumu memelihara ayam?" Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan lima puluh dokumen berbahasa Bali. Sedangkan pada tahap pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua puluh kalimat tanya. Adapun metode yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari memberi input pertanyaan, mencari dokumen paling relevan berdasarkan pertanyaan yang diberikan, dan memperoleh jawaban berdasarkan rules untuk setiap pertanyaan. Berdasarkan pengujian pada kedua puluh pertanyaan yang diberikan metode yang diusulkan memperoleh akurasi sebesar 40% terkait kebenaran respons atau jawaban yang diberikan

Development of ICT TPACK learning media for gymnastics material

ICT TPACK-oriented Physical Education learning media is an urgent matter at this time. This study aimed to develop a video task of forward fold, balance, and jumping for elementary school students by adopting the ADDIE model design. This article focused on the analysis and planning phases. The research population consisted of a total number of students 683. This study took a sample of 448 students in 5 public elementary schools in the Buleleng District. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire in the form of a Google Form and a motion task validation sheet. The analysis technique used quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the study's results, it was found that 1) 96.9% (448 people) of students needed Physical education videos for learning motion tasks. 2) the content expert scored 69 from the highest score, 75. Based on the research and discussion results, this research could be concluded: 1) Elementary School Physical education teachers needed a motion task video and carried it out according to this study 2) The motion task was considered valid by Physical education content experts

Motivasi Para Pemain Futsal Di Academy Manyala FC Surabaya Dalam Mengikuti Latihan Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Dalam olahraga terutama futsal, motivasi begitu penting untuk dijadikan faktor pendorong seseorang melakukan sesuatu hal dengan sepenuh tenaga. Motivasi juga berperan penting untuk menciptakan suatu ide dan strategi yang baik saat melakukan suatu hal. Mempunyai motivasi dan semangat yang tinggi di masa pandemi covid – 19 ini jelas menjadi suatu hal yang baik untuk seseorang, terutama untuk para pemain futsal academy manyala fc surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik motivasi latihan para pemain academy manyala fc surabaya selama masa pandemi covid – 19 ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket atau kuisioner yang menggunakan aplikasi google form serta beberapa wawancara dengan beberapa pemain academy futsal manyala fc surabaya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket pernyataan yang menggunakan unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemain yang mengikuti latihan di academy futsal manyala fc surabaya sebanyak 20 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket motivasi yang divalidasi oleh expert judgements. Disimpulkan dari 40 butir pertanyaan tidak ada pertanyaan yang gugur, sehingga ada 40 butir pertanyaan yang layak untuk digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian

Penerapan Logo Kemasan dan Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram pada Pengerajin Dupa Sinar Dewa di Banjar Perang Desa Lukluk Badung-Bali

Kebutuhan penggunaan dupa yang tinggi membuka peluang bisnis bagi masyarakat di Bali untuk membuka usaha pembuatan dupa. Salah satu pengerajin dupa yang ada di Banjar Perang desa Lukluk memberikan nama produk dupanya dengan nama Sinar Dewa. Produk dupa Sinar Dewa ini merupakan usaha rumahan yang dirintis oleh Nengah Sudana. Dupa hasil produksi yang telah memiliki aroma dikemas dalam plastik dan diberikan label berupa kertas. Terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, permasalahan pertama label yang disematkan pada kemasan tersebut belum memiliki ciri yang kuat jika dibandingkan dengan produk dupa lainnya karena hanya berupa tulisan saja. Permasalahan berikutnya, potensi pasar dupa yang begitu luas, memotivasi mitra untuk memanfaatkan potensi pasar tersebut agar produknya dapat dikenal lebih luas. Solusi yang ditawarkan dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu: membuatkan design logo pada kemasan produk dupa sehingga memiliki ciri pembeda dibandingkan dengan produk dupa lainnya dan membuatkan media sosial Instagram. Dari hasil kegiatan menunjukkan mitra telah mampu memasang logo pada kemasan dupa dan mitra juga telah mampu mem-posting sejumlah produk dupa ke Instagram. &nbsp

Development of ICT TPACK-oriented learning media for gymnastics material of Grade VIII Junior High School students

This study aims to develop an ICT-TPACK-oriented learning video for grade VIII students for forward and back-roll tasks. This research and development study uses the ADDIE model. The study population consisted of 2,582 students with 501 samples of grade VIII from 8 public junior high schools in the Buleleng District. Closed questionnaires in the form of google forms and motion task validation sheets were used as instruments with quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed 1) 93% of students needed motion task videos, and 2) content expert scores on motion tasks reached 72 out of 75. In conclusion, 1) PE motion task videos on forward and back-roll material were needed by grade VIII students, and 2) the forward and back-roll tasks were valid. The motion tasks designed can be implemented by PE Junior High School teachers in Buleleng District

The Employment Cluster of Omnibus Law: Embodiment the Concept of Nachtwakerstaat or Welfarestate?

The presence of the omnibus law of the Employment Cluster of Job Creation Law haven’t consider to solve the crucial problems in the Manpower Law, but its further away from the purpose of the welfarestate concept  and leads to the purpose of the nachtwakerstaat. The aims of this research to determine position omnibus law of the Job Creation Law after it’s passed within in the scope of welfarestate concept or nachtwakerstaat concept and to analyse the construction of labour law concept in accordance to concept of welfarestate in the future. This research used a normative legal research method with a statute approach and elaborated with a legal concept analysis approach. The results show there are crucial problems in the Employment Cluster of the Job Creation Law such as the elimination of several principal provisions in Manpower Law that indicates the role and presence of the state in labour law is getting minimum and also the Job Creation Law point out many things that returned the agreement mechanism by the parties. This show that, Employment Cluster of the Job Creation Law tends to the nachtwakerstaat concept and far away from welfarestaat concept. Analisis Implementasi Pendekatan Saintifik Dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Dan Proses Pembelajaran Pada Mata Pelajaran Ipa SMP Di Lombok Barat

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the scientific approach undertaken by teachers in the Lesson Plan(RPP) and the Learning Process in junior high school science subjects in West Lombok Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were teachers in Public and Private schools who had implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The research sample was obtained through the Stratified Random Sampling technique by taking 15% of the total population of 162, so the total sample was 16 public school teachers and 8 private school teachers. Data collected by means of documentation, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of the Scientific Approach in the RPP was already included in the category of Very Good. In the learning process carried out by the teacher using the Scientific Approach has a Good Enough category in the Questioning and Associating step. There were only 25% of the teachers who applied the complete and sequential 5M activities, while 37.5% of the teachers who implemented the complete but non-sequential teachers were 37.5%, while the 37.5% teachers did not apply the complete 5M activities.Keywords: Scientific Approach; Lesson Plan; Natural Sciences

ANALISIS KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS DI RUAS JALAN NASIONAL KOLEKTOR PRIMER DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR DENGAN METODE STATISTIK REGRESI LINIER BERGANDA

Jalan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam sistem transportasi lalu lintas, baik transportasi darat, laut maupun udara. Kurangnya perhatian terhadap masalah keselamatan akan menyebabkan kecelakaan lalu lintas semakin  meningkat. Pelayanan transportasi sangat berkaitan erat dengan aspek keselamatan baik orang maupun barang, kota yang sedang berkembang segala sektor berpacu untuk maju . Ruas Jalan Nasional Kolektor Primer Kabupaten Gianyar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang menyebabkan kecelakaan lalulintas serta mengetahui model analisis kecelakaan lalulintas pada ruas jalan jasional kolektor primer Kabupaten Gianyar. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan metode Regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data. dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder yaitu data kecelakaan dari tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2017, dan data primer dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, berpengaruh positip dan signifikan. Hal ini diperoleh bahwa penyebab kecelakaan lalulintas yaitu pelaku kecelakaan, jenis kendaraan,dan faktor manusia. Ketiga hal tersebut saling mempengaruhi terjadinya kecelakaan lalulintas, dan model yang dihasilkan berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS maka dihasilkan model regresi sebagai berikut: Y = -44,074+ 0,288X1 + 0,964X2 + 0,692X3. Hal ini berarti diperoleh bahwa setiap peningkatan yang terjadi pada setiap variabel yaitu pelaku kecelakaan, jenis kendaraan, Faktor manusia menyebabkan peningkatan pada kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas diruas Jalan Nasional Kolektor Primer  Kabupaten Gianyar

Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) terhadap Tingkat Fatigue (Kelelahan) pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) yang Melakukan Hemodialisa

This study aims to determine the effect of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) on the level of Fatigue (tiredness) in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients who carry out Hemodialysis at the Hemodialysis Unit at Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar. The method used in this study is a case study with a total sample of 1 patient who identified nursing care problems with complaints of fatigue who underwent hemodialysis. The results of this study are that the intervention given is in accordance with the diagnosis, namely active and passive movement exercises according to the Progressive Muscle Relaxation SOP. After the client is given progressive muscle relaxation, they feel less tired than before and feel more relaxed. This shows that progressive muscle relaxation therapy is effective for CKD sufferers who are undergoing hemodialysis. The conclusions from the results of this study are based on the analysis of the therapy giving progressive muscle relaxation effectively to relieve fatigue in patients undergoing hemodialysis, so that patients appear more relaxed and complain of fatigue reduced.   Keywords: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), Fatigue, Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR

Pengaruh Online Review dan Citra Merek terhadap Niat Menginap Wisatawan di Hotel The Haven Legian

Covid-19 has had a major impact on the tourism sector. The hospitality industry is one of the most significant contributions to the Indonesian economy. One of the hospitality companies in Bali is Hotel The Haven. The Haven Hotel is a commercial establishment providing lodging, meals and other for guest service. However, currently the industry hospitality is already in recovery. This study aims to explain the effect of online review and brand image to stay intentions at The Haven Hotel. The type of research used is associative research, with sampling using non- probability techniques with purposive sampling method, on respondents who are tourist visitors to The Haven Hotel Legian. Quantitative data analysis technique uses linear regression with SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study provide several conclusions, online review has a positive and insignificant effect on  intention to stay, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on intention to stay
