In the history of XX century Uzbek literature, the literature of the national revival is the source of its scope, authenticity, complexity, many stages of research, the principles of interpretation and analysis. In this sense, it serves as a basis for the formation of certain methodological principles. During the observation of materials on Jadidism, it becomes clear that the history of literature, literary theory, new ways and methods of scientific research in literary criticism, the discovery of theoretical principles, literary and aesthetic concepts are closely linked with the study of Jadid literature. This article reveals that Wadud Mahmud is a researcher of Jadid literature. Wadud Mahmud's article "Turkish poet Ajzi" says that the issues of the nature and specificity of modern literature are interpreted according to the principles of science and objectivity. Wadud Mahmud considered the idea of Jadidism and its wide-ranging socio-aesthetic phenomenon as a limited phenomenon within a nation, as a cause of drastic changes in the literature, clearly understood and explained that it is a universal phenomenon, based on his worldview and beliefs. thus proving that the Jadid movement was a pan-Eastern phenomenon. Keywords: National Renaissance period, literary and scientific heritage, Uzbek literature, period of independence, principles of comparison, modern literature, critic, manzuma

    Aristotle\u27s Theory of Sense Perception

In recent years, Nussbaum/Putnam and M. F. Burnyeat have engaged in a back-and-forth debate over Aristotle’s theory of perception. This author traces the developments of this debate, explores the various questions that come into play, and ends up dissatisfied with both camps. There are two overriding questions: What does Aristotle mean to take as the nature of the sense-organ in perception? and How does esse naturale and esse intentionale link-up? The contemporary philosophers, perhaps sheltered by contemporary philosophy of mind, think they can prove their interpretation to be correct without answering this second question. The author reports the various replies, provides evidence from De Anima and De Moto, and considers how the Sorabji position and Aquinas’s Christian interpretation fit in. Ultimately, five conclusions result from the literature review, including one about the link between the physical and the mental. What is the conjunction between the object in nature and the perceived awareness

In the article, the development of victimological prevention of crimes by the internal affairs bodies is divided into separate stages, the features of each stage are briefly disclosed. Especially at the 5th stage, reflecting the years of independence, during this period the formation and development of scientific and theoretical views and important changes in this area were reflected. This approach is based on the scientific, theoretical and historical necessity of victimological crime prevention

MSC 2010: 26A33We study mixed Riemann-Liouville integrals of functions of two variables in Hölder spaces of different orders in each variables. We consider Hölder spaces defined both by first order differences in each variable and also by the mixed second order difference, the main interest being in the evaluation of the latter for the mixed fractional integral in both the cases where the density of the integral belongs to the Hölder class defined by usual or mixed differences. The obtained results extend the well known theorem of Hardy-Littlewood for one-dimensional fractional integrals to the case of mixed Hölderness. We cover also the weighted case with power weights
