    This study discussed the use of code-switching among the late adolescents in social media Facebook. The purpose of the research was to know the types of code-switching used among the late adolescents in social media Facebook by applying Poplack theory. The other purpose was to reveal the reasons for using such types of code-switching in social media Facebook by applying Hoffman theory. The descriptive qualitative research design was used in this study. The data of the research were analyzed using Miles and Huberman method. The results of the research were: (1) there were three types of code-switching used by the late adolescents in social media Facebook, (2) some reasons in using code-switching were being emphatic to others, the use of interjection to gain attention, the use of repetition for clarification, intention of clarifying the speech content for interlocutor, expressing identity group, softening the request or command, lexical needs, and using  satire.     The Existence Of Loyalty In Indonesia Ministery Education Regulation On Electronic Text Book. (Study Of Vocational High School’s Electronic Text Book In Bandung)*)

    The Indonesian government believes that textbooks play a strategic role in improving the quality of primary and secondary education (Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No.11 of 2005). Nevertheless, Abdulkarim (2010) revealed that the quality of school textbooks, either in junior or vocational / high school is very low. The contradiction between Regulation of the Minister of National Education Regulation goal and Abdulkarim (2010), and some previous research, such as Heskett et al. (1997), and Dimitriades (2006) motivates this study to analyze the effect of satisfaction to commitment and loyalty of vocational teachers in Bandung. The results showed that there was no correlation between satisfaction and the commitment and between the commitment and loyalty, but there is a significant direct correlation between satisfaction and loyalty. This shows that users of textbooks as the government policy consumers has loyalty in the sense will do its use continuously, but the loyalty is not based on a commitment, but only based on satisfaction.This is suggests that vocational high school teachers are satisfied with the textbook but don’t want to rely on Regulation of National Education Minister, since commitment is defined by Dwyer et al. (1987), Morgan and Hunt (1994), and Pritchard et al. (1999) as a stable seeking and defensive attitude towards not to change a choice. They are easy to change attitudes through using of Electronic Text Boook (ETB) as teaching materials. The Authors also revealed some limitations and recommendation

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatam aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan menggunakan metode pembelajaran diskusi kelompok di kelas V SDN 11 Sandai Kab. Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas setelah dilaksanakan pada siklus I, siklus II, dan siklus III mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil aktivitas siswa kelas V dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siklus I dengan persentase 46.4 % kategori (cukup), siklus II 68.8% kategori (tinggi), dan siklus III dengan persentase 85.6% dengan kategori (sangat tinggi). Kata Kunci : Aktivitas belajar, Metode Diskusi Kelompok, PKn Abstract: The research was aimed to describe the improvement of students’ learning activity in civics learning by using group discussion method in the class V of SDN 11 Sandai kabupaten Ketapang. The research method used was descriptive method with the research design of classroom action research (CAR). The result of this classroom action research after it implemented on cycle I, cycle II and cycle III could improve the students’ learning activity. This was proved from the fifth grade students’ learning activity in civics learning in the first cycle with the percentage of 46.4% which could be categorized as (enough), in cycle II the percentage was 68.8% which could be categorized as (high), and in cycle III with the percentage of 85.6% which could be categorized as (excellent).     Consumers make many buying decisions every day decisions are the focal point of a marketer’s effort. Marketing stimuli consist of four Ps, which are product, price, place, and promotion. Consumer purchases are strongly influenced by cultural, social, personal, and psychological characteristics (Azuma & Femie, 2003). The luxury sector targets its products and services at consumers at the top-end of the wealth spectrum (Mansharamani & Khanna, 2008). These self-selected elites are more or less price-insensitive and choose to spend their time and money on objects that are plainly opulence rather than necessities (Mansharamani & Khanna, 2008). For these reasons, luxury and prestige brands have for centuries commanded an unwavering and often illogical customer loyalty. In general, luxury goods are highly priced products often in the niche market of goods. Individuals purchase these goods for different purposes.     Análisis de estrategias de comunicación del programa recuperación de alumnos de Euroidiomas durante la pandemia covid-19, Lima – 2020

    Frente a la situación atravesada por la pandemia del coronavirus, las organizaciones se vieron obligadas a adaptar sus estrategias y contenidos de comunicación a las necesidades de su público. La presente investigación analiza las estrategias de comunicación aplicadas en este periodo para la recuperación de alumnos durante el estado de emergencia en el año 2020. Se realizó una profunda investigación del tema utilizando diversas fuentes bibliográficas tanto nacionales como internacionales. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cualitativa, ya que se recogió y evaluó información teórica para el análisis de las estrategias empleadas con diseño de estudio de casos, teniendo como participantes a 4 especialistas y 5 alumnos del instituto Euroidiomas. Para obtener la información se utilizó una guía de entrevista que sirvió para corroborar, si el manejo de las estrategias en el plan de comunicación, fueron desarrolladas correctamente. Se concluyó que es de vital importancia realizar los 4 pasos propuestos dentro del modelo IACE para un mejor diagnóstico y evaluación de la efectividad de las estrategias que se utilicen
