Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace stavby rodinného domu ve svahu. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní, kde první podlaží je zasunuto do terénu a tvoří podsklepení. Objekt je založen na základových pasech, nosná konstrukce je navržena ze systému Porotherm, doplněna železobetonovými stropy. Železobetonová deska také tvoří nosnou konstrukci ploché střechy. Objekt je situován na parcele č. 531 v obci Moravské Bránice, katastrální území Moravské Bránice, Jihomoravský kraj.The subject of bachelor's thesis is creation of project documentation of construction of family house on a slope. The family house is two-storey building, where the first floor is set in the sloping terrain to create basement. The object is founded on foundation strips, load-bearing structures are mainly designed from system Porotherm, completed with reinforced concrete ceilings. The reinforced concrede slabs are also the load-bearing construction of flat roof. The object is situated on parcels n. 531 in municipality of Moravské Bránice, cadastre unit Moravské Bránice, South Moravian region.

Institutions, gouvernance et croissance à long terme à Madagascar : l'énigme et le paradoxe

Les théories classiques et récentes du développement sont impuissantes à expliquer la contreperformance économique malgache sur longue période. Cet article propose une relecture de l'histoire malgache en mobilisant le cadre d’analyse de l’économie politique. Nos analyses pointent qu’en dépit de facteurs de blocage profonds, Madagascar a fait montre d'une capacité de transformation d'une modernité inattendue : transitions économique (avec l'arrivée d'une classe d'entrepreneurs nouveaux) et politique (avec les alternances démocratiques) ; mise en place d'institutions solides caractéristiques des sociétés « modernes » ; contrôle de la violence ; expression des aspirations économiques et citoyennes de la population. Trois entraves structurelles s’opposent en revanche au développement du pays : la fragmentation de la société, l'atomisation de la population et l'atrophie des corps intermédiaires favorisent une forte concentration du pouvoir aux mains d'une poignée d'élites qui n'est ni contrainte ni incitée à avoir une vision de moyen/long terme et à prendre en compte les intérêts de la grande majorité ; malgré sa revendication des principes démocratiques, la population reste tiraillée entre des revendications citoyennes de type démocratique et méritocratique et des valeurs traditionnelles qui imposent le respect de hiérarchies réelles et symboliques héritées du passé ; enfin, les politiques promues, voire imposées, par les bailleurs de fonds, si elles ont pu avoir des effets positifs, ont également eu un impact négatif majeur sur la capacité de l'Etat à réguler la société

Introduction: Vandetanib is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (RTKI) with activity against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Cediranib is a highly potent VEGF RTKI that inhibits all three VEGF receptors. Yiddish Diction in Singing

The standard for classical singers in the United States to be trained in the singing diction of the German, Italian, and English languages. This sung diction varies from the spoken diction for those languages and is therefore important for singers to study in classes dedicated to singing language pronunciation. Literature is also available for the instruction in the singing diction of numerous other languages including Latin, Spanish, Czech, Russian, and Hebrew. While there is a vast scope of languages represented by vocal diction guides, there is no available singing diction guide for Yiddish songs, despite the spectrum of classical vocal genres where there is Yiddish repertoire, including art songs, cantatas, operas, operettas, and stage plays. The goal of this document is to create a manual on how to pronounce Yiddish in singing by examining the rules of spoken Yiddish diction, by comparing and contrasting how other languages differ between their spoken and sung rules, and by listening to old and new recordings of Yiddish repertoire in an effort to make this repertoire more accessible to performers

Purpose/Objective(s): Radiation therapy (RT) is a critical element in the treatment of both brain metastases and glioblastoma (GBM). Temozolomide (TMZ) has an established role in the upfront treatment of GBM. Down-regulated mismatch repair (MMR) is a known mechanism of resistance to TMZ. Vorinostat (SAHA), an HDAC inhibitor, has successfully been combined with a number of cytotoxic agents, including ionizing radiation (IR). Functional Antagonism Between Vorinostat and Temozolomide when Combined with Ionizing Radiation (IR) in Glioblastoma

Background: Glioblastoma is the most common primary adult brain tumor. Surgery followed by radiation therapy in combination with temozolomide (Tmz) produces a median survival of 14.6 months. Tmz is a DNA akylating agent that leads to the mispairing of guanine residues with thymine. An intact mismatch-repair mechanism (MMR) converts the mispaired thymine into a lethal double-strand DNA break. Vorinostat (SAHA), an HDAC inhibitor, has been shown to act as a radiosensitizer, possibly through inhibition of DNA repair. SAHA has successfully been combined with a number of cytotoxic agents. We hypothesized that SAHA would further potentiate the radiosensitizing properties of Tmz in glioblastoma.
