[EN] Learning Outcomes Assessment (LOA) provide educators with a practical instrument to review and enhance the alignment between the planned, delivered and experienced curriculum. Effective LOA processes help educators decide on the proper actions to take and the strategies to implement in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the student learning experience, and the attainment of the intended learning outcomes. Nonetheless, the adoption of LOA in higher education is still lagging and the assessment loop is rarely closed. This is mainly due to the indigent implementation of the assessment processes, and the vague definition of the responsibilities and quality assurance measures. This paper introduces a committee infrastructure to foster accountability and responsibility and assure the quality of the implemented assessment processes. The infrastructure has been established syccessfully over the last few years, and a noticeable improve in the execution of the assessment process has been detected.Ibrahim, W.; Amer, H. (2021). Dynamic characteristics of the system flexibility of the machine affect the accuracy of machining, so the study of this problem is very important. Fluctuations of the machine elements significantly affect the error of the shape of the workpiece. The quality of the processing is determined not so much by the static displacements between the tool and the workpiece but the stability of the machine system as a whole. There are many solutions of vibroacoustic diagnostics devices for machines and machine-tools in the related publications. Defects in the spectrum of vibroacustic signals are found in the process of manufacturing and assembling machines in the form of discrete components, parameters of which are used in vibroacoustic diagnostics as informative diagnostic features. Along with that there is, but not so common, another type of dynamic system analysis of the machine, which can be carried out by experimental methods, or, in particular, by simulating the perturbation of a dynamic system by cutting forces of special type. Imitated disturbance is carried out by using a tool of a special form. During the processing cutting edges of the tool create a pseudorandom process with certain statistical characteristics, in particular, the correlation function. The proposed design of the tool makes it possible to perform the research of frequency parameters of the dynamic system of the machine without complex loading devices.Dynamic characteristics of the system flexibility of the machine affect the accuracy of machining, so the study of this problem is very important. Impact of Fading Wireless Channel on The Performance of Game Theoretic Power Control Algorithms for CDMAWireless Data

Our goal in this paper is to study the performance of the game-theoretic power control algorithms for wireless data introduced by Saraydar et al [1] in two realistic channels: (a1) fast flat fading channel and (a2) Slow flat fading channel. The fading coefficients under both (a1) and (a2) are studied under an appropriate small scale channel model that is used in the CDMA cellular systems, namely Nakagami channel model. To do so, we derive a closed- form expression of the average utility function which represents the number of bits received correctly at the receiver per one Joule expended. Then, using this expression we study the existence, uniqueness of Nash equilibrium (NE), and the social desirability of NE in the Pareto sense
