Contribución al conocimiento de la distribución ibérica de Acentrus histrio (Schoenherr, 1837) (Coleoptera, Curculionidae, Acentrusini)

New records of Acentrus histrio (Schoenherr, 1837) are given for the Iberian Peninsula, where it has been very scarcely recorded to date. With the new records, its Iberian known distribution area is considerably expanded to the province of La Rioja, whose record is the northernmost. Taxonomic, biological, distributional and conservational data are discussed.Se aportan nuevas citas de Acentrus histrio (Schoenherr, 1837) para la Península Ibérica, donde hasta la fecha ha sido muy escasamente registrada. Dermocosméticos La Roche-Posay en salones de belleza

La presente propuesta plantea la incorporación de un nuevo canal de ventas para la marca de productos dermocosméticos de L’Oréal Perú, La Roche-Posay, en un contexto actual en donde la penetración de la categoría es aún muy baja, 15% en el segmento A, y la participación de mercado de esta marca es de 17%, constituyéndose, así como el segundo jugador del mercado detrás del líder Eucerin. Además, la situación actual de la marca arroja resultados de rentabilidad negativa dada la alta inversión y dependencia del canal de cadenas de farmacias, del cual depende el 80% de su venta. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación es validar la viabilidad de un modelo de negocio adicional para la marca La Roche-Posay en el Perú, a través de su comercialización en el canal de salones de belleza

Consideraciones de diseño de adaptación activa para antenas cargadas con circuitos non-Foster

In this paper the use of the NDF is proposed as a general method suitable for analysing any oscillator topology. The most important advantage of this method is that it provides an unique procedure to analyse any oscillator. It also makes possible the phase noise optimization in the linear design phase for any oscillator. An additional advantage of this method is that it does not require any proviso verification as all classic methods need. The use of the NDF method is illustrated with the design of two examples. These two oscillators are manufactured and the simulation results are compared with the measurements showing good agreement. These results confirm the excellent possibilities of the proposed method for low noise oscillators design

Sensitivity analysis for active matched antennas with non-foster elements

During the last years many researchers have been working on the active matching or on non-Foster matching networks for one- and two-port electrically small antennas (ESAs). A new parameter on the sensitivity of the two-port electrically small antenna when loaded with a non-F oster network is presented. This sensitivity analysis will allow us to choose what kind of antennas can be properly matched with non-Foster networks and their position in order to optimi ze the performance of the design. Then, a typical high Q two-port antenna will be harder to match over a broad bandwidth, since |S21| is very small and only agrees with |S11| over very small frequency bands, yielding very large sensitivity values. However, for these two-port antennas, if high levels of coupling can be engineered for a high Q multiple-port antenna, the return and insertion losses can be similar over larger bandwidths and, hence, the sensitivity can be kept low over larger bandwidths, enabling broader impedance matched bandwidths to be achieved, even for highly resonant antennas

Surface and microstructural failures of PET-Coated ECCS plates by salmon-polymer interaction

Producción CientíficaThe new types of knowledge-intensive, multilayer containers consist of steel plates protected against corrosion by nanometric electrolytic chromium (Cr0) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) layers chemically bonded to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polymer coating to preserve food. It was observed that after emptying the cans, the salmon adhered to the polymer coating, changing its color, and that this adhesion increased with longer storage times. This work was aimed at determining the product-container interactions and their characterization by X-ray diffraction (XRD), confocal Raman and micro-Raman imaging and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The zones of adhesion showed surface changes, variations in crystallinity and microstructural degradation of the PET coating. In addition, localized damages altering the functional properties of the multilayer system were observed as microcracking in the chromium layers that protect the steel. The degradation undergone was evaluated and characterized at a surface and microstructural level to establish the failure mechanisms, which were mainly associated with the activity of the adhered muscle and its biochemical components. Aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos para mejorar la productividad del área de producción de la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C. Ancash, 2022

El presente trabajo de investigación titulada “Aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos para mejorar la productividad del área de producción de la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C. Ancash, 2022”. Como objetivos tiene. Determinar como la aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos mejorará la productividad en la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C Ancash 2022, como objetivos específicos se tiene a) determinar como la aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos mejorara la eficiencia en al área de producción de la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C; b) Determinar como la aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos mejorara la eficacia en el área de producción de la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C. Por otro lado, las variables independientes son: Ingeniería de métodos y la variable dependiente es: Productividad. El tipo de estudio es aplicado y como enfoque de investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño Pre – Experimental y de un nivel de investigación explicativa, se reunieron los datos con el método de la observación, como instrumento de medición nuestra variable dependiente la productividad, estos son validados por el juicio de expertos, estos tienen relación con el índice de eficiencia y eficacia. Por lo tanto, los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la variable independiente se relaciona con la variable dependiente, determinando que la aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos mejora la productividad en el área de producción de la empresa Guerra Company S.A.C., Lima 2022; con un incremento de 18.09% de la productividad después de la aplicación de la ingeniería de métodos
