    This study, aims to examine empirically, the best possible relationship among variables oforganizational transformation, competitive advantage and performance. The research objectis the state owned enterprise (SOE’s) privatization in Indonesian. The analysis unit relatedto the research method, involves a company while the respondents occupied by the primarymanager.The method used for testing the empirical model is the Structural Equation Model onPartial Least Square. The strategic finding, taken from this research,implies in ways of achievingperformances. This reserch aimed to give theory implication on concept Resource BasedView will be meaningfull to create competitive advantage. Besides,the result gives managerialimplications that to improve performance need increasing organizational transformation toincrease competitive advantage. Creating competitive advantage can achive through directrole of organizational transformation. Related to the government policy, the government shouldattention resource in enterprises to become competitiveness as as mediating for successfultransformation organizational to increase performance.     The issue in this research is how to improve society ability through process human and physical capital. The relation between capital and ability improvement will be examined in this research by placing process empowerment as mediating variable to explain the activities involved. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using survey method technique through questionnaire. Furthermore statistical analysis was used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Smart Partial Least Square. This research has found two ways as path patterns directed to the increasing of society ability, which are (1) pattern consist of “two creating stage” to society ability, and (2) These pattern show that to improve society ability need “three stage” of process activity. The correlation is while the empowerment process increases higher, it will impulse the creating of society ability. The implementation of this research's result, stated that if the empowerment wants to develop human capital, it will be better if the empowerment is supported by apply the developing ability of subject empowerment

Motivasi merupakan serangkaian sikap dan nilai-nilai yang mempengaruhi individu untuk mencapai hal yang spesifik sesuai dengan tujuan individu. Faktor motivasi pegawai merupakan variabel yang sangat penting dan menentukan dalam pencapaian visi, misi dan tujuan suatu organisasi. Setiap orang yang bekerja mengharapkan memperoleh kepuasan dari tempatnya bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana peranan motivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini merupakan penelitian dengan jenis metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk mengecek keabsahan data penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga komponen yang terdiri dari transkip data,kategori data, penyajian data,dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data penelitian wawancara mendalam ini adalah Kepala Personalia, Kepala Divisi Training and Development dan Manager Quality Control, HRD Supervisor dan Unit Manager Quality Control Process. Berdasar penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa peran motivasi pada PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia sudah cukup baik dan terlaksana dengan baik. Peran tersebut meliputi menjadikan kebiasaan yang baik kepada karyawan, memperoleh tunjangan jabatan, memperoleh service yang baik, menghasilkan barang yang lebih baik dan mempunyai harapan yang ingin dicapai

    Resource Based View is an important issue correlate to funding source preferences in welfareof the society. There are research gap about the limited study to focus anteceden empowermentprocess toward increase ability society.The concept needs to be clarified by empirical fact.Therefore, this research proposed “a research problemâ€: how define the process of improvinga society ability through developing human capital, empowerment process and subject ability.The research object is the society Sumber Rahayu Central Java. The method sampling usesthe non-probability method. The sample of this research includes 104 persons. Statisticalanalysis was used to analyse this data. Descriptive statistic used to describe specificationof the characteristics being investigated. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of SmartPartial Least Square statistical software package was used in modeling and hypothesistesting. Result indicates resource potential changing into a source advantage.     ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA, FASILITAS, PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PAND’S MUSLIM DEPARTEMENT SEMARANG

    This study aims to determine the effect of price, facilities and promotions at Pand's Muslim Department Store Semarang.The population of this study are consumers who buy products at Pand's Muslim Department Store Semarang. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents, the sample was taken using purposive sampling method. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection methods through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 25 which included validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests which included data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using test t and test R2 .The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely price, facilities and promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). Based on the value that the value of the adjusted R square in the regression model was obtained at 0.156, which means that 15.6 percent of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained by the price, facilities and promotion variables while the remaining 84.4 percent is explained by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Price, Facilities, Promotion, Consumer Satisfactio

    Impact of Traditional Environmental Management Measures and Ecological Product Diversification on MSME Performance: Evidence of the Batik Industry in Central Java, Indonesia

    Research aims: This research aims to investigate the influence of traditional environmental management practices on corporate performance and determine the mediating role of ecological product diversification in this regard.Design/Methodology/Approach: To achieve these objectives, a research design was developed and tested using a sample of 138 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the batik industry in Central Java, Indonesia. Observation data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing Amos software.Research findings: The analysis results demonstrated that traditional environmental management and ecological product diversification had a direct positive impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. However, these results did not confirm the mediating role of ecological product diversification.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides convincing evidence regarding the impact of environmentally friendly product diversification on MSME performance. Therefore, MSMEs, especially those operating in the batik industry, are encouraged to diversify environmentally friendly products to increase competitiveness and adapt to people's concern for the environment in the current era (green economy). Practitioners/Policy implications: It is acknowledged that the overall results obtained from this research provide a significant contribution to the understanding of the importance of environmental management practices and environmentally-friendly product diversification to increase business efficiency in the context of MSMEs.Research limitations/Implications: This study had a limited scope and only covered the Central Java region. Subsequent research can further expand the scope of the research field

    PENGARUH ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW, HARGA DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TOKOPEDIA

    This study aims to determine how much influence online customer reviews, prices, product quality have on purchasing decisions through the Tokopedia marketplace for Tokopedia users in the city of Semarang, there is a problem in making online purchases in the marketplace, including that buyers face various risks when making a purchase decision, where consumers cannot see directly the goods to be purchased, consumers do not know that the goods to be purchased will meet the expected needs or expectations of the product to be purchased. The population in this study were Tokopedia users, with a sample of 96 respondents using purposive sampling and a Likert scale measurement. The analysis in this study was processed using SPSS software. The results in this study show that online customer reviews, prices, and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. Online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. Prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia Marketplace. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Tokopedia marketplace. The population defined in this study is Tokopedia users in the city of Semarang. Then through the F test shows that the online customer review variables, price and product quality are appropriate to test the purchasing decision variable. Adjusted R square of 0.719 indicates that 71.9% of the decision to stay variable can be explained through the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 28.1% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.  Keywords :  Online Customer Review; Price; Product Quality; Purchase Decisio

    Competitiveness Improvement Strategies of Msme Blora Batik: Analytic Network Process Approach

    Purpose: This study aims to develop strategic priorities for increasing the competitiveness of Batik SMEs in Blora Regency   Theoretical Framework: Previous research in the field of company competitive advantage argued what approach is suitable to be used by MSME to grow sustainably. Sustainability of a company 's competitive advantage is influenced by the potential of existing resources (Grant, 1991).   Design/Methodology/Approach: This research was conducted in Blora Regency, Central Java, which is one of the regions in Indonesia that is rich in culture and local wisdom. Like other areas in Central Java, Blora has batik as a traditional craft which is quite popular. Until now, the Blora Regency Government continues to develop the sustainability of Blora batik through empowerment programs. The data analysis method used in this research is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) which is a mathematical theory that allows decision making to deal with interrelated factors (dependence) and mathematical feedback.   Findings: The findings in this study indicate that Batik Blora is a business unit that has the potential to develop and be competitive with various advantages. As a product that elevates regional advantages, it is necessary to increase business aspects that include upstream to downstream aspects so that the competitiveness of Blora batik can continue to increase.   Research, Practical & Social Implications: The most prioritized aspect in increasing the competitiveness of Blora batik is the aspect of the business cycle which emphasizes increasing innovation and diversification as well as increasing business productivity.   Originality/Value: This research is a research that focuses on the development strategy of Batik MSMEs with the ANP approach which has never been done before
