In the report of the World Health Organization from 1990 to 2016 to this day, Ukraine continues to occupy first place in the European region in morbidity and mortality from diseases of the cardiovascular system. One of the predictors and key links in the development of CVD is endothelial dysfunction. In this work, it was shown that chronic loading with sodium nitrite provokes the development of oxidative stress (an increase in 2,3-bisphosphoglyceric acid), inflammation (an increase in the level of interleukin-1-beta, which, in turn, causes a sharp increase in iNOS activity), the development of endothelial dysfunction (increase in von Willebrand factor). L-arginine alone, and in conjunction with the drug “Vin-Vita” cause a decrease in the negative effect of sodium nitrite

Estimation of impact of remodeling and microbial factors on the results of total endoprosthesis of a knee joint in patients, suffering rheumatoid arthritis

Objective. To estimate the impact of remodelling and microbial factors on the results of total endoprosthesis (ТЕP) of the knee joint in patients, suffering rheumatoid arthritis (RА). Маterials and methods. The results of microbiological investigations of operative specimen were compared with results of cloning of the stem stromal cells of the bone marrow. Міcrobiologically and microscopically there were studied 247 specimen of operative material, obtained during performance of primary TЕP of a knee joint in 64 patients, suffering RA. Results. As the investigations have shown, in 1 сm³ of spongious bone of distal femur there is in 1.4 times more a general quantity of cells, containing the nuclei, than in 1 сm3 of spongious bone of proximal tibiae (the difference is not statistically significant). In distal part of femur the quantity of a colony-creating units of fibroblasts (CCUF) in 1 сm³ is in a 9.8 times lower, than the CCUF quantity in 1 сm³ in proximal part of tibiae (the difference is statistically significant), аnd the efficacy of the CCUF cloning is accordingly more than in 2.1 times lower (difference is statistically nonsignificant). Conclusion. High level of contamination of predominantly gram-positive microorganisms of the bone operative material, obtained while primary TEP of a knee joint in 82.8% patients, suffering RA, have a strong (almost a functional one) linear adverse correlation (coefficient r = -0.98) with osteogenic аctivity of the stem stromal cells in the bone marrow, which form a knee joint, what necessitates overestimation of approaches, concerning preparation and performance of surgical intervention for guaranteeing the efficacy of orthopedic treatment and standards of the protocols

The use of decorative trim in clothing collections of designers from around the world

The article is devoted to the study of the use of clothing decorative trim in the collections of designers from around the world. The analysis of women's clothing models has been carried out in the collections of designers from Europe, America, Asia, Australia, and Africa, presented in the Resort, Pre Fall, Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter seasons 2020/2021. The frequency of using the most common types of the decorative trim in designers' collections has been estimated, the use of embroidery in the models of collections has been analyzed according to the total number of collections and the number of collections with flat trim, the most common embroidery techniques used by designers have been identified (satin stitch, goldwork, whitework embroidery, Luneville embroidery, Richelieu, drawn-thread work, machine embroidery with the use of additional materials) as well as the trendy colors. It has been determined that the three-dimensional clothing decorative trim is relevant and will be popular for several more seasons in a row, as fashion is cyclical, but flat trim consolidates its position. The largest number of different embroidery types is used by designers from European countries, the smallest – by designers from Africa. The results of the research can be used by designers in the development of clothing collections with decoration and fashion retailers, as well as in the education of designers. Further research will be devoted to the analysis of other compositional and constructive features of clothing models in the collections of designers, namely, the definition of fashionable silhouettes, divisions, proportional ratios, colors

Sexual disharmony of married couple where a husband has epilepsy and influense of biological rhytmms on its flow

Досліджено 60 сімейних пар, в яких чоловік хворіє епілепсією. Виділені три варіанти сексуальної дисгармонії, що виникають в указаних сімейних парах. Встановлено, що в основі цих дисгармоній лежить багатофакторний етіопатогенез, який містить біологічні, психологічні та соціально-психологічні феномени; Исследовано 60 семейных пар, в которых мужчина болеет эпилепсией. Выделенные три варианта сексуальной дисгармонии, возникающие в указанных семейных парах. Установлено, что в основе этих дисгармоний лежит многофакторный этиопатогенез, который содержит биологические, психологические и социально-психологические феномены; 60 married couple, where a husband has epilepsy, was examined. Three variants of sexual disharmony was sorted out that that appers in such families. It was found out that multiple-factor atiopathogenese, that includes biological, psychological and socially psychological phenomena, is peculiar to such dishamonies
