Today there exist two standards for electronic sigatures. None of them is discussing validity of signature in long period of time. This problem is solved by CAdES standard, described in ETSI TS 101 733 or RFC 5126. Presenty there is no satisfying implementation of CAdES standard. The aim of this diploma work is to analyse and implement CAdES standard using open-source library OpenSSL. The work begins with introduction of PKI standards and problem of electronic signatures. The work continues with analyses of CAdES standard and analyses of the implementation of CAdES standard. Finally, this work is describing the implementation of standard CAdES using OpenSSL library and also possiblities of further development. A part of the implementation is a command line utility that allows users to create and verify long term signatures according to CAdES standard easily. The implementation was created with respect to possibility of extending current OpenSSL distribution.Katedra algebryDepartment of AlgebraFaculty of Mathematics and PhysicsMatematicko-fyzikální fakult

Impact of Cargo Distribution on the Vehicle Flatback on Braking Distance in Road Freight Transport

    No full text
Vehicle centre of gravity influences directly the breaking characteristics. It dues through the actual each axle load and the actual gross weight of the vehicle. This fact is significant by full braking maneuver. Full braking measurements with different operational vehicle conditions - cargo weight and its location on the vehicle – were done to evaluate this influence. The medium sized good vehicle (category N2) was breaking on a wet asphalt surface. The value of the braking deceleration MFDD and the braking distance was measured by vehicle decelerometer. The results compare different axle- and vehicle load and show the area for future related measurements

Measuring of noise emitted by moving vehicles

The article aims to measure the intensity of the exterior noise of a vehicle in motion. It provides the results of the measurements of the external noise of selected vehicles in motion and the impact of selected factors on the sound level of driving. There are done two measurements in the paper. Results from the first one are comparing noise level of 9 passenger cars according to the Directive 71/157/EEC. The second one shows the road surface influence on the exterior noise of moving vehicle where the sound level was measured by a road whose surface was made of slightly degraded concrete, and at a different place of the same road, where the surface was renovated by applying asphalt mix onto it

MEASURING OF MECHANICAL RESISTANCES OF A HEAVY GOOD VEHICLE BY COASTDOWN TEST

Mechanical resistance consists of the rolling tire resistance and power losses of vehicle drive train. Rolling resistance is done by deformation of vehicle tires on road surface. Power losses represent resistances of bearings and wheels rolling and oil wading. This resistance acts continuously during vehicle wheels rotation. The value of this driving resistance is possible to test by different methods. Laboratory tests on rotating drum or dynamometer are usually used. This paper deals about rare method – coastdown exterior driving test. It was done with a casual truck trailer set. Results of this test method show the value of this resistance forces which are converted in to coefficient of mechanical resistance and discussed in the point of view of rolling resistance coefficient values

Mouse model of congenital heart defects, dysmorphic facial features and intellectual developmental disorders as a result of nonfunctional CDK13

Congenital heart defects, dysmorphic facial features and intellectual developmental disorders (CHDFFID) syndrome in humans was recently associated with mutation in CDK13 gene. In order to assess the loss of function of Cdk13 during mouse development, we employed gene trap knock-out allele in Cdk13 gene. Embryonic lethality of Cdk13-deficient animals was observed by the embryonic day 16.5, live embryos were observed on E15.5. At this stage, improper development of multiple organs has been documented, partly resembling defects observed in patients with mutated CDK13. In particular, slower brain development, incomplete palate formation, kidney failure accompanied by congenital heart defects were detected. Based on further analyses, the lethality at this stage is a result of heart failure most likely due to multiple heart defects followed by insufficient blood circulation resulting in multiple organs dysfunctions. Thus, Cdk13 knock-out mice might be a very useful model for further studies focused on delineating signaling circuits and molecular mechanisms underlying CHDFFID caused by mutation in CDK13 gene
