    System development of estimated figures of volume production plan

    The relevance of this problem is primarily determined by a necessity of improving production efficiency in conditions of innovative development of the economy and implementation of Import Substitution Program. The purpose of the article is development of set of criteria and procedures for the comparative assessment of alternative volume production plans and choice of optimum alternative. The leading method of the study of the problem is economic-mathematical modeling, providing the variability of volume plan development on the basis of different factors and variables, which reflect actual operating standards of a particular study subject. The results of the study: In the article, economic-mathematical model for development of aggregate production plan was presented, on the basis of which alternatives was produced, estimated figures, characterizing efficiency of derived alternatives, were justified, the key factors, which determine a specific set of variables and constraints, were considered. The article materials can be useful for experts, which are specialized in planning of production and distribution of the production program in choosing optimum alternative of aggregate production plan. © 2016 Brazhnikov et al

    Longitudinal Momentum Fraction X_L for Two High P_t Protons in pp->ppX Reaction

    We present an analysis of new data from Experiment E850 at BNL. We have characterized the inclusive cross section near the endpoint for pp exclusive scattering in Hydrogen and in Carbon with incident beam energy of 6 GeV. We select events with a pair of back-to-back hadrons at large transverse momentum. These cross sections are parameterized with a form dσdXL\frac{d \sigma}{d X_{L}} (1XL)p\sim(1-X_{L})^{p}, where XL{X_{L}} is the ratio of the longitudinal momentum of the observed pair to the total incident beam momentum. Small value of pp may suggest that the number of partons participating in the reaction is large and reaction has a strong dependence on the center-of-mass energy.     В статье представлен перечень учебно-тренировочных центров при атомных станциях России, показана актуальность их развития и важность совершенствования подготовки персонала. Описана стендовая база в Учебно-тренировочном центре по подготовке персонала для технического обслуживания и ремонта атомных станций, обоснована необходимость внедрения новой дисциплины «Стендовая и тренажерная подготовка» в рамках дисциплин и рабочих программ по изучению ядерных энергетических реакторов. Представлены тренажерные комплексы «Томас-1», «Томас-2», «Joker», «Корсар», аналитический тренажер блочного щита управления «БН-800». Разработаны технологические карты выполнения заданий по стендовой и тренажерной подготовке студентов.The article presents a list of training centers at nuclear power plants of Russia, shows the relevance of their development and the importance of improving the training of personnel. The bench base in the Training center for personnel training for maintenance and repair of nuclear power plants is described, the need for the introduction of a new discipline "Bench and simulator training" within the disciplines and work programs for the study of nuclear power reactors is justified. The training complexes "Thomas-1", "Thomas-2", "Joker", "Corsar", analytical simulator of block control Board "BN-800"are presented. Technological maps of performance of tasks on bench and simulator preparation of students are developed

    Problems in achieving control in children with bronchial asthma

    This article reviews the results of a survey of 27 children with bronchial asthma to determine possible problems in disease control. The living arrangements of patients, the level of asthma control were studied using special tests. It was shown that inadequate asthma control in children is more often detected in severe cases. No differences in living arrangements were found. It was revealed that in most families a hypoallergenic environment was not created for the children. 20% of children did not receive basic therapy, despite the uncontrolled diseaseВ данной статье рассмотрены результаты обследования 27 детей с бронхиальной астмой для определения возможных проблем в достижении контроля заболевания. Изучены условия проживания пациентов, уровень контроля бронхиальной астмы с использованием специальных тестов. Было показано, что недостаточный контроль бронхиальной астмы у детей чаще выявляется при тяжелом течении, не выявлено различий в условиях проживания. Выявлено, что в большинстве семей не создана гипоаллергенная обстановка для ребенка, а 20% детей не получают базисную терапию, несмотря на неконтролируемое течени
