    The problem in research during the covid-19 period is that the face-to-face learning system has turned into online learning. Many digital platforms are used for this learning, one of which is e-learning used by the University of Flores. However, only some lecturers use online learning. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for students of mathematics education at the University of Flores in terms of facilities, economics and human resources. The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of mathematics education at the University of Flores. A sample of 185 students in semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 were taken randomly. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the facility greatly influences the economy and human resources, the economy affects human resources. Conclusion The effectiveness of distance learning during the covid 19 pandemic on mathematics education students at the University of Flores is very effective from the aspect of facilities, economy and human resources used

    Effects of School Organizational Climate and Teaching Quality on Student Learning Achievement in North Ende District, Eastern Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

    The problem underlying the implementation of this research was related to the assumption that the decreasing student achievement in North Ende District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia, was caused by the less professional School Organizational Climate and Teaching Quality. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling was done randomly, involving 107 teachers from the total population of 160 teachers and 107 students from the total population of 350 students. Data were collected through the instruments of Likert-scale questionnaires and the lists of high school students’ scores in the fourth and fifth semesters of 2017/ 2018 academic year. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson-Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression. The variables in this research included two independent variables, namely school organizational climate (Variable X1) and teaching quality (Variable X2), and one dependent variable, namely student learning achievement (Variable Y) in North Ende District. The analysis results of this research showed that the School Organizational Climate variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect of 0.454 (45.5%) on Learning Achievement (Y) and the Teaching Quality variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect of 0.632 (63.2%) on Learning Achievement (Y). Accumulatively, the Student Learning Achievement (Y) in schools were influenced by the Organizational Climate and Teaching Quality of 0.447 (44.7%) while the remaining 55.3% was not the focus of this research. We suggest (1) the principals, teachers, and students establish good relationship each other so as to create a harmonious work climate, (2) the teachers improve teaching quality through education and training, courses and seminars, and (3) the principals provide opportunities for teachers to continue their education to a higher level.     Pengaruh Iklim Kerja dan Kualitas Mengajar Guru terhadap Prestasi Belajar siswa

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak semua sekolah di Kecamatan Ende Utara memiliki Prestasi Belajar yang semuanya baik. Hal ini disebabkan Iklim Kerja dan Kualitas Mengajar Guru yang berbeda-beda.. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil secara random dengan 107 guru dari populasi 160 dan siswa/i 107 dari populasi 350 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa intrumen dalam bentuk angket skala likert dan nilai siswa/i SMA/K semester 4 dan 5 tahun ajaran 2017/2018, Teknik analisis data Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan Regresi Berganda. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel bebas X1 iklim organisasi dan Variabel bebas ke dua X2 Kualitas mengajar guru dan Variabel terikat adalah Prestasi belajar siswa di kecamatan Ende Utara. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Iklim Organisasi Sekolah(X1) berpengaruh secara positif sebesar 0.754 ( 75.4 % ) terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Y) dan kualitas mengajar guru (X2) juga berpengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 0.774 (77.4 %) terhadap Prestasi belajar Y. Secara bersama-sama Prestasi Belajar Siswa di sekolah di pengaruhi oleh Iklim Organisasi dan Kualitas Mengajar Guru Sebesar 0.702 ( 70.2 %) dan sisanya 29.8 % yang bukan menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini.Saran (1)bagi para kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan siswa/i hendaknya menjalin hubungan yang baik antar individu sehingga tercipta iklim kerja yang harmonis,(2)meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan, kursus-kursus dan seminar,(3)Kepala sekolah memberikan kesempatan kepada guru-guru untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi

    This research is motivated by the lack of optimal learning that takes place in schools due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Learning involving teachers and students must be carried out not as usual because activities that gather many people must be avoided. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the new normal due to covid 19. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 3 homeroom teachers for grade 1 and 3 students. The results showed that in order for learning to run optimally in the new normal with limited face-to-face, the principal and teachers made strategies with careful planning. This careful planning starts from preparing a Learning Implementation Plan that is in accordance with new normal conditions by condensing the material, namely conveying important points and giving assignments by emphasizing the completion of practice questions, and the teacher also conducts daily tests, mid-semester assessments. and end of semester assessment. Before the face-to-face meeting took place, the school also carried out procedures in accordance with the health protocol

    Kelurahan Kota Raja merupakan sebuah Kelurahan di Kecamatan Ende Utara dengan Jum lah RT sebanyak 18 dan RW sebanyak 9. Letak goegrafis kelurahan ini adalah sepanjang pantai sehingga pada waktu musim hujan wilayah kelurahan ini terhambur banyak salah yang berasal dari hulu. Salah salah upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dampak  sampah adalah melakukan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang dampak dari sampah dan cara pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang bernilai ekonmis. Setelah memiliki pengetahuan dari hasil sosialisasi Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Kelurahan Kota raja diberikan pelatihan pembuat sofa dari bahan dasar ecobricik dari sampah anorganik. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa minat peserta terhadap keberlanjutan program pelatihan pembuatan ecobrick sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan sofa sebanyak 90% menjawab ya dan 10 % menjawah tidak. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Kelurahan Kota raja Sangat Auntusias. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah bagi Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga  di Kelurahan Kota Raja Kabupaten Ende dengan menhasilkan produk berupa ecobrick dan sof

    Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant is a business engaged in the culinary business, namely the sale of food and beverages. However, at this time, information management is still using a manual system, namely data processing is still done by hand, so errors often occur in recording orders and payment transactions when payment transactions, the media used is a calculator so errors often occur, there are difficulties in making order reports. food, causing unclear details of income earned. The purpose of this information system is to process web-based food and beverage ordering data at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant to facilitate the work process, especially in the process of ordering food menus and transaction reports. The research method used to design a web-based food and beverage ordering information system is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies. The design method used in this research is the design method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model. While the system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique. The test method used is the Black-Box Testing method. The results achieved in this study are the formation of a web-based food and beverage ordering information system at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant which can facilitate the process of ordering food and drinks and transaction reports.   Keywords: Information System, Ordering, UML, Web, RAD.  Rumah Makan Mie Ayam Bakso solo adalah sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang usaha kuliner yaitu penjualan makanan dan minuman. Namun pada saat ini, pengelolaan informasi masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu pengolahan data yang dilakukan masih dikerjakan dengan tulis tangan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan dan transaksi pembayaran saat transaksi pembayaran media yang digunakan adalah kalkulator sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan, adanya kesulitan pada pembuatan laporan pemesanan makanan sehingga menyebabkan tidak jelasnya rincian pendapatan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini untuk melakukan pengolahan data pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis web di Rumah Makan Mie Ayam Bakso Solo untuk memudahkan proses kerja khususnya dalam proses pemesanan menu makanan dan laporan transaksi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan untuk merancang sistem informasi pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis web dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Metode perancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode perancangan dengan model Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan teknik Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah metode Black-Box Testing.
