Fenomena toko UD Sari Buana adalah menghadapi persaingan yang ketat mengakibatkan kurangnya pembelian ulang yaitu kurangnya pemasukan dari pembeli (user), kurangnya relasi yang terjalin dari penjual dan pembeli, kurangnya pembe­rian bonus kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk me­ngetahui penerapan custo­mer relationship management terhadap relationship quality dan customer loyalty toko X. Jenis penelitian ini ter­ma­suk peneli­tian konklusif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digu­nakan sebanyak 137 konsumen toko X di Makassar dengan teknik pemilihan sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Data dipe­roleh de­ngan melakukan penyebaran angket dengan meng­gu­na­kan skala likert sebagau alat ukur. Teknik ana­lisis data meng­gu­nakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini ada­lah: Customer relation­ship manage­ment berpengaruh signifikan ter­hadap rela­tionship quality dan customer loyalty serta rela­tion­ship quality memiliki pengaruh sig­nifikan terhadap customer lo­yalty

THE EFFECT OF SEA CUCUMBER (HOLOTHURIA SCABRA) EXTRACT AS HEPATOPROTECTIVE: HISTOPATHOLOGICAL STUDY

Objective: Sea cucumber Holothuria scabra is one of the marine animals that can be consumed as food and also efficacious as a drug. One of the benefits of sea cucumber has high cell regeneration ability. This study aims to see the profile of hepatoprotective histology of sea cucumber extract on mice that have been given paracetamol toxic dose.Methods: This experiment was conducted using experimental animal grouped of mice which were divided into six groups: Group I: sea cucumber extract 1%, Group II: 1000 mg/kg body weight (BW) or 25 mg/25 g BW, Group III: 750 mg/kg BW or 18.75 mg/25 g BW, Group IV: 500 mg/kg BW or 12.5 mg/25 g BW, Group V: positive control (curcuma tablet 2.5 mg/25 g BW), and Group VI: paracetamol group (62,5 mg/25 g BW). The histopathology test was performed to see the improvement of liver necrosis of mice.Results: The results of histopathological study showed that all groups of mice livers experienced necrosis (cell damage) and abnormalities. In the group of sea cucumber extract having dose 500 mg/kg BW, liver cells experienced degeneration of fat and hemorrhage as in the group of curcuma tablet, but in Group VI (paracetamol group), liver of mice experienced apoptosis (cell death). In the histopathology test, results can also be seen that in Group IV at doses of 500 mg/kg BW, the liver experienced slightly less severity than all other groups.Conclusion: The sea cucumber at doses of 500 mg/kg BW can improve the hepatic damage on mice induced by paracetamol

Desain Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning untuk Peningkatan Efektifitas Layanan Umat Gereja

Penerapan teknologi informasi juga telah banyak digunakan pada organisasi, baik yang berorientasi pada profit maupun non-profit, seperti pada organisasi gereja. Gereja Katolik Santa Perawan Maria Diangkat ke Surga (GKSPMDkS) merupakan salah satu Gereja Katolik di kota Makassar. Seluruh kegiatan layanan umat masih bersifat manual sehingga pelayanan kepada umat, seperti pendataan data umat, permintaan surat keterangan, dan layanan lainnya berjalan lambat dan belum tertata dengan baik. Sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh gereja sangat minim dibandingkan dengan jumlah umat. Pengambilan keputusan yang berhubungan dengan pelayanan kepada umat terkadang terjadi miss komunikasi antara Pastor Paroki dan anggota Dewan Pastoral sehingga dibutuhkan adanya pemanfaataan teknologi informasi untuk membantu proses pelayanan kepada umat, salah satunya dengan enterprise resource planning (ERP). ERP merupakan suatu cara untuk mengelola sumber daya perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi. GKSPMDkS merupakan salah satu contoh organisasi bisnis yang berorientasi non-profit. Dengan adanya sistem ERP pada gereja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas layanan umat dan mengintegrasikan komunikasi antar umat dan pihak gereja. Komponen yang dimiliki dalam sistem ERP di GKSPMDkS adalah komponen Finansial, Inventory, Layanan Umat (Service), Proses Pelayanan, Pengelolaan SDM, Distribusi Informasi, dan Penjualan Benda Rohani. Seluruh komponen tersebut diintegrasikan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pelayanan umat dengan memaksimalkan penggunaan TIK yang dimiliki. Hasil penentuan prioritas pengembangan sistem ERP di GKSPMDkS menggunakan metode AHP menunjukkan komponen sistem layanan umat (service) menjadi komponen yang paling prioritas untuk dikembangkan. Hasil perancangan sub sistem pendataan umat diharapkan menjadi backbone untuk pengembangan sistem ERP di masa yang akan datang

FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT AND CHARACTERIZATION OF SNAKEHEAD FISH POWDER IN ORAL DOUBLE EMULSION

Objective: Snakehead fish has been scientifically proven to increase levels of albumin and boost the immune system so that the formulation development is required. The objective of this study was to formulate and characterize snakehead fish powder (SFP) in the form of the oral double emulsion.Methods: The manufacture of snakehead fish powder used the conventional method with dry heating at 50 °C. Characterization of SFP utilized proximate analysis method per 3 g of SFP. The double emulsion preparation was carried out by mixing 30% of the primary emulsion (w/o) into 70% of the secondary emulsion (w) to form the w/o/w emulsion. This preparation was prepared in 4 formulas having variations in Tween 80 concentrations at the secondary emulsions of 0.7%, 3.5%, 7.0% and 10.5% w/v, respectively using the spontaneous emulsification method. After that, all formulations were doing some tests, i.e. organoleptic test, pH, viscosity, flow types, globular diameter test and stability tests.Results: The results of proximate analysis every 3 g of SFP have obtained the contents of protein, 16.89%, lipid 24.52%, water 1.73% and ash 1.05%. Based on the optimization of the formula, the preparation of F4 with the content of Tween 80 at 10.5% secondary emulsion is the best formula due to slow phase separation, pH 7, unchanged organoleptic properties, large internal and external globular diameter (6.35 μm and 8.9 μm), as well as having a high viscosity value (1569.84 p) which correspond to pseudo plastic flow.Conclusion: The novelty of SFP can be developed as double emulsion orally based on the results of characterization and evaluation of double emulsion

Developing IT Strategic Planning Using Mobile Enterprise Architecture in the Academic Process of Atma Jaya Makassar University

The purpose of this research was to examine the feasibility of the development of mobile enterprise strategic plan, analyze the academic process and the utilization of information technology (IT), and generate documentation IT strategic planning by implementing Mobile Enterprise Architecture in the academic process of Atma Jaya University in Makassar. Data were taken from distributing questionnaires to 297 respondents and conducting interviews to 18 respondents. Data were examined using SWOT analysis, the incorporation of academic scorecard analysis and IT balanced scorecard analysis, financial analysis, as well as analytic hierarchy process (AHP). SWOT analysis results indicate that case study is in a weak position, which possibly never take advantage of opportunities since the weakness of the stand or the power is not enough to work on it. In addition, the results of the performance analysis of the utilization of information technology using the Balanced Scorecard analysis show that the average performance is sufficient. The result of documentation of IT strategic planning was analyzed with financial analysis indicating the feasibility of implementation because it provides benefits for university of 141,32%. Analisis Kelayakan Penerapan RFID pada Fungsi Bisnis Penjualan sebagai Komponen Enterprise Resource Planning

Salah satu sistem yang dapat diterapkan dalam perusahaan, baik skala kecil hingga berskala besar, adalah sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Salah satu komponen yang terdapat pada sistem ERP adalah fungsi bisnis penjualan atau transaksi yang melibatkan perusahaan dengan pelanggan. Pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan saat ini untuk mengatasi tumpukan pelanggan adalah teknologi barcode. Teknologi barcode memiliki kekurangan aspek kecepatan dan jarak area identifikasi untuk dalam proses identifikasi setiap label yang terdapat pada setiap barang. Kelemahan dari barcode dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID, baik yang bersifat Passive maupun Active. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kelayakan penerapan RFID pada fungsi bisnis penjualan di sebuah perusahaan ritel berskala besar. Analisis kelayakan dilakukan dengan melihat dari aspek TELOS dengan melibatkan manajer penjualan, calon pengguna, manajer IT, pelanggan, dan ahli IT sebagai penilai setiap faktor. Nilai akhir TELOS sebesar 8.2 menunjukkan bahwa teknologi RFID dapat diterapkan pada fungsi bisnis penjualan di masa depan
