Problems in achieving control in children with bronchial asthma

Abstract

This article reviews the results of a survey of 27 children with bronchial asthma to determine possible problems in disease control. The living arrangements of patients, the level of asthma control were studied using special tests. It was shown that inadequate asthma control in children is more often detected in severe cases. No differences in living arrangements were found. It was revealed that in most families a hypoallergenic environment was not created for the children. 20% of children did not receive basic therapy, despite the uncontrolled diseaseВ данной статье рассмотрены результаты обследования 27 детей с бронхиальной астмой для определения возможных проблем в достижении контроля заболевания. Изучены условия проживания пациентов, уровень контроля бронхиальной астмы с использованием специальных тестов.
