The torsion of a finite quasigroup quandle is annihilated by its order

We prove that if Q is a finite quasigroup quandle, then |Q| annihilates the torsion of its homology. It is a classical result in reduced homology of finite groups that the order of a group annihilates its homology. From the very beginning of the rack homology (between 1990 and 1995) the analogous result was suspected. The first general results in this direction were obtained independently about 2001 by R.A.Litherland and S.Nelson, and P.Etingof and M.Grana. In Litherland-Nelson paper it is proven that if (Q;*) is a finite homogeneous rack (this includes quasigroup racks) then the torsion of homology is annihilated by |Q|^n. In Etingof-Grana paper it is proven that if (X;A) is a finite rack and N=|G^0_Q| is the order of a group of inner automorphisms of Q, then only primes which can appear in the torsion of homology are those dividing N (the case of connected Alexander quandles was proven before by T.Mochizuki). The result of Litherland-Nelson is generalized by Niebrzydowski and Przytycki and in particular, they prove that the torsion part of the homology of the dihedral quandle R_3 is annihilated by 3. In Niebrzydowski-Przytycki paper it is conjectured that for a finite quasigroup quandle, torsion of its homology is annihilated by the order of the quandle. The conjecture is proved by T.Nosaka for finite Alexander quasigroup quandles. In this paper we prove the conjecture in full generality. For this version, we rewrote the Section 3 totally and introduced the concept of the precubic homotopy. Notitie onderzoek asfaltdijkbekledingen 2012-2015

Ontwikkelingen van asfaltdijkbekledingen zijn: \u95 Onverwachte snelle degradatie van oudere asfaltdijkbekleding. Circa 300 km asfaltdijkbekleding is ouder dan 30 jaar. Hiervan blijkt een deel onverwacht snel te kunnen degraderen. Het huidige beheer, toetsregels en inspecties brengen deze snelle achteruitgang niet of niet goed in kaart. Ook ontbreekt de kennis en ervaring hoe deze degradatie te voorkomen/uit te stellen; \u95 Toenemende populariteit Open Steen Asfalt. De laatste 20 jaar is veel OSA aangelegd. Hiervan is weinig bekend. Dit houdt in dat voor Open Steen Asfalt de voorschriften voor de gedetailleerde toetsing niet zijn uitgewerkt. Er ontbreken beschrijvingen van voor de toetsing benodigde proeven en handleidingen voor inspectie en interpretatie. Tevens is er weinig bekend over de kwaliteit van het areaal open steen asfalt. Afgedekt OSA is een goed alternatief om overslagbestendige dijken te realiseren, wat al ruimschoots wordt toegepast; \u95 Toetsing op Veiligheid. De toetsgrafieken voor Waterbouwasfaltbeton zijn gebaseerd op de aanname dat de bekleding minimaal 30 jaar meegaat (voor een goede aanlegkwaliteit). Voor oudere bekledingen zijn er uitgebreidere toetsregels, waarbij de materiaalkwaliteit in de tijd moet worden vastgesteld. De teruggang van de kwaliteit van het asfalt is echter een geleidelijk proces, d.w.z. treedt gedurende de gehele levensduur van het asfalt op, en hiervan is nog niet veel bekend. Langere perioden (meer dan 6 jaar) tussen opeen volgende toetsingen kunnen bijvoorbeeld met het huidige toetsinstrumentarium niet zonder meer worden overbrugd; \u95 De teruggang van de kwaliteit van het asfalt is echter een geleidelijk proces, waarvan lang niet alles bekend is; \u95 Verbeteringswerken. Naar aanleiding van Toetsing 3 zullen de nodige asfaltstrekkingen verbeterd moeten worden (inschatting orde 20 km). Gezien de leeftijdsopbouw mag verwacht worden dat er in de nabije toekomst in toenemende mate asfaltdijkbekledingen \u93op de schop/onder de frees\u94 zullen moeten.
