Self-medication is the mostly effort to coped health complaint, therefore to drug consume decrease unsuitable, it needed safety socialization to self-medication. The study was take to analyze the effect of drug counseling to self-medication increase in Banyumas regency. In addition to analyze the method effectiveness used in drug counseling to self-medication act. The instrument research used questionnaires in this study and purposive sampling used to took the sample. The respondents were 192 residents whom live in Banyumas regency. The type of research quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group pretest and posttest research design. The data then analyzed by dependent-sampel t-test to find the effect of counseling to self-medication behavior in α = 0.05. While to find the effectiveness of between discussion group and lecture method by leaflet used independen-sampel t-test in α = 0.05. The results showed there significant different between before and after drug counseling by discussion goup and lecture method used leaflet media, able to self-medication attitude improved such as knowledge and attitude about self-medication (P= 0.000), also it can to know both of methods as effective as to self-medication attitude which showed P=0.05. It\u27s mean both of drug counseling methods used as effective as to self-medication attitude improvement. Key words: self medication attitude, counseling methods, housewife, Banyumas

Photometric Properties of Kiso Ultraviolet-Excess Galaxies in the Lynx-Ursa Major Region

We have performed a systematic study of several regions in the sky where the number of galaxies exhibiting star formation (SF) activity is greater than average. We used Kiso ultraviolet-excess galaxies (KUGs) as our SF-enhanced sample. By statistically comparing the KUG and non-KUG distributions, we discovered four KUG-rich regions with a size of 10×10\sim 10^\circ \times 10^\circ. One of these regions corresponds spatially to a filament of length 60h1\sim 60 h^{-1} Mpc in the Lynx-Ursa Major region (α9h10h,δ4248\alpha \sim 9^{\rm h} - 10^{\rm h}, \delta \sim 42^\circ - 48^\circ). We call this ``the Lynx-Ursa Major (LUM) filament''. We obtained V(RI)CV(RI)_{\rm C} surface photometry of 11 of the KUGs in the LUM filament and used these to investigate the integrated colors, distribution of SF regions, morphologies, and local environments. We found that these KUGs consist of distorted spiral galaxies and compact galaxies with blue colors. Their star formation occurs in the entire disk, and is not confined to just the central regions. The colors of the SF regions imply that active star formation in the spiral galaxies occurred 107810^{7 - 8} yr ago, while that of the compact objects occurred 106710^{6-7} yr ago. Though the photometric characteristics of these KUGs are similar to those of interacting galaxies or mergers, most of these KUGs do not show direct evidence of merger processes.Comment: 39 pages LaTeX, using aasms4.sty, 20 figures, ApJS accepted. EMPRESS. IX. Extremely Metal-Poor Galaxies are Very Gas-Rich Dispersion-Dominated Systems: Will JWST Witness Gaseous Turbulent High-z Primordial Galaxies?

We present kinematics of 6 local extremely metal-poor galaxies (EMPGs) with low metallicities (0.0160.098 Z0.016-0.098\ Z_{\odot}) and low stellar masses (104.7107.6M10^{4.7}-10^{7.6} M_{\odot}). Taking deep medium-high resolution (R7500R\sim7500) integral-field spectra with 8.2-m Subaru, we resolve the small inner velocity gradients and dispersions of the EMPGs with Hα\alpha emission. Carefully masking out sub-structures originated by inflow and/or outflow, we fit 3-dimensional disk models to the observed Hα\alpha flux, velocity, and velocity-dispersion maps. All the EMPGs show rotational velocities (vrotv_{\rm rot}) of 5--23 km s1^{-1} smaller than the velocity dispersions (σ0\sigma_{0}) of 17--31 km s1^{-1}, indicating dispersion-dominated (vrot/σ0=0.290.80<1v_{\rm rot}/\sigma_{0}=0.29-0.80<1) systems affected by inflow and/or outflow. Except for two EMPGs with large uncertainties, we find that the EMPGs have very large gas-mass fractions of fgas0.91.0f_{\rm gas}\simeq 0.9-1.0. Comparing our results with other Hα\alpha kinematics studies, we find that vrot/σ0v_{\rm rot}/\sigma_{0} decreases and fgasf_{\rm gas} increases with decreasing metallicity, decreasing stellar mass, and increasing specific star-formation rate. We also find that simulated high-zz (z7z\sim 7) forming galaxies have gas fractions and dynamics similar to the observed EMPGs. Our EMPG observations and the simulations suggest that primordial galaxies are gas-rich dispersion-dominated systems, which would be identified by the forthcoming James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) observations at z7z\sim 7.Comment: Submitted to ApJ; After revisio
