Globalization and regionalization: Institution aspect
The urgency of the analyzed problem is due to the fact that regionalization and globalization have a dual nature and depend on the institutional system, which, in turn, affects the establishment of new rules in the economic space in which interact businesses. The purpose of the article is to justify the fact that the institutional aspect of globalization and regionalization is, above all, in the establishment of new rules and norms of the economy that affect all businesses, and one of the key roles is performed by innovation and investment institutions. The main methods in the study of this problem is the dialectical method, which allows identifying trends in the development institutions at the regional level. Results: the article proves that the development of modern market institutions is associated with the stimulation of innovation activity in the regions and the creation of innovation systems in them, the effectiveness of which depends on the degree of interconnectedness and interdependence of the national innovation system, which corresponds to the globalization processes. The data of the article may be useful in determining institutions of the Samara region that promote economic development and competitiveness of the region, as well as practical development of managerial decisions related to improving the efficiency of the use of economic and administrative resources. Β The conducted analysis of Russian and foreign literature sources showed that the problem of diagnostics and treatment of polytrauma in elderly and senile patients is still relevant. The main discussion point is the highΒ mortality rate in this group of patients. Although at this level of theΒ medicineβs evolution, an active approach to the treatment offered to such patients is applicable, the mortality rate in this group of patients remains much higher than in the group of patients under 65. The priority here is to study the difficulties of diagnosing injuries in elderly and senile patients withΒ polytrauma. Also, a fundamental issue is the development of an effective algorithm for the surgical treatment of injuries, taking intoΒ consideration ageΒrelated changes, the presence of concomitant pathology and an increased risk of complications in patients of this age group. Gaze following ability in children 5, 10 and 15 months old
Joint attention is attention to an external object shared between two persons. The joint attention mechanism plays an important role in early cognitive, social and emotional development. Therefore, impairments of joint attention development can trigger different psychic disorders. The simplest form of joint attentional behavior is gaze following. The literature on the development of gaze following in children indicates that there is a great deal of variance regarding the age of emergence and development of this skill. This study aims to examine the age dynamics of the gaze following skill in infants and to establish more precisely the age at which this skill emerges. This comparative study of gaze following ability of infants at the age of 5, 10 and 15 months was conducted in Yekaterinburg at the Laboratory of the Brain and Neurocognitive Development, Ural Federal University. Gaze following ability was measured by the eye tracker task βGaze followingβ. Significant differences were found between the proportion of tasks with first gaze to a congruent object performed by 5 and 10 month old children and between 10 and 15 month old children. Furthermore, there was a significant difference of fixation duration on a congruent object between 10 and 15 month old children. The results reveal that the gaze following ability emerges in children already by the age of 5 months, develops significantly by 10 months, and develops almost completely by 15 months. Β© E. R. Perspective trends of computer assisted learning language application for Chinese language teaching
The urgency of the problem is caused by an active introduction of innovative computer technologies and teaching methods into all spheres of our life, including an educational environment. The purpose of the article is to study the foreign experience in Computer Assisted Language Learning application during Chinese teaching as a foreign language, as well as to find out the most promising trends for the development of this method. The leading method of this problem study is an analytical method to study the frequency of keyword words. As the keywords clear the contents of a whole thesis, if a certain keyword is repeatedly repeated in a text, it may reflect the fact that the topic of research presented by this keyword is an object of the study close interest. The frequency analysis of key words reflects the most relevant topics of research under the close attention of scientists. The main result of the study is that an intelligent CALL (ICALL), namely an intelligent computer training, is the newest term in CALL. ICALL, being a high-frequency keyword, occupies the seventh place in the list of key words of foreign journal articles. The materials of the article can be useful for researchers and teachers of Chinese as a foreign language during the compilation of teaching and methodological AIDS during the development and the implementation of innovative teaching methods at their lessons

Development of scientific understanding of the essence of the fiscal control in Russia over the past 100 years
The relevance of the studied problem is determined by the fact that the modern understanding of the essence of the fiscal control is based on the research of specific essential characteristics. As a rule, they are not of system nature and are not connected with studies of other characteristics. The aim of this article is a synthesis of the main theoretical achievements in the study of the fiscal control in the Russian Federation and other countries, and identifying of the most important characteristics, which allow to reveal its internal content. The leading approach to the research of this issue is the system approach that provides a means of analyzing the essence of the fiscal control as a multifaceted phenomenon of the economic life of economic entities and the state. The main results of the research consist in the substantiation of the three major theoretical outputs concerning: a) the nature of the fiscal control as an economic phenomenon; b) the main essential characteristics of the fiscal control; c) interested user in information of the fiscal control as the foundation of its organization and implementation.. The materials of this article can be used for further research of the theory and methodology of carrying out the fiscal control, as well as its organization on the macro and micro levels. Impact of Echinococcosis on Quality of Sheep Meat in the South Eastern Kazakhstan
A survey of 2,123 slaughtered adult sheep in markets of the south-east Kazakhstan established that the average contamination of animals by Echinococcus granulosus is 9.1% with primary localization of cysts in livers and lungs. The histologic structure of the muscle tissue of infected sheep displayed destructive changes with a prevalence of granular dystrophy. The amount of protein, fat, calcium and energetical value of such meat considerably decreased. Besides in the muscle tissue of the animals infected with echinococcosis there was a substantial increase of humidity and amount of ash as well as qualitative and quantitative changes of the amino acids profile. Along with damage to the synthesis of proteins and sharp insufficiency of vitamins A, E, B1, and B2 there was a shift in a lipidic exchange that was expressed as a noticeable reduction in the level of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The data support the conclusion that the meat from the sheep infected with echinococcosis is of inferior quality and quantity compared to that of healthy animals

Electron microscopy analysis of ATP-independent nucleosome unfolding by FACT
FACT is a histone chaperone that participates in nucleosome removal and reassembly during transcription and replication. We used electron microscopy to study FACT, FACT:Nhp6 and FACT:Nhp6:nucleosome complexes, and found that all complexes adopt broad ranges of configurations, indicating high flexibility. We found unexpectedly that the DNA binding protein Nhp6 also binds to the C-terminal tails of FACT subunits, inducing more open geometries of FACT even in the absence of nucleosomes. Nhp6 therefore supports nucleosome unfolding by altering both the structure of FACT and the properties of nucleosomes. Complexes formed with FACT, Nhp6, and nucleosomes also produced a broad range of structures, revealing a large number of potential intermediates along a proposed unfolding pathway. The data suggest that Nhp6 has multiple roles before and during nucleosome unfolding by FACT, and that the process proceeds through a series of energetically similar intermediate structures, ultimately leading to an extensively unfolded form
