Kekuatan Hukum Pembuktian Perjanjian Pemisahan Harta Yang Dibuat Setelah Perkawinan Campuran Guna Mempertahankan Hak Milik Atas Properti
This research aims to find out about law evidence of marriage agreements with segregation of assets who made after a mixed marriage in order to obtain the title of property as well as the status of property rights on property acquired after the execution of mixed marriage were confirmed in the marriage covenant. The method in this research used normative juridical, using legislation approachand case approach from Court Decision. The enactment of Government Regulation No. 103 of 2015 concerning Home Ownership or Housing for Foreigners who domiciled in Indonesia is expected to provide legal certainty about equality for the perpetrators of a mixed marriage in terms of property rights over land , namely its obligation to prove the separation of joint property through property separation agreement, but in fact the burden of proof segregation of assets pose problems for the perpetrators of mixed marriages who have already married without marriage agreement before marriage. In order to make a marriage agreement after a mixed marriage took place in order to maintain the status of property rights to land is the determination of how to apply to the Court, as well as on the Tangerang District Court Decision No. 269/Pen.Pdt.P/2015/PN.TNG
Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the communication climate to employee performance Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees at Women and Children's Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Samples are drawn with a probability proportional sampling technique. The sampling method used was probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The scale of measurement used is a Likert Scale. Data collection techniques used in this study is the observation and questionnaires. As for the analytical technique used is the descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that the relationship between communication climate (independent variable) with employee performance (the dependent variable) has a strong relationship level. Communication climate contributed considerable influence on the performance of employees at the Mother and Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru

The survey in underwater environment has always presented considerable difficulties both operative and technical and this has sometimes made it difficult to use the techniques of survey commonly used for the documentation of Cultural Heritage in dry environment. The work of study concerns the evaluation in terms of capability and accuracy of the Autodesk123DCatch software for the reconstruction of a three-dimensional model of an object in underwater context. The subjects of the study are models generated from sets of photographs and sets of frames extracted from video sequence. The study is based on comparative method, using a reference model, obtained with laser scanner technique
The performance of inorganic passive fire protections: An experimental and modelling study
The installation of fireproofing materials on equipment and structures is a widely applied and effective solution for the protection of critical process elements against severe fires, in order to prevent possible damages escalation. The choice and design of fireproofing materials is crucial for granting adequate performances. As a matter of fact, properties such as, among others, thermal conductivity and density change substantially when the material is exposed to severe temperatures. In the present study, a methodological approach, integrating experimental and modelling activities, was proposed. Focus was set on a particular class of PFP: inorganic fireproofing materials. A reference set of commercial PFP materials (rock wool, glass wool, silica blanket, etc.) was selected. Small scale experiments allowed determining the variation of the most relevant thermal properties of the coatings and to obtain detailed correlation models for their description. A finite element model (FEM) was developed in order to reproduce the behaviour of real scale equipment exposed to fire and to provide a sound design of the fire protection system
