    Efektivitas Massage, Stretching, Recovery Konvensional Dan VO2Max dalam Pemulihan Asam Laktat Darah dan Denyut Jantung Setelah Lari

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan efektivitas tiga jenis perlakuan yaitu massage, stretching dan recovery konvensional dalam pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter; (2) perbedaan efektivitas antara kemampuan VO2Max tinggi dan VO2Max rendah dalam pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter; dan (3) interaksi antara massage, stretching, dan recovery konvensional dengan VO2Max dalam pemulihan asam laktat dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 3. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester 6 tahun 2014, Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura, Pontianak-Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 44 orang. Dari perhitungan, besar sampel didapatkan 7 orang per sel dalam 6 sel. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan sama subjek (within subject design) maka diambil 7 orang dengan VO2Max tinggi dan 7 orang dengan VO2Max rendah, ke-14 orang tersebut mendapatkan tiga jenis perlakuan dengan selang waktu enam hari. Data asam laktat diambil sebelum dan sesudah pemulihan, sedangkan denyut jantung pemulihan diambil segera setelah lari dan dua menit sesudahnya. Uji manova dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05 digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) Ada perbedaan efektivitas antara massage, stretching, dan recovery konvensional dalam pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter. Teknik stretching paling efektif untuk menurunkan asam laktat darah, sedangkan massage dan recovery konvensional lebih efektif untuk pemulihan denyut jantung; (2) Ada perbedaan efektivitas antara kemampuan VO2Max tinggi dan VO2Max rendah dalam pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter. Pada kelompok VO2Max tinggi pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung lebih efektif dengan signifikansi (P= 0.001) dibandingkan kelompok VO2Max rendah; dan (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara massage, stretching, dan recovery konvensional dengan VO2Max terhadap pemulihan asam laktat darah dan denyut jantung setelah lari 6x35 meter

    Strategi Komunikasi Berbasis Multimedia dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh pada Mata Kuliah Atletik

    This study aims to produce good learning videos through the application of various communication strategies. This learning video can be used as a distance learning supplement for athletic subjects. The research procedure adapted the ADDIE model developed by Robert Maribe Brach, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis process is carried out by determining the communication strategy. The communication strategy consisted of a communicator selection strategy, a learning video audience determination strategy, a message determination strategy, a media determination strategy, a message effect determination strategy, and a message evaluation strategy. Product testing at the implementation stage was carried out on students of the Physical Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tanjungpura University. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire sheet which was then given to material and media experts to assess the feasibility of the resulting product, a student response questionnaire sheet to assess user acceptance / response and a questionnaire sheet to determine the effect of the product produced. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The research resulted in a product in the form of multimedia learning videos in Mp4 format. With the validity value of material expert 3.6 (very good) and media expert 3.4 (good). Student response with a score of 3.4 (good) and an effect size of 1.09 (high). The conclusions from the results of research on the development of multimedia learning videos are proven to be used as a supplement that can increase student curiosity, interest, attention and ease in understanding the material being studied so as to contribute to improving learning outcomes.     Pengaruh Penggunaan Gadget Terhadap Motor Abilities Anak Usia Dini Di Raudhatul Athfal Aman Sentosa Desa Sekuduk

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan gagdet terhadap motor abilities di Raudhatul Athfal Aman Sentosa Desa Sekuduk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif ex post facto, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 siswa kelas B1 dan B2 dengan purposive sampling. Data penggunaan gadget siswa diambil dengan menggunakan kusioner (angket), dan data motor abilities siswa diambil dengan menggunakan tes. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi dari uji linier sederhana dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan gadget berpengaruh terhadap motor abilities. Dan dengan hasil R-Square 0,395 atau 39,5% maka disimpulkan besar pengaruh penggunaan gadget terhadap kemampuan motorik adalah 39,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

    Student Interest and Motivation in Physical Education, Sports, and Health after COVID-19

    Objectives. The COVID-19 pandemic brought about a significant transformation in learning methods, especially in Indonesia. For almost two years, physical education, sports, and health classes were conducted online from home, and now there is a shift back to in-person learning, both in classrooms and in practical settings. Our research aims to evaluate the level of students' motivation and enthusiasm towards participating in physical education, sports, and health classes after the pandemic. This study will delve into the technical details of the changes in the learning methods and assess the effectiveness of these changes. Material and methods. The study employed a descriptive quantitative research design using a survey method. All 127 VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Hilir were selected as the research sample using a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used indirect communication through a closed questionnaire that employed the Likert Scale to measure attitudes. Students answered several statements in the questionnaire directly. Results. Based on the gathered data, the research results indicate that at SMP Negeri 2 Mempawah Hilir, 78% of students, which amounts to 99 students out of 127 students, have a high interest in learning physical education sports and health after the COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, 73% of students, which accounts for 93 students out of 127 students, have a high motivation to learn physical education sports, and health after the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusions. Based on the results obtained, it can be inferred that the students have shown a significant level of enthusiasm towards physical education, sports, and health even after the COVID-19 pandemic. The evidence suggests that physical education is highly valued by the students for their overall wellness and fitness.  Objectives.
