Violation in the axis of the "microbiota of the digestive tract-brain" under conditions of ischemia-reperfusion of the brain (literature review)

The aim of the study is to analyze current views concerning interrelations between the state of intestinal microbiota and the course of ischemic-reperfusion brain injury.   Conclusion. Literary data are indicative of disputable scientific opinions existing nowadays concerning the role of dysbacteriosis (neuroprotective or neurodegenerative) in the course of ischemic brain injuries. Meanwhile, the studies are in common concerning the evidenced role of the intestinal microbiota in disturbances of T-cell homeostasis, ratio changes of their Treg-Th17 subpopulations, and migration of intestinal lymphocytes to the ischemic brain. &nbsp

Interaction between diabetes-associated disorders of the salivary glands and oral mucosa (literature review)

The aim of the study: to analyze literature sources concerning interaction between pathogenesis of lesions of the salivary glands and oral mucous membrane in patients suffering from diabetes mellitus (DM).  Conclusion. Analysis of the current literature is quite explicit on the point concerning interdependence of lesions of the salivary glands and morphofunctional changes of the oral mucosa with diabetes mellitus

Field preparation of long excavatory pillars in the conditions of the Western Donbass mines

Purpose. Reduce the cost of preparing pillars up to 3000 m in length. Methods. The analytical method of research was used to analyze the mining-geological conditions of the field development, the production situation for the development of mining operations and the conditions of application of the field method of preparation. The method of options is to select and justify a rational inventory preparation system in terms of value and justify measures for timely preparation and completion of inventories. Economic and mathematical method - to calculate the technical and economic indicators of field workings and indicators for the mine as a whole. Findings. The real economic effect in the amount of UAH 945 thousand was established due to the research and calculation of the parameters of preparation of coal reserves in the block # 3 of the mine "West-Donbass". According to the results of the research it was found that the workings should be made upstream of the reservoir and 2 m below the level of the lava with the arrangement of ventilating hatches and pipes with a diameter of 1 m. Originality. Field preparatory work, which is laid in the sole of the coal seam, intensifies mining operations at mining sites by reducing the time of preparation and working off of reserves, improving the ventilation of workings and reducing the cost of production. Practical implications. Development of technology for the preparation of reserves, which allows to increase the load on the bench and reduce the cost of preparation and working out of coal reserves in large production pillars

WKB approximation in deformed space with minimal length

The WKB approximation for deformed space with minimal length is considered. The Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization rule is obtained. A new interesting feature in presence of deformation is that the WKB approximation is valid for intermediate quantum numbers and can be invalid for small as well as very large quantum numbers. Influence of oxynitriding parameters on formation of phase-structural state of titanium surface layers

Досліджено вплив параметрів оксинітрування на структурно-фазовий стан поверхневих шарів технічно чистого титану ВТ1-0. Показано, що зі збільшенням параметрів процесу азотування фазоутворення зміщується у бік оксинітридоутворення, а зі збільшенням параметрів процесу модифікування нітриду титану киснем – оксидоутворення.The influence of oxynitriding parameters on the phase-structural state of surface layers of c.p. titanium is investigated. It is shown that with the increase of parameters of nitriding the phase formation is shifted toward oxynitride formation, and with the increase of parameters of modification process of titanium nitride by oxygen the phase formation is shifted toward oxide formation

Clinical and paraclinical manifestation of irratable bowel syndrome in children

Bowel diseases and disorders take a significant place among digestive system pathology in children. Overall goal of the research is a study of clinical and paraclinical indices for verification of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in children. A complex clinical, anamnestic and paraclinical research of 35 children 3 to 16 years aged with IBS was analyzed. IBS with constipation were found in 32 children (91,4%); IBS with pain and flatulence – in 2 children (5,7%); only 1 patient had IBS with diarrhea (2,9%). IBS was found more often in children of preschool and primary school age, was characterized by prolonged relapsing course and same frequency in both genders. Clinical severity of the disease correlated with older age, overweight, signs of dysautonomia (Vegetative-vascular dystonia (VVD)) and cholestasis
