A mobilkommunikációs szolgáltatások fejlődésének földrajzi sajátosságai Magyarországon = Geographical features of development in mobile communication services in Hungary
A magyarországi mobilkommunikáciĂł fejlĹ‘dĂ©si folyamatának legfontosabb jellemzĹ‘je, hogy a mobiltelefonok birtoklása, tĂ©rbeli terjedĂ©se Ă©s a kĂĽlönfĂ©le fajta mobilszolgáltatások igĂ©nybevĂ©telĂ©nek mĂ©rtĂ©ke egy rĂ©giĂłn, illetve telepĂĽlĂ©sen belĂĽl fĹ‘kĂ©nt a nĂ©pessĂ©g korösszetĂ©telĂ©nek, gazdasági Ă©s társadalmi státusának, iskolázottságának, jövedelmi viszonyainak Ă©s lakĂłhelyĂ©nek fĂĽggvĂ©nyekĂ©nt alakul. MegállapĂthatunk ugyanakkor egy vĂ©gsĹ‘ konklĂşziĂłt, hogy a kĂĽlönbözĹ‘ távközlĂ©si innováciĂłk - amelyek közĂ© a mobiltelefon is tartozik - megjelenĂ©si helye Ă©s annak közvetlen hatásterĂĽlete (Magyarország esetĂ©ben ilyen tĂ©rsĂ©gnek tekinthetĹ‘ a fĹ‘város Ă©s agglomeráciĂłja) az innováciĂłk terjedĂ©sĂ©nek, de mĂ©g a telĂtĹ‘dĂ©sĂ©nek idĹ‘szakában is megĹ‘rzi elĹ‘nyĂ©t a folyamatba kĂ©sĹ‘bb bekapcsolĂłdĂłkkal szemben az eszközök hatĂ©kony Ă©s sokoldalĂş felhasználásában. Mindez nem segĂti elĹ‘ a perifĂ©riák felzárkĂłzását, hanem - az Ăşjabb Ă©s Ăşjabb innováciĂłknak a központi funkciĂłkat ellátĂł telepĂĽlĂ©sen valĂł megjelenĂ©se Ă©s az átlagosnál sokkal kedvezĹ‘bb műszaki-gazdasági Ă©s társadalmi feltĂ©telekbĹ‘l fakadĂł hatĂ©konyabb hasznosĂthatĂłsága miatt - állandĂłsĂtja a fejlettebb tĂ©rsĂ©gektĹ‘l valĂł lemaradásukat. TermĂ©szetesen ez nem azt jelenti, hogy nem lenne igen hasznos folyamat a mobiltelefon-használat általános elterjedĂ©se a legfejletlenebb rĂ©giĂłkban is, ám a fejlett tĂ©rsĂ©gek e tĂ©ren is meglĂ©vĹ‘ dinamikai elĹ‘nye megakadályozza a folyamatosan fennállĂł terĂĽleti fejlettsĂ©gbeli kĂĽlönbsĂ©gek kĂvánt mĂ©rtĂ©kű csökkentĂ©sĂ©t. | The main characteristics of the development process of mobile communication in Hungary are the ownership of mobile sets, their spatial diffusion and the measure and intensity of use in case of different types of mobile services inside a certain region or settlement. All these factors depend on the age structure, the educational level and the qualification of local population, societal and economic status of inhabitants. The role of their personal incomes and the quality of settlement of life have also of great importance in shaping their mobile culture. However, here have to draw a final conclusion: Areas where the different innovations of new telecommunication technologies (like mobile phone) are appearing and diffusing (e.g. centres, core areas, agglomeration zones) are able to preserve their advantage in effective an d multifunkctional use of mobile sets over regions connecting into this process in a later phase. This process hinder the emergence of peripheries and make stable their backward position in the long term regional development process. Of course, the increasing spatial diffusion of mobile telephony in less favoured region and settlements in handy-cap position is a very positive process. But the stable advantages of prosperous regions and cities with dinamically increasing economy mean permanent obstacles for poor regions and settlements beeing on the peripheries to change on their bad position in competing with the rich regions and settlements
Geopolitics of pipelines and Eastern Europe with especial regard to Hungary
The energy strategy of East Central European countries have joined to EU in 2004 is differentiated.
It can be stated that majority of these countries have already energy policy
and strategy to secure their own energy supply. All of them are making fl uent eff orts to
be independent from considerable part of the Russian oil and gas import in the near or
farer future. To avoid negative eff ects of the future’s unforeseen gas wars and unfriendly
actions originated from Russia or Ukraine, the new member states of the European Union
have worked out more scenarios and projects for the future. Additionally, they have also
declared targets to increase the rate of renewable energy in their domestic energy production.
Opposite to it Hungary is still stuck into powerful energy economies that drive to
international energy-security politics. The county has just switched sides when turned off
from US initiations and gave preference to Russian connections. Furthermore there are no
visible indication of a coherent national energy security strategy. It is not surprising that the
country is not taken into account when decisions are made, neither to the extent is should.
It shoud be priority to take pending political decisions and form a real national strategy
