    THE IMPACT OF TRAINING PROGRAM BASED ON LOVAAS' APPROACH IN ENHANCING OF CHILDREN'S AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER INDEPENDENCE SKILLS

    Children's Autism Spectrum Disorder suffers from independence skills’ problems. Hence, this research is to design a training program based on the Lovaas' approach to develop the Children's Autism Spectrum Disorder Independence skills and to measure its effectiveness. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the semi-experimental method based on the training program and the independence skills. The research population consists of Children's Autism Spectrum Disorder, ages 4 to 8 years, who were in the special education centers in Irbid governorate from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2018/2019. The sample of experimental and control group consisted of 30 Children's Autism Spectrum Disorder who were purposively selected and divided into two groups: 15 experimental and 15 control students. The post-test results showed statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups at the level of a= 0.05 while the mean scores (32.00) indicated significantly for the experimental group of independence skills in post-test. Moreover, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 = a in the post and delayed test in the experimental group. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the need to take advantage of the training program and the implementation program. One of the researcher's suggestions is to conduct a similar research on the Lovaas' approach for different age groups and different skills in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.  Article visualizations

    Research problem: Autism spectrum disorders' children suffer from social skills problems. The aim of this study is to design a training program based on the Lovaas’ curriculum for development of Autism spectrum disorders' children social skills and to measure its effectiveness. To achieve the objective of this study, the researcher uses the descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach based on the training program and measure of the social skills. The research population consists of autism spectrum disorders' children, ages 4 to 8 years, who were in the special education centers in Irbid governorate from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the year 2018/2019. The experimental and control groups were purposive sampling selected, which consisted of 30 children divided into two groups: experimental 15 and 15 control. Findings: The results of the descriptive analysis showed that a training program based on the Lovaas’ program was designed to develop social skills. The post-test results showed statistically significant differences between experimental and control groups at the level of a= 0.05, while the mean scores (29.8) indicated significantly for the experimental group of social skills in post-test. The delayed test results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of a= 0.05 for the experimental group. Conclusion: The researcher recommended the need to take advantages of the training program and the application program. One of the researcher's suggestions is to conduct a similar research on the Lovaas' approach for different age groups and different skills in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.  Article visualizations

    Pemeliharaan harta: analisis menurut Diwan Imam Shafi‘i

    Menjaga dan memelihara harta ialah salah satu daripada maqasid dalam Islam. Maqasid bertujuan untuk memelihara kemaslahatan manusia dan menjauhkan mereka daripada kemudaratan. Seseorang mujtahid perlu memahami ilmu maqasid sebelum mengeluarkan pandangannya. Antara mujtahid yang sering diterima pandangannya ialah Imam Shafi’i, seorang sarjana yang mahir dalam segenap cabang ilmu termasuklah fiqah dan bahasa Arab. Akan tetapi populariti beliau dalam bidang fiqah lebih diketengahkan berbanding bidang bahasa Arab. Disebabkan maqasid syariah amat penting dalam muamalat berkaitan harta dan kewangan, maka kajian ini diperlukan. Selain itu, kajian juga penting untuk memfokuskan pandangan Imam Shafi’i berkaitan pemeliharaan harta yang diungkapkan melalui bait-bait puisi. Kajian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menjadikan analisis kandungan sebagai reka bentuk kajian. Bait-bait puisi diterjemahkan melalui kaedah komunikatif dan semantik seterusnya dianalisis menggunakan teori stilistik. Hasil kajian ini mendapati Imam Shafi’i menggalakkan kesungguhan dalam mengumpul harta akan tetapi harta tersebut hendaklah diagihkan dengan cara yang wajar demi pemeliharaannya. Selain itu, hutang juga wajar direkodkan sesuai dengan saranan al-Quran. Sebagai seorang yang faqih, pandangan beliau sesuai dengan teori al-Quran, Hadis dan pendapat ulama. Beliau turut menggunakan laras bahasa yang selari dengan pandangan sarjana lampau dan kini dalam mengungkapkan puisinya

    This study aims to examine al- tawkid poetic style in Shafii's poems by using the textual analysis approach. This analytical approach can help readers understand the poetry texts deeply. This study will focus on textual analysis applied in poetry text studies. The selected poems of Imam al-Shafi'i r.h.m which is containing al-tawkid are only chooses to be analyzed. The findings show that textual analysis is a good method to analyze a poetic text from the linguistic point of view and the function of the poetic meaning. Kajian ini bermatlamat menganalisis gaya bahasa al-tawkid yang terdapat dalam Diwan al-Shafi’i r.h.m dengan menggunakan kaedah analisis tekstual. Pendekatan analisis  ini dapat membantu pembaca memahami teks puisi dengan lebih mendalam. Hanya puisi-puisi Imam al- Shafi'i yang mengandungi gaya bahasa al-tawkid sahaja  dipilih untuk dianalisis. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa analisis tekstual adalah kaedah yang baik dalam membantu menganalisis sesebuah teks puisi dari sudut linguistik dan fungsi makna puisi  tersebut

    Aspek-aspek pembangunan modal insan adalah antara aspek yang banyak dikeutarakan oleh Imam al-Shafi’i dalam diwan beliau. Kertas kerja ini akan membincangkan secara ringkas aspek-aspek pembangunan modal insan yang telah diberi perhatian oleh Imam al-Shafi’i dalam diwan beliau. Dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan analisis kandungan, kajian ini akan meneroka teks-teks ungkapan beliau yang secara langsung membantu pembangunan modal insan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan, Imam al-Shafi’i melantunkan hampir 15 teks penting berkaitan aspek-aspek pembangunan modal insan.     The study aims to analyze poetry from poetry anthology Imam al-Shafie in advising Muslims on the benefits of learning and encouraging the Lifelong Learning (LLL). Using the qualitative approach of content analysis, this study attempts to examine the poems of Imam al-Shafie r.h.m which uses the al-tawkid uslub to express importance (LLL). The findings show that (LLL) is a must-have concept in every individual Muslim but it must be in accordance with Islamic law and should be guided by the right teacher in order to guarantee the blessings of knowledge gained. Keywords: Life-long learning, Imam al-shafie,Diwan al-shafieAbstrakKajian ini bertujuan menelusuri diwan Imam al-Shafie dalam menasihati umat Islam tentang kelebihan menuntut ilmu dan galakkan kearah Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat (PSH).
