This library research descriptively explains the causes of the ecological crisis in Indonesia by using the ecotheological approach in the construction of Seyyed Hossein Nasr’s thought. This research shows that the ecological crisis is correlated with a perspective that is not in favor of nature (anthrophocentrism), modern humans lose their existence-spiritual and understanding of nature that is desacralized. Ecotheology is then used as a strategic basis for solving the ecological crisis in the midst of Indonesian religious society by mainstreaming ecotheology through religious leaders, pesantren, educational institutions, and NGOs

Implementasi Algoritma Decision Tree Untuk Mengetahui Faktor Kredit Macet Dan Lancar Di Koperasi Serba Usaha Daruzzakah Rensing Lombok Timur

Credit is the main product of savings and loan cooperatives in an effort to increase profitability. The greater the credit issued, the greater the profit earned by a cooperative, each cooperative will package credit products in such a way as to be able to attract the attention of each customer. However, cooperative suati can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative located in Rensing Village, West Sakra Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, however, the cooperative some can find problems in channeling credit, such as those in the Daruzzakah Multipurpose Cooperative which is located in Rensing Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, in determining the creditworthiness of credit they always use statistical data, but the data does not guarantee whether during credit or non-performing loans. GAMBARAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA KLIEN YANG BERKUNJUNG KE WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DARUSSALAM ACEH BESAR

Puskesmas berfungsi untuk menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang meliputi upaya promotif, upaya preventif, upaya kuratif dan upaya rehabilitatif bagi masyarakat akan tetapi faktanya puskesmas sering menjadi tempat untuk pelaksanaan upaya pelayanan kesehatan kuratif saja, karena kebanyakan pasien datang untuk melakukan pengobatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pelayanan kesehatan komprehensif pada klien Desa Lambaro Sukon yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Darussalam Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berjumlah 20 pertanyaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara terpimpin. Metode analisa data dengan mencari mean (rata-rata) dalam bentuk analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran pelayanan kesehatan komprehensif pada klien yang berkunjung ke wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darussalam Aceh Besar berada dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran pelayanan promotif berada dalam kategori kurang (52,9%), pelayanan preventif berada dalam kategori baik (55,3%), pelayanan kuratif berada dalam kategori kurang (60,0%) dan pelayanan rehabilitatif berada dalam kategori baik (61,2%). Diharapkan petugas kesehatan di puskesmas dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan secara komprehensif lebih di tingkatkan lagi untuk membantu peningkatan taraf kesehatan pada masyarakat khususnya pada masyarakat yang berkunjung ke wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darussalam Aceh Besar

Ohio\u27s Love-Hate Relationship with Marital Agreements: Why Ohio Should Lift Its Prohibition on Postnuptial Agreements

Ohio has been accepting of prenuptial agreements since its landmark decision in Gross v. Gross in 1984, declaring them to be not void per se as being against public policy. Unfortunately, Ohio’s evolution of the law regarding marital agreements has remained at a stand-still since Gross. Through the twenty-first century, a majority of states have responded to the evolution of marriage by enacting legislation, or judicially by court order, to allow spouses to enter into contracts after marriage to allocate the division of property and legal obligations of the couple in the event of divorce, commonly known as “postnuptial agreements.” Ohio remains in the minority of jurisdictions that strictly prohibit spouses from entering into postnuptial agreements. Ohio Revised Code Section 3103.06 forbids a husband and wife from altering their legal relations after marriage; thus rendering postnuptial agreements void and unenforceable in Ohio. The antiquated language and patriarchal principles of Ohio’s current statute should be revised to modernize Ohio’s law in conformity with other states. Further, Ohio Revised Code Section 3103.06 violates a party’s freedom to contract, and should be amended to allow spouses to alter their legal relations with the enactment of certain conditions to protect the fiduciary relationship from fraud, duress, undue influence, and unconscionability

ANALISIS PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DESA LENEK LAUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE NAIVE BAYES

Public service is an activity or series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, or administrative services provided by public service providers. All types of services are provided and provided to the community by the village government apparatus, in general it has not satisfied many people. The services provided are too complicated for reasons according to the procedure, the amount of fees charged, and a very long time, so the services provided tend to be ineffective and inefficient. In this study predictions will be made about the community's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the performance of village officials in improving services using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a classification with probability and statistical methods proposed by the British scientist Thomas Bayes, which predicts future opportunities based on past experience so that it is known as Bayes theorem. This research was conducted using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire filled out by 50 respondents 10% of the total population, from a population of 5,539 permanent residents in the village of Lenek Lauk. Analysis of the results of the study was conducted using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. Function to see the level of accuracy. An international treaty to implement a global compute cap for advanced artificial intelligence

This paper presents an international treaty to reduce risks from the development of advanced artificial intelligence (AI). The main provision of the treaty is a global compute cap: a ban on the development of AI systems above an agreed-upon computational resource threshold. The treaty also proposes the development and testing of emergency response plans, negotiations to establish an international agency to enforce the treaty, the establishment of new communication channels and whistleblower protections, and a commitment to avoid an AI arms race. We hope this treaty serves as a useful template for global leaders as they implement governance regimes to protect civilization from the dangers of advanced artificial intelligence
