    The Need of Human Resource in Medical Records Division at Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital Using WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) Approach

    WISN (Workload Indicators Staff Need) is a method to calculate the need of health human resource based on the real workload. There is imbalance workload of human resource in Medical records division at Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital, where this situation make the stack layout of medical records file are arranged less tidy, so that, the medical record employee get many complaint from doctors and nurses because of delays in provision of medical records file that could be provided in ≤ 10 minutes (minimum standard provision of medical record file). The aim of this research to know the number of employee needed by medical record division at Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital. This research employs mix method (qualitative and quantitative) with total informant eight persons. Data collected by interview and observation with using WISN formula. The result of this research found that the total number of human resource are required by medical records division at Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital are 14 persons, while the number of existing human resource today are 13 persons, its mean the human resource of medical record division in Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital require to recruit one person more. Suggestion, the management of Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru Islamic Hospital should increase their number of employee in medical records division particularly in filing task in order to increase their performance and enhance their service quality optimall

    The waiting time is the time it takes from the patient to register until the medical record file is sent to the polyclinic. RSUD Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau for service still not good because it still uses manual system. Minimum standards of service time wait patients in outpatient registrationin RSUD PetalaBumiProvinsi Riau.Research methodology used in this research is descriptive approach with a combination of quantitative and qualitative, samples to this research a total of 97 patients. Produce research waiting time in registration outpatients included in a category slow(≥ 10 minute) as much as 66 patients (68,0 %)While in the category of fast(≤ 10 minute) 31 patients (31,9 %). From 97 outpatients at the hospital Petala Bumi,riau.Seen from workload by officers additional resources is needed, especifically at distribution so that the medical officerno longer working concurrently again, education and training record medical officer has already been done, SPO in TPPRJ already exists but not run optimally, and facilities in unit medical record hospital in Petala Bumi Riau has been sufficient. Advice on this research is should be increased again the quality and quantity of the of officer so that patient do not wait longer in registration of outpatient. For medical officers are expected to perform their duties in accordance with SOPs that have been established so as to increase the value of productivity so that patient services faster and can improve the quality of service in TPPRJ

    Pelaksanaan Assembling Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit

    Assembling merupakan penataan rekam medis, pelaksanaan kegiatan asembling rekam medis di Rumah Sakit belum terlaksana dengan baik dikarenakan kekurangan petugas rekam medis yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit sehingga tidak bisa mengetahui apakah berkas rekam medis lengkap atau tidak. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Assembling di Rumah Sakit. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triagulasi, analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa pelaksaaan assembling dilakukan pada saat ingin akreditasi rumah sakit, sehingga belum ada uraian tugas petugas assembling rekam medis, petugas mempunyai pengetahuan dalam pelaksanaan assembling rekam medis namun untuk melaksanakannya terkendala pada sumber daya yang kurang dan belum memiliki SPO assembling rekam medis di unit rekam medis Rumah Sakit. Sebaiknya dibuatkan uraian tugas petugas dan SPO assembling rekam medis, pengetahuan petugas assembling rekam medis ditingkatkan dengan mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan rekam medis dan menempatkan sumber daya manusia di bagian assembling supaya pelaksanaan assembling terlaksana dengan optimal di Rumah Sakit.Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan Assembling, Rumah Saki

    Pengembangan Desain Map dan Penggunaan Kode Warna Rekam Medis di Rumah Sakit PMC Tahun 2020

    Semua kegiatan pencatatan rekam medis akan disimpan di map/sampul rekam medis yang bertujuan memelihara keutuhan susunan lembaran-lembaran rekam medis dan mencegah terlepas atau tersobeknya lembaran, sebagai akibat sering membolak-balik lembaran tersebut. Map/sampul rekam medis terdapat kode warna dengan maksud untuk mencegah keliru simpan dan memudahkan mencari berkas rekam medis yang salah simpan. Kode warna sangat efektif apabila dilaksanakan dengan sistem penyimpanan secara terminal digit atau middle digit, cara yang sering digunakan adalah menggunakan 10 macam warna untuk sepuluh angka pertama dari 0 sampai 9. Tujuan kegiatan memberikan penyuluhan berupa pengetahuan kepada rekam medis tentang desain map rekam dan kode warna rekam medis. Metode Pelaksanaan terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan pelaksanaan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasilnya peningkatan pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan yang diperoleh oleh peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan, sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi rumah sakit dan bisa menerapkan map rekam medis, kode warna sesuai dengan Prosedur rekam medis untuk meninggakatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien.     PEMANFAATAN SERBUK DAUN BELIMBING WULUH (AVERRHOA BILIMBI LINN.) SEBAGAI PENOLAK LALAT DI PERUMAHAN TAMPAN PERMAI PANAM PEKANBARU

    One way to repellent flies is to use bioactive compounds found in plants, including starfruit leaf powder (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.). This activity provides education about fly vectors and training on making starfruit leaf powder and its application in the trash. This activity aims to increase knowledge and develop the potential of starfruit leaf powder as a fly repellent in Tampan Permai Panam Housing Pekanbaru. The implementation method was lecture, question and answer, observation, demonstration of processing, and its application as a natural repellent against flies in the trash, which 20 participants attended. The result of implementing this service activity is an increase in participants' knowledge by as much as 76%, as seen from the post-test. In addition, there was an increase in participants' understanding of the steps of processing starfruit leaves into powder, which was seen by several participants who could explain and demonstrate the steps and processing methods again. Starfruit leaf powder given to the waste has been proven to repel flies, so that it can be used as a natural fly control. The results of this activity are expected to be input for the community to reject the fly population in the trash.  ---   Salah satu cara untuk mengusir lalat adalah dengan memanfaatkan senyawa bioaktif yang terdapat  pada  tanaman salah satunya serbuk daun belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.). Kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi mengenai vektor lalat dan pelatihan proses pembuatan serbuk daun belimbing wuluh serta penerapannya di tempat sampah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mengembangkan potensi dari serbuk daun belimbing wuluh sebagai penolak lalat di Perumahan Tampan Permai Panam Pekanbaru. Metoda pelaksanaan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, observasi, demonstrasi pengolahan dan penerapannya sebagai penolak alami terhadap lalat di tempat sampah yang dihadiri 20 peserta. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebanyak 76% yang dilihat dari hasil pos-test. Disamping itu adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang langkah pengolahan daun belimbing wuluh menjadi serbuk, yang dilihat dari beberapa peserta dapat menjelaskan dan mendemontrasikan kembali mengenai langkah-langkah dan metoda pengolahan tersebut. Serbuk daun belimbing wuluh yang diberikan pada sampah terbukti dapat menolak lalat sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu pengendalian lalat secara alami. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat sebagai masukan bagi masyarakat sebagai usaha untuk menolak populasi lalat di tempat sampah

    PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN COVID-19 DALAM KELUARGA DI PERUMAHAN TAMPAN PERMAI PANAM PEKANBARU

    Basically, this community service activity focuses on providing knowledge to the community about preventing the transmission of COVID-19 in the family. The activity was in the form of education about health programs through counseling, which was attended by 20 people. The method of counseling is in the form of lectures and direct demonstrations face-to-face. Participants who participated in this activity focused only on PKK women in Tampan Permai Panam Housing. Educational materials for the introduction of COVID-19, communication within the family, the first action to prevent family clusters, protection and application of health protocols in the family and consuming nutritious food to increase body immunity. The media used are videos, posters and brochures. The knowledge assessment process is carried out by pretest and post-test in pre and post extension activities. The results of the pre test showed that the average knowledge was low (50.5%), moderate (30.8%) and high (18.3%). Meanwhile, the post-test results showed a significant increase. Knowledge is low (8.3%), medium (15%) and high (75.8%). This health education program through counseling is considered effective as a preventive measure for the transmission of COVID-19 in the family. --- Pada dasarnya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mengenai  pencegahan penularan COVID-19 di dalam keluarga. Kegiatan berupa edukasi tentang program kesehatan melalui penyuluhan, yang dihadiri 20 orang. Metoda penyuluhan berupa ceramah dan demontrasi secara langsung dengan tatap muka. Peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini berfokus hanya pada ibu- ibu PKK di Perumahan Tampan Permai Panam. Materi edukasi pengenalan COVID-19, komunikasi di dalam keluarga, tindakan pertama pencegahan klaster keluarga, perlindungan dan penerapan protocol kesehatan di dalam keluarga serta mengkonsumsi makanan yang bergizi meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Media yang digunakan berupa video, poster dan brosur. Proses penilaian pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pretest dan post-test pada pra dan pasca aktivitas penyuluhan. Hasil pre test menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan rendah (50,5%),  sedang (30,8 %) dan tinggi (18,3 %). Sedangkan hasil post-test terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan. Pengetahuan rendah (8,3%), sedang (15%) dan tinggi (75,8%). Program edukasi kesehatan melalui penyuluhan ini dinilai efektif sebagai tindakan preventif penularan COVID-19 di dalam keluarga

    Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan, rumah sakit wajib melakukan akreditasi secara berkala minimal tiga tahun sekali. Standar pelayanan rumah sakit memenuhi lima kegiatan pelayanan pokok, yakni administrasi dan manajemen, pelayanan medik, pelayanan gawat darurat, pelayanan keperawatan, pelayanan rekam medis dan setiap rumah sakit mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyelenggarakan rekam medis. Data awal penilaian parameter menunjukkan bahwa nilai kelulusan akreditasi pelayanan rekam medis masih kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara peningkatan nilai paramater pelayanan rekam medis Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru minimal sesuai standar nasional. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif non standar dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan empat orang informan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi dan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengukuran pelayanan rekam medis yang dilakukan sesuai standar satu sampai tujuh hanya 25,45%. Menurut Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Tahun 2008 bahwa nilainya masih dibawah 75% sehingga dinilai belum memenuhi standar akreditasi, oleh karena itu diperlukan pedoman yang sesuai dengan standar pelayanan rekam medis satu sampai tujuh untuk meningkatkan hasil penilaian pelayanan rekam medis. Di Rumah Sakit Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru setelah dilakukan implementasi pelayanan rekam medis hanya ada enam standar yang bisa diterapkan tapi masih belum mencapai nilai lulus akreditasi pelayanan rekam medis. Disebabkan karena tenaga unit kerja rekam medis tidak memenuhi kualifikasi jabatan, ruangan tidak sesuai dengan standar rekam medis yang disebabkan keterbatasan dana dari rumah sakit. Disarankan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk melengkapi standar pelayanan rekam medis sesuai standar akreditasi agar hasil penilaiannya mencapai nilai maksimal oleh karena itu rumah sakit perlu membuat program dan kegiatan, mentaati Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia rumah sakit, dan melakukan akreditasi secara berkala minimal tiga tahun sekali jika tidak lagi memenuhi persyaratan dan standar maka izin rumah sakit dapat dicabut.In an effort to improve the quality of care, the hospital must conduct periodic accreditation at least every three years. Suggested to the hospital for a complete medical record service standards accreditation standards in order to achieve maximum value assessment result therefore hospitals need to create programs and activities, obey the Law of the Republic of Indonesia hospital, and perform periodic accreditation minimum three years if no longer meets the requirements and standards of the hospital license can be revoked
