    Attitude Determinant in Entrepreneurship Behavior of Vocational Student’s Entrepreneurship Intention

    This present study was aimed at finding out the correlation of emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention on vocational school students. The data were analyzed using SEM Smart PLS technique. The study revealed that there is a cause and effect correlation of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship self-efficacy, entrepreneurship behavioral attitude toward entrepreneurship intention on vocational students in Mojokerto regency as described: 1) empirically, emotional intelligence was proven to have no direct influence on entrepreneurship intention, however, it has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 2) entrepreneurship self-efficacy has direct and strong influence on entrepreneurship behavioral attitude and entrepreneurship intention, and entrepreneurship self-efficacy also has indirect influence  toward the entrepreneurship intention through entrepreneurship behavioral attitude, 3) entrepreneurship behavioral attitude has direct and strong influence toward entrepreneurship intention

    The Implementation of Collaborative Cooperative Learning Model of Fun N Pick and Pairs Compare to Improve Students Motivation and Learning Outcome in Subject of Economics

    Based on observations and interviews with teachers of economic subjects, obtained information that the motivation and learning outcomes of students in grade X of science programs are not optimal. Researchers have an alternative model of learning that can be applied by the teacher that is collaborative learning model Fan n Pick and Pairs Compare with the expectation to improve motivation and student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of collaborative learning model of Fan n Pick and Pairs Compare, the improvement of motivation and student learning outcomes after the application of cooperative learning model of Fan n Pick and Pairs Compare, and the problems that occur, and problem-solving in the implementation of the collaborative learning model in students grade X of science program. Every cycle in this research consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result of this research is the application of collaborative learning model of Fan n Pick and Pairs Compare can be done well appropriate with the lesson plan. The learning model can increase students' learning motivation 6,58% in cycle I with an average success percentage of 79,06% and in cycle II about 85,64%. This learning model improves student learning outcomes by 19.44% in cycle I with an average success percentage of 70.83% and on the second cycle of 90.27%. One of the problems that occur in the implementation of collaborative learning model Fan n Picks and Pairs Compare is that many students who cheat to their friends while doing the test, the teacher should be more pay attention so that students are more discipline.     The purpose of this research is to know the influence of positive and significant between adversity quotient to entrepreneurial intention, to know the influence of positive and significant between entrepreneurial self-efficacy to the entrepreneurial intention, and to know the influence of positive and significant between adversity quotient and entrepreneurial self-efficacy to the entrepreneurial intention. This research uses quantitative research method. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The respondents used in this research are 120 people consist of staff and members of female’s cooperative. The result of this research there is positive and significant influence between adversity quotient to entrepreneurial intention on the staff and member of female’s cooperative and there is positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial self-efficacy to the entrepreneurial intention on the staff and members of female’s cooperative.     Do Entrepreneurial Mindset and Perceived Behavioural Control Matter Entrepreneurial Intention?

    Entrepreneurial Intention is a component that can explain the mindset and have a substantial impact on individual behavior. This fact indicates how hard a person's mindset is in trying and how much effort is put in so that the desired behavior can be carried out. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of an entrepreneurial mindset, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. A total of 354 students in Malang took part in this research. We used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The study results found that the entrepreneurial mindset and perceived behavioral control affected entrepreneurial self-efficacy—similarly, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention. Our results also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy failed to mediate the effect of the entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention

The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that the succession process was carried out with careful planning. Children as potential replacements are guided by their parents from childhood to be ready to continue the family business. Apart from that, children are required to go to college to increase their knowledge for managing the family business

    Pengembangan Media Autoplay untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Prinsip-Prinsip Bisnis Abstract: The present developmental study is aims at generating developmental product of audio visual media on Business Ethic competence. Besides, it is conducted to be able to determine the difference of Tenth grade students’ learning achievement at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar which is implementing audio visual media and not. The present study is audio visual media development employing Research and Development steps (R&D) proposed by Sugiyono. The result of data analysis indicates that the development of audio visual media is able to enhance students’ learning outcome. Several suggestions to utilize the audio visual media are as follows: 1) The present product are expected to be reference for teachers to support learning process, 2) Besides, employing other components, such as opening animations to attract the students and tutorial video.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual pada kompetensi dasar Etika Binsis. Penelitian dilakukan juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 2 Blitar dengan menggunakan media audio visual dan tanpa mengunakan media pembelajaran audio visual. Jenis penelitian pengembangan yang digunakan ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan media audio visual menggunakan langkah-langkah metode Research and Developpment (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.     The Influence of Financial Literacy, Amount of Pocket Money, and Life Style on Student Consumption Behavior STKIP PGRI Nganjuk Economics Education

    Purpose: Most economic education students at STKIP PGRI Nganjuk feel that the large selection of products when shopping online makes them monitor the product they will buy every day. If they don't buy the item they have seen in the online shop, there will be a feeling of regret, so they decide to buy the item even though not a need at that time. Therefore, research was conducted on financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk economics students. This study aimed to analyze the effect of financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk economics students. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative approach to the explanatory method. This research was conducted in the economic education study program STKIP PGRI Nganjuk with a population of 275 students from semesters 1, 3, 5, and 7, while the sample in this study was 163 students who were calculated using the slovin formula with proportional sampling technique. The data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 26. Findings: The results of the analysis in this study show that: 1) Financial literacy affects consumer behavior, 2) The amount of pocket money affects consumer behavior, 3) Lifestyle influences consumer behavior, 4) Financial literacy, amount of pocket money, and lifestyle significantly affect the consumption behavior of STKIP PGRI Nganjuk Economic Education. Practical implications: The benefits of research results can be input for economic education students, further researchers, Universitas Negeri Malang campus, and the reader.     Challenges of Business Success in Era of Disruption

    As a business actor in the era of disruption, it is necessary to improve soft skills. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and digital literacy on business success with attitude as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is business actors in East Java, Indonesia, with a sample of 221 people. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS) and the calculation tool SMART PLS 3.0. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that Entrepreneurship Education (EE) and Digital Literacy (DML) through Entrepreneurial Attitudes (EA) had an effect on business success. The results of this study are very relevant to current conditions, the large number of market expansions from conventional to digitalization, and the need to improve entrepreneurship education to develop creativity, innovation, and business products that are competitive and adaptive. And the positive attitude of accepting new things must always be owned by business actors
