The article describes the main types of mental information processing in the context of a systematic structural method. The author analyses the semantic theories of information. Developing and perfecting universal cognitive skills of students through integrating scientific knowledge about information in the learning content
The article substantiates the need to integrate the findings of linguistics and information theory for the selection of learning content aimed at developing and perfecting the universal cognitive skills of students of a technical university. Consideration of the concept of information in the learning process, the amount of information, and the quality of information may reveal new insights into the information processes produced by an individual in communication. The authors of the article understand the information process as an action with textual information, leading to its qualitative or formal change with one or another communicative aim.The learning algorithms for working with textual information, proposed by the authors of the article, allow not only to speed up the process of understanding and consolidating the course content but also provide for a self-reflection component of students' activity, which makes it possible to control, correct and modify the algorithm under the influence of changing communication conditions
Psychosemantic Approach as the Basis of Algorithmization of Students' Work with Vocation-Oriented Information
The article substantiates the need to create a technology for algorithmic work with professionally oriented information of a textual nature, based on the principles of the psychosemantic approach, which make it possible to most effectively define and logically form the semantic components of external speech and thinking. The authors of the article apply the original methodological concept of the characteristics of textual information, which is considered as a mechanism of learning and professional communication. Algorithmization of the process of mastering information will speed up the learning process and master a large amount of complex professional information. The algorithms proposed in the described technology have the property of modifiability and can be applied by students in their further studies and professional activities in a wide range of information interaction situations

en el proceso educativo del concepto de informaci贸n, la cantidad de informaci贸n y las cualidades
de la informaci贸n permite una penetraci贸n m谩s profunda en la esencia de los procesos de
informaci贸n producidos por el individuo en la comunicaci贸n. Los autores del art铆culo entienden
el proceso de informaci贸n como una acci贸n con informaci贸n textual que conduce a su cambio
cualitativo o formal con un prop贸sito comunicativo particular. Los algoritmos educativos para
