Studi Empiris Pengaruh Profitabilitas Dan Likuiditas Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen

    Get PDF
This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and liquidity on dividend policy in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Profitability is proxied by using Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity is proxied by using the Current Ratio (CR), and dividend policy is measured by using the Dividend Payout Ratio. Sampling using purposive sampling method, obtained a sample of 90 observations. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. The results of this study strengthen the results of previous studies. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Dividend Policy

A tunable 4-channel ultra-dense WDM demultiplexer with 0.25nm channel spacing is demonstrated with III-V photodiodes integrated on Silicon-on-Insulator using rib waveguides. A possible application is an in-band label extractor for all-optical packet switching

Simultaneous interrogation of multiple fiber bragg grating sensors using an arrayed waveguide grating filter fabricated in SOI platform

    Get PDF
A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) interrogator is demonstrated based on an optimized arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) filter. The AWG response is optimized to achieve large crosstalk between the output channels, which allows simultaneous detection of multiple FBG peaks, using centroid signal processing techniques, without constraints on the minimum FBG peak spectral width. The measured interrogator resolution is 2.5 pm, and the total measurement range is 50 nm. The device is fabricated in a silicon-on-insulator platform and has a footprint of only 2.2 x 1.5 mm. A novel approach to minimize the polarization dependence of the device is proposed and experimentally demonstrated

Nonlinear properties of AlGaAs waveguides in continuous wave operation regime

Aluminum Gallium Arsenide (AlGaAs) is an attractive platform for the development of integrated optical circuits for all-optical signal processing thanks to its large nonlinear coefficients in the 1.55-μm telecommunication spectral region. In this paper we discuss the results of the nonlinear continuous-wave optical characterization of AlGaAs waveguides at a wavelength of 1.55 μm. We also report the highest value ever reported in the literature for the real part of the nonlinear coefficient in this material (Re(γ) ≈521 W−1m−1)

Results are compared to strip silicon waveguides, and modeled with nonlinear split-step calculations. The extracted parameters show that the slot waveguide has weaker carrier effects and better nonlinear figure-of-merit than the strip waveguides. We acknowledge EU-project PHOLOGIC (FP6-IST-NMP-017158), Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation SINADEC (TEC2008-06333) and PROMETEO/2010/087 NANOFOTONICA projects and Universidad Politecnica de Valencia for PAID2011/1914 and J. Multi-micron silicon photonicsplatform for highly manufacturable and versatile photonic integrated circuits

    Get PDF
We describe and characterize a multi-micron silicon photonics platform that was designed to combine performance, power efficiency, manufacturability, and versatility for integrated photonic applications ranging from data communications to sensors. We outline the attributes needed for broad applicability, high-volume manufacturing, and large-scale deployment of silicon photonics, and describe how the platform is favorable with respect to these attributes. We present demonstrations of key technologies needed for the communications and sensing applications, including low-loss fiber attach, compact low-loss filters, efficient hybrid wavelength division multiplexed lasers, and high-speed electro-absorption modulators and integrated photodetectors
