This research has been done to know psychological, environmental, marketing mix to influence 4 stroke bebek motorcycle (Honda and Suzuki) buying in Banjarmasin, and also to know the dominant variable on buying decision. This research has been done in Banjarmasin. Writer uses non random sampling technique with convenience sampling method. The total samples are 706 respondents (355 Suzuki consumers and 351 Honda consumers). A standard significant level in this research is 5%. All 12 variables of psychological, environmental, and marketing mix factors are being asked into 49 question items. The test of all instruments research show the reliability and validity levels are high. The results of this research are all free variables, that are perception (XI), attitude (X2), life style (X3), personality (X4), culture (X5), social class (X6), reference group (X7)situational determinants (X8), product (X9), price (X10), promotion (X11), and distribution (X12), have a significant correlation to buying decision of Suzuki and Honda 4-stroke bebek motorcycle. Among 12 variables, perception variable (X1), attitude (X2), life style (X3), referent group (X7), situational determinants (X8), and product (X9) are really influence to buying decision of 4-stroke Bebek Motorcycle (Suzuki and Honda) in Banjarmasin. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.591, it shows the contribution of independent variables to explain the dependent variable, that is 59.1%. While the most dominant variable to influence the research is the Attitude (X2), that is 39.6%

Duraplasty is a common procedure while human dura mater cannot be sutured during surgery and required a dural graft. Some material has been studied as dura mater substitute. One of those materials is amniotic membrane that used frequently in the surgical procedure. A clinical experimental study was performed to analyze the healing of dural in 8 patients at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya, Indonesia. The amniotic membrane allograft, had been processed and folded in 16 layers. The membrane was then sutured to cover the dural defect. Ten weeks later, the patient underwent cranioplasty and CSF leakage evaluated by checking the edge of dural. The fibrocyte infiltration was examined histologically. Based on the analysis, the amniotic membrane showed great potential as dura mater artificial

In the field of neurosurgery, often the dura mater cannot be sutured, and consequently, it requires a duraplasty procedure using a dural fascial graft. Since 1890, various materials have been researched as dura mater substitutes. Amniotic membrane, for example, is suitable as a dural graft material and has been used in neurosurgery since 2012. However, there has been little research on human patient's dural healing after the use of amniotic membrane in their duraplasty procedure. To address this gap, a clinical experimental study was undertaken to evaluate the human dural healing of 16 patients who had undergone duraplasty in decompressive craniectomy surgery at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya. The amniotic membrane allograft, was sutured to cover the dural defect for eight randomly chosen patients (Group I). The fascial autograft from the temporal muscle had been applied for eight other patients (Group II). Between 10 and 20 weeks after surgery, the patients underwent cranioplasty and dural healing evaluation by cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage testing through the edge of the dural defect. The fibrocyte infiltration around the edge of the dural defect was examined histologically. Statistical analysis, using an independent t-test, was performed with a confidence interval of 95%. The results of the clinical and histological analysis suggest that an amniotic membrane graft was able to provide watertight dural closure and adequate fibrocyte infiltration comparable with that provided by temporalis muscle fascia. This study shows that using an amniotic membrane in neurosurgery has a potential advantage over an alternative dural healing

Objective: To determine that duraplasty using amniotic membrane graft is better than fascial graft. Method: A clinical experimental study has performed to evaluate human dural healing of 16 patients duraplasty in dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya. The amniotic membrane allograft which has been fold in 16 layers was sutured to cover the dural defect for eight patients choosen randomly (group I). The fascial autograft from temporal muscle was sutured to cover the dural defect for eight patients who also choosen randomly (group II). Ten weeks postoperatively, the patients had undergone cranioplasty and the strenght of dural healing was evaluated by cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage test through the edge of dural defect. The fibrocyte infiltration around the edge of dural defect was examined histologically. Statistical analysis using independent t-test was performed with confidence interval of 95%. Results: There was no CSF leakage found in group I as well as group II. The histological examination showed the length of fibrocyte infiltration in group I was 8.12 mm (SD 2.01), in group II was 7.85 mm (SD 2.49), p = 0.819. The width of fibrocyte infiltration in group I was 4.12 mm (SD 1,6), while in group II was 3.57 mm (SD 1.76), p= 0.520. Statistical analysis revealed there were no significant differences of fibrocyte infiltration in both group. Conclusion: Duraplasty using amniotic membrane graft has equal result in dural healing in comparison with fascial graft in regard of making watertight sealing and fibrocyte infiltration
