    The relationship between Investments to Increase Human Capital in the HEI and the Return on Intellectual and Integrative Capital

    This article has as goal to compare the investments of Human Capital by the Humans Resources sector of institutions of a private administrative nature with the variation of Intellectual and Integrative Capital and to determine the relationship between the involvement of human resources with HEI and their title. From the reach of these goals, the problem will be answered: which is the relationship between the investments to increase the Human Capital in the HEI and the return in Intellectual and Integrative Capital? The hypothesis that guides this article are: there is no increase of Intellectual and Integrative Capital after teaching qualification. The data were analyzed qualitatively with the construction of inferences, deductions and inductions in dialogs with theoretical aspects. The results showed that there is no proportional relationship between the increases of human resources and the Intellectuals and Integrative Capitals. In some cases, it actually decreased

    Atos de Currículo se constituem como toda e qualquer ação curricular planejada e desenvolvida pelos atores educacionais. Na Educação Física, estes vem sendo motivados e influenciados pelas teorias curriculares tradicionais, crítica e pós-critica. Este trabalho surge a partir das inquietações pautadas em quais teorias curriculares estão vinculados os Atos de Currículo na Educação Física escolar no ensino fundamental II em escolas da Bahia e Sergipe. Objetivamos analisar os planos de ensino da disciplina Educação Física, buscando vestígios das correntes teóricas. A metodologia caracterizada como pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa do tipo documental. Analisamos o conteúdo por categoria. O objeto de estudo foram os planos de ensino de dois professores (P1 e P2), do 6º e 9º ano de duas escolas (E1 e E2). Os resultados apontam certa dificuldade na organização dos planos. Ambos apontam para a repetição dos esportes coletivos como temas dominantes, pautados principalmente em concepções tradicionais do currículo. Concernindo à Educação Física escolar um papel reducionista de fomentar corpos biologicamente harmoniosos para o lazer, o trabalho e a aprendizagem de outros conhecimentos. Outro traço é a falta de progressão dos conteúdos a serem ensinados.

    Intellectual property in the performance of physical education professionals: Characterizing elements for copyright protection

    In essence, man stands out for the use of your intellect to overcome his challenges and remain in constant evolution. Throughout its history, mankind has developed laws, rules and criteria to protect inventions and innovations. Along the way, a copyright law was created that supports and protects works and products from human intellect. Through it, it is possible to stimulate and leverage diverse sectors and professionals. Based on this, this study aims to characterize the prescriptions of physical activities, therapy, prophylaxis and their relationship with copyright. Its methodology is Grounded Theory, or theory based on data analysis and analysis of the legislation of the professional exercise of Physical Education (CONFEF). As preliminary results, it was identified that there are elements that allow the authorial protection of the training sections, in the prescription of prophylactic and therapeutic activities because they present characteristics of intellectual property and the Physical Education professional, in their functions and attributions, demand innovations and inventions customization of training sections

A sua proeminência, junto ao curso médio do Vouga e sobre o corredor natural que ligava o planalto de Viseu à costa atlântica, conferia-lhe grande importância estratégica. E um subsolo rico em estanho acrescentava-lhe valor, enquanto jazida mineira, o que explica o nascimento de importante povoado da Idade do Bronze. Na época romana estava já abandonado, mas a exploração mineira terá sido intensa na vertente virada ao rio Zela. Na Alta Idade Média foi reocupado por gente cristã, que aí fundou novo aldeamento e ergueu um castelo com uma torre quadrada, descoberta recentemente. Foi cabeça da Terra de Lafões no séc. XI e terá contribuído para o cerco e reconquista da cidade de Viseu, o que lhe valeu ter sido alvo de uma demolidora algara muçulmana, nos finais da década de vinte desse século. The Senhora do Castelo hillfort soon played an important role in the settlement of the region. Its prominence, next to the middle course of the Vouga River and on the natural corridor that connected the Viseu plateau to the Atlantic coast, gave it great strategic importance. And a subsoil rich in tin added to its value, as a mining deposit, which explains the birth of an important Bronze Age settlement. In Roman times, it was already abandoned, but mining was intense on the side facing the Zela River. In the Early Middle Ages it was reoccupied by Christians, who founded a new settlement there and built a castle with a recently discovered square tower. It was the head of Terra de Lafões in the 11th century and contributed to the siege and reconquest of the city of Viseu, which made it the target of a demolishing Muslim algara at the end of the 20th century.publishersversionpublishe

    DIVERGÊNCIA GENÉTICA ENTRE HÍBRIDOS DE MILHO EM CONDIÇÕES DE DEFICIÊNCIA HÍDRICA

    Na obtenção de cultivares adaptados às condições edafoclimáticas de uma determinada região ou estresse específico, é importante que as diferenças entre os cultivares estejam sob controle genético. Diante disso, objetivou-se determinar a divergência genética entre híbridos experimentais de milho (Zea mays) quanto à resistência a condições de seca. Para tal, realizou-se um ensaio em ambiente protegido no delineamento experimental em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições, sendo os tratamentos dispostos em um arranjo fatorial 28 x 2, em que 28 híbridos experimentais de milho, oriundos do Programa de melhoramento da UFT, foram avaliados em duas condições hídricas (a 20% e a 80% da CC) utilizando metodologia adaptada do lisímetro. Decorridos 20 dias da emergência, foram avaliadas 15 características. Na análise de divergência genética, empregou-se o método de agrupamento de otimização de Tocher e o método hierárquico do vizinho mais próximo, utilizando a distância generalizada de Mahalanobis (D2) como medida de dissimilaridade e o critério de Singh para quantificar a contribuição relativa das características na divergência. As medidas de dissimilaridade genética, estimadas pela distância de Mahalanobis, apresentaram magnitudes de 1,64 a 40,54 no ambiente 20% CC, e de 1,52 a 43,46 no ambiente 80% CC, indicando a presença de variabilidade genética na população. Com isso, sugere-se a combinação dos híbridos 6 e 10 no ambiente 20% CC, e entre 1 e 17 no ambiente 80% CC para a obtenção de híbridos com maior efeito heterótico

    Pervasive gaps in Amazonian ecological research

    Biodiversity loss is one of the main challenges of our time,1,2 and attempts to address it require a clear un derstanding of how ecological communities respond to environmental change across time and space.3,4 While the increasing availability of global databases on ecological communities has advanced our knowledge of biodiversity sensitivity to environmental changes,5–7 vast areas of the tropics remain understudied.8–11 In the American tropics, Amazonia stands out as the world’s most diverse rainforest and the primary source of Neotropical biodiversity,12 but it remains among the least known forests in America and is often underrepre sented in biodiversity databases.13–15 To worsen this situation, human-induced modifications16,17 may elim inate pieces of the Amazon’s biodiversity puzzle before we can use them to understand how ecological com munities are responding. To increase generalization and applicability of biodiversity knowledge,18,19 it is thus crucial to reduce biases in ecological research, particularly in regions projected to face the most pronounced environmental changes. We integrate ecological community metadata of 7,694 sampling sites for multiple or ganism groups in a machine learning model framework to map the research probability across the Brazilian Amazonia, while identifying the region’s vulnerability to environmental change. 15%–18% of the most ne glected areas in ecological research are expected to experience severe climate or land use changes by 2050.
