IS THERE A NEED FOR THE POST-NON-CLASSICAL METHODOLOGY IN PEDAGOGY?

The publication continues the discussion, started by Yu.V. Larina in ≪Education in Search of the Congruity Principle≫ concerning the modern methodology of pedagogical science; and identifies the criteria of the given principle along with the limitations of the post-non-classical approaches to the humanities.Methods: The methodology involves the analysis of existing view points, formalization of characteristics of post-non-classical science, and reflection of pedagogical principle of cultural conformity.Results: The research outcomes demonstrate that the gradual undermining of the fundamental science results in erosion of methodological background. In case of interdisciplinary subjects, a researcher is forced to integrate different methods and techniques, which provokes further disruption of the methodology.Scientific novelty: The author classifies and extrapolates to the humanities sphere the main characteristics of post-non-classical science; and makes a conclusion about the gradual decline of researchers’ training quality due to the lack of methodological clarity, and aggressive forms of science vulgarization leading to spontaneous development of clipping methodology.The practical significance: Implementation of the research findings can activate both theoretical and methodological aspects of teacher’s training and selfeducation

RELIGIOUS SCHOLARS: THEORY AND PRACTICE ACTIVITIES

The aim of the study is to consider the theoretical and practical problems of texts analysis of an extremist orientation; to define lacks of vocational training of religious scholars.Methods. The methods involve analysis of existing points of view on the issue; analysis of the conceptual apparatus; reflection of empirical experience of the expert participation in law enforcement investigation and at court. The present investigation is carried out based on the authors’ experience of expert activity.Results. The scientific inconsistency of widespread concepts "sect", «totalitarian sect», and «a destructive cult» is proved. Authors note that the term "sect" is necessary to use as religious concept exclusively in the sphere of studying of Christianity history. The necessity of correction of normative base is proved upon which many procedural and substantial questions of judicial religious examinations are solved.Scientific novelty. Specificity of religious expertise as a form of scientific research is presented; factors that negatively affect its results are identified; it is justified that the legal position and status of non-state independent religious experts actually are not determined, therefore, not protected.Practical significance. The use of theoretical research results allows activating theoretical component of educational activity on training personnel for Religious as in the system of higher education, and in self-education; it contributes to the development of tools of empirical research in the field of religious expertise and improves the quality of expert opinions

Conflict Humanitarian and Natural Knowledge: the Way to Exit From It

The article shows that in the context of the overestimation the role of natural and technical education by modern society, it is clearly underestimated importance of humanities education. Paper is aimed at creating prerequisites for the study of contemporary place in science of humanities and culture in general. As the leading methodological approaches of this study the author uses the cultural approach and the principle of determinism. The article substantiates the proposition that without an understanding of human nature and the sake of what a man lives on the earth, the solution of all other problems and technical quests are meaningless. In other words, the humanity stands as a mainstay of human in culture. As a result of the systematization and generalization of facts, the author offers a new universal metasubjected approach in cognition of the social reality that allows evaluating the possibilities and prospects of the global human survival
