Rough Set Approaches to the Problem of Supplier Selection
The data mining approach of rough set theory is being adopted to study the multi-index question of supplier’s evaluation and determination in order to reveal the determining rules hidden in the historical evaluative data. After introducing some basic notions of rough set theory, this paper uses a sample to tell the steps of the deducing process in detail, and figures out some satisfying rules of supplier’s determination and weights of various attribute’s indexes which have been compared to other methods after the calculation. All of these illustrate the method of rough set theory can be used in the area of supplier’s selection and solve them with great efficiency
Marketing Strategy of School of Professional Studies in China
Chinese students are the most visible international presence at many universities across the United States, and the number continues to grow. Since 2010, The number of graduate students studying abroad has entered the period in which the increase has been declining. Under the circumstance of the weak global economy and high cost of education, the administration needs to attract the attention of Chinese students. In the process of competing for applicants, how to develop marketing strategies to attract students’ eyeballs has become an important means of trying to increase school income through Chinese students. The marketing strategy mentioned in this article comes from the authoritative reports, the personal experience of Chinese students studying in the United States and the bold vision of the members of this group. Based on the data collection and comprehensive analysis, this article recommends integrating resources, improving reputation, social media marketing, and alumni association for School of Professional Studies to marketing in China
Health First: The Sustainable Development of Physical Education in Chinese Schools
Strengthening school physical education (PE) is of great strategic significance in enhancing students’ all-round development, which mainly includes their morality, intelligence and physique development. School PE has upheld the guiding ideology of ‘health first’ and continuously enhanced PE development in China. The guiding ideology of ‘health first’ has involved three stages: (1) improving students’ physical conditions; (2) enhancing students’ physical health, mental health and ability to socially adapt; and (3) promoting students’ all-round human development. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the social and political contexts, aims, policies and practice of Chinese school PE, and goes on to analyze different sports views that reshape the value orientation of ‘health first’. Moreover, this paper shows that a regulated and institutionalized Chinese school PE system has gradually formed with the evolving ideology of ‘health first’ and policy changes, but it has a long way to accomplish the new mission of ‘foster virtue through education’ in students’ all-round development. For students’ all-round development, Chinese school PE needs to prioritize the value proposition of ‘foster virtue through education’, advance the theoretical research on PE curriculum and teaching materials, and further enhance the reform of the assessment and evaluation system of constitutional health. Eventually, a new national school PE core curriculum needs to be established to integrate the mission of ‘foster virtue through education’ and guiding ideology of ‘health first’ together

Distributed Cooperative Multicell Precoding Based on Local Channel State Information
Cooperative multicell precoding is an attractive way of improving the performance in multicell downlink scenarios especially for terminals at cell edges. Multiple base stations in a given area serve each terminal after precoding, which can coordinate the inter-cell interference and achieve higher performance. Most previous work in the area has focus on centralized precoding which requires gathering all transmitters’ channel state information (CSI) at central station (CS) through backhaul and then precoding at CS. However, the requirements on backhaul signaling and computational power scales rapidly in large and dense networks, which usually make such fully centralized approaches impractical. In this paper, we study two practical precoding strategies with only local CSI under a relatively realistic scenario. Performance is finally illustrated through numerical simulations
Hexyl (E)-3-(3,4-dihyÂdroxyÂphenÂyl)acrylate
The title molÂecule, C15H20O4, has an E conformation about its C=C bond and is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation of all non-H atoms = 0.04 Å). The crystal structurere features O—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds
Tensor Completion via Leverage Sampling and Tensor QR Decomposition for Network Latency Estimation
In this paper, we consider the network latency estimation, which has been an
important metric for network performance. However, a large scale of network
latency estimation requires a lot of computing time. Therefore, we propose a
new method that is much faster and maintains high accuracy. The data structure
of network nodes can form a matrix, and the tensor model can be formed by
introducing the time dimension. Thus, the entire problem can be be summarized
as a tensor completion problem. The main idea of our method is improving the
tensor leverage sampling strategy and introduce tensor QR decomposition into
tensor completion. To achieve faster tensor leverage sampling, we replace
tensor singular decomposition (t-SVD) with tensor CSVD-QR to appoximate t-SVD.
To achieve faster completion for incomplete tensor, we use the tensor
-norm rather than traditional tensor nuclear norm. Furthermore, we
introduce tensor QR decomposition into alternating direction method of
multipliers (ADMM) framework. Numerical experiments witness that our method is
faster than state-of-art algorithms with satisfactory accuracy.Comment: 20 pages, 7 figure
Comparison of endostatin(endostar)and avastin's inhibition effect on mice choroidal neovascularization
AIM:To observe the inhibition effect of endostatin(endostar)on mice choroidal neovascularization model(CNV)and compare with the Avastin.<p>METHODS: Using 532nm laser photocoagulation to establish a mouse model of CNV. We observed the formation of CNV by histopathological examination after 2wk later. Forty successful models of mice were randomly divided into control group(group 1, 10 rats), normal saline group(group 2, 10 rats), endostatin group(group 3, 10 rats)and avastin group(group 4, 10 rats). The drugs were injected into the mice' vitreous after photocoagulation 2wk later. Then 1wk later, we took the mice eyeballs to perform the HE and immunohistochemical staining to observe. The statistical analysis of ANOVA was done by SPSS 16.0 and the LSD-<i>t</i> test was used for multiple samples, taking <i>P</i><0.05 as the test standards.<p>RESULTS: Two weeks later, HE histopathological examination was done, light microscope showed large amount of new vessels' formation, the positive rate for CNV was 72.8%. The blank control group compared with the normal saline group <i>P</i>>0.05, had no inhibitory effect on CNV; endostatin treated group compared with control group, <i>P</i><0.05, had a certain inhibitory effect; avastin group compared with the control group, <i>P</i><0.05, had an inhibitory effect on CNV; the LSD-<i>t</i> was performed on Avastin group and endostatin group, <i>P</i><0.05, which were statistically significant. We thought that the two drugs have different inhibitory effect on mice' CNV, because <i>(-overx)</i>Avastin =26.90,<i>(-overx)</i>endostatin=29.13,<i>(-overx)</i>Avastin<<i>(-overx)</i>endostatin, we can infer that endostar had lower inhibitory effect on mice CNV than Avastin.<p>CONCLUSION: Laser-induced CNV animal models of colored mice C57BL/6J is of short time and high rate establishment and it is an ideal model for CNV study. Endostar has certain inhibitory effect on CNV, and it is likely to become one of the important drugs for CNV-related diseases in the future
