RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEAFOOD EXPORT AND VIETNAM'S ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE PERIOD OF 2005 – 2022
This article studies the relationship between seafood exports and Vietnam's economic growth in the period 2005 - 2022. To conduct the research, the authors collected data on seafood export turnover and economic growth rate - represented by real gross domestic product (GDPr) in the period from 2005 to 2022. Data is collected from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (GSO) and international financial statistics sites (IFS, IMF). After synthesizing and cleaning the data, the research team used Eviews 8 software to analyze the data series to examine the relationship between seafood export turnover and economic growth during the research period. Model results show that when seafood export turnover increases by 1%, economic growth increases by 1.041382%, so it can be confirmed that seafood export has a positive relationship with Vietnam's economic growth during the research period. From the research results, the authors have several proposals to promote the growth of Vietnamese seafood exports to the international market in the post-pandemic context and the volatile world seafood market situation
FENG SHUI JEWELRY CONSUMPTION TRENDS OF GEN Z YOUNG PEOPLE IN HANOI CITY
Feng shui jewelry is not only a fashion product, but also a part of lifestyle, bringing Gen Z youth in Hanoi cultural, spiritual values and profound meanings. In order to examine the feng shui jewelry consumption trends of young generation Z people in Hanoi city, the research team conducted this study. Through the results of the study, it can be seen that among those who know about feng shui jewelry, the number of people who have ever bought/used feng shui jewelry is only 46.8%. People who do not buy/use for documented reasons such as simply not liking to use it, feng shui jewelry needs to be preserved carefully and thoroughly, many people around have not used it, or using it requires sophistication, complexity...The number of people who have not yet used it and will buy and use it in the near future is still small. The frequency of using feng shui jewelry among young people is only at a normal level. Meanwhile, the favorite feng shui jewelry product is feng shui stone bracelets, followed by stone pendants. Observation of High Doppler Velocity Wings in the Nascent Wind of R Doradus
We study the morpho-kinematics in the nascent wind of AGB star R Doradus in the light of high Doppler velocity wings observed in the spectral lines of several species. We probe distances from the star between ∼10 and ∼100 au using ALMA observations of the emission of five different molecular lines. High Doppler velocity enhancements of the line emission are observed in the vicinity of the line of sight crossing the star, reminiscent of those recently interpreted as gas streams in the nascent wind of a similar AGB star, EP Aqr. They are present in both blue-shifted and red- shifted hemispheres but are not exactly back-to-back. They are accelerated at a typical rate of 0.7 km s au up to some 20 km s. Important differences are observed between the emissions of different molecules. We exclude an effect of improper continuum subtraction. However, in contrast to EP Aqr, the line of sight plays no particular role in the R Dor morpho-kinematics, shedding doubt on the validity of a gas stream interpretation. We discuss possible interpretations in terms of stellar pulsations or of rotation of the gas in the environment of the star. We conclude that, in the state of current knowledge, no fully convincing picture of the physics governing the production of such high velocities, typically twice as large as the terminal velocity, can be reliably drawn. New high resolution analyses of observations of the nascent wind of oxygen-rich AGB stars are needed to clarify the issue
ĐIỀU TRA TÌNH HÌNH CỎ LỒNG VỰC PHÁT SINH TRỞ LẠI TRÊN RUỘNG LÚA GIEO SẠ SAU KHI SỬ DỤNG THUỐC TRỪ CỎ Ở THỪA THIÊN HUẾ
Studying herbicide resistance in Vietnam is limited, and there are very few reports on the regrowth of weed after applying herbicides. A survey to investigate the cultivating habit and the barnyard grass regrowing in the direct-seeded rice fields after applying herbicides in Thua Thien Hue shows that the main labourers of rice cultivation are male with a low educational level to understand scientific and technical knowledge. The most common grass regrowing in direct-seeded rice fields after applying herbicides includes Barnyard grass (Echinochloa crus-galli), Grass-like fimbry (Fimbristylis miliacea), Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon), and Sprangletop (Leptochloa chinensis). The yield decreases from 12.1 to 14.0% because of regrowing of barnyard grass. The herbicides commonly used in Thua Thien Hue are Sofic 300EC (Pretilachlor) and Sunrice 15WDG (Ethoxysulfuron), but their effectiveness has decreased in recent time owing to farmers’ inappropriate spraying skills and the decrease in the effectiveness of herbicides. A more thorough assessment of the factors that cause grass regrowing after spraying herbicides is required for better weed management.

Childhood Obesity as Interactions of Environmental and Genetic Factors: A Community – Based Study on Primary School Children of Hanoi, Vietnam
Objective: Obesity is a complex disease that involves interactions between environmental and genetic factors in its pathogenesis. The aims of this present study were to analyse the overall effects of some nutritional, physical and genetic factors with childhood obesity, and to build predictive models of childhood obesity.
Material and Methods: A case-control study was conducted on 559 Hanoi primary school children (278 obese cases and 281 normal controls). Genetic analysis was performed to evaluate genotype on the rs6265 gene BDNF, rs6548238 gene TMEM18, rs6499640 gene FTO, and rs17782313 gene MC4R. Univariate and multivariate regression analysis were conducted to compare the two groups of children, so as to draw conclusions regarding influencing factors and to establish predictive models of obesity for Hanoi primary school children.
Results: Factors increasing the risk of obesity found included: urban living areas (odds ratio (OR)=1.5), caesarean section (OR=2.1), high birth weight (OR=1.9-3.1), parental overweight and obesity (OR=2.1-5.1), short night sleeping times (OR=2.6), characteristics of child feeding; including early weaning (OR=2.1), gluttony (OR=19.1), no snacking (OR=2.4), controlled eating (OR=2.4) fat food hobbies (OR=2.7), and CC rs6548238-TMEM18 genotype (OR=1.8). A predictive model of childhood obesity for Hanoi primary school children was built, based on the BMI of parents, gluttonous characteristics, unrestricted eating with ROC=0.871.
Conclusion: Childhood obesity develops as a result of interaction between eating habits, lifestyle characteristics of the child and genetic characteristics inherited from over nutritious parents. Encouraging parents to manage both their own weight and their children’s eating habits such as allowing children to consume food without undue restriction and reducing gluttony can serve as effective interventions to diminish the prevalence of childhood obesity within the community
