    洒落本コーパス構築の試行

    常葉大学国立国語研究所 研究系 言語変化研究領域 非常勤研究員Tokoha UniversityAdjunct Researcher, Language Change Division, Research Department, NINJAL筆者らは,現在,国立国語研究所で開発が進められている『日本語歴史コーパス』の一部として,近世洒落本を対象とするコーパスを開発しており,その試作版を『ひまわり版「洒落本コーパス」Ver. 0.5』(2015年10月28日公開)として公開した。本コーパス構築にあたっては,他の『日本語歴史コーパス』所収のコーパス同様,文書構造に関する情報や形態論情報を付与するとともに,新たに所蔵版本への画像リンクや,詳細な話者情報を付与する試みを行った。これにより,近世資料の持つ地域差・位相差にも配慮した近世語コーパスのモデルを示すことができた。This paper presents an overview, the features, and utility of the Sharebon Corpus. We attempted to construct a corpus of Early Modern Japanese text, which is a part of the Corpus of Historical Japanese (CHJ) built by The National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics. We released a trial version of the Sharebon Corpus on October 28, 2015. This corpus has not only annotated morphemes and document information, just as the other corpora of the CHJ, but also realized the following new functions. First, we implemented the reference function that displays images of original books printed from woodblocks. Second, we made detailed annotations of information about speakers. Early Modern Japanese texts are written in various styles because of the differences, such as region, social class, and generations among others. In this article, we will illustrate that this corpus, which provides voluminous information, will be effective for such texts

The WLSP is a large-scale Japanese thesaurus that includes 98,241 entries with syntactic and hierarchical semantic categories. The historical WLSP is also compiled for the words in ancient Japanese. We utilized a morpheme-word sense alignment table to extract all possible word sense candidates for each word appearing in the target corpus. Then, we manually disambiguated the word senses for 647,751 words in the texts from the 10th century to 1910

    Cloning, characterization, and expression of xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase and expansin genes associated with petal growth and development during carnation flower opening

    Growth of petal cells is a basis for expansion and morphogenesis (outward bending) of petals during opening of carnation flowers (Dianthus caryophyllus L.). Petal growth progressed through elongation in the early stage, expansion with outward bending in the middle stage, and expansion of the whole area in the late stage of flower opening. In the present study, four cDNAs encoding xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase (XTH) (DcXTH1–DcXTH4) and three cDNAs encoding expansin (DcEXPA1–DcEXPA3) were cloned from petals of opening carnation flowers and characterized. Real-time reverse transcription-PCR analyses showed that transcript levels of XTH and expansin genes accumulated differently in floral and vegetative tissues of carnation plants with opening flowers, indicating regulated expression of these genes. DcXTH2 and DcXTH3 transcripts were detected in large quantities in petals as compared with other tissues. DcEXPA1 and DcEXPA2 transcripts were markedly accumulated in petals of opening flowers. The action of XTH in growing petal tissues was confirmed by in situ staining of xyloglucan endotransglucosylase (XET) activity using a rhodamine-labelled xyloglucan nonasaccharide as a substrate. Based on the present findings, it is suggested that two XTH genes (DcXTH2 and DcXTH3) and two expansin genes (DcEXPA1 and DcEXPA2) are associated with petal growth and development during carnation flower opening

    「人情本コーパス」の設計と構築

    国立国語研究所 研究系 言語変化研究領域東京大学大学院人文社会系研究科 博士課程常葉大学千葉大学国立国語研究所 研究系 言語変化研究領域国立国語研究所 研究系 言語変化研究領域Language Change Division, Research Department, NINJALGraduate Student, Humanities and Sociology, The University of TokyoTokoha UniversityChiba UniversityLanguage Change Division, Research Department, NINJALLanguage Change Division, Research Department, NINJAL現在,『日本語歴史コーパス』「江戸時代編」の一環として「人情本コーパス」を構築中である。2015年10月には『比翼連理花廼志満台』を対象とした「人情本コーパス」の試行版(全文検索システム『ひまわり』版)を公開した。人情本のコーパス化は,(1)原本表記に忠実な翻字テキストの作成,(2)(1)に最小限の校訂を加えた『ひまわり』版XMLテキストの作成の段階である。XMLテキストの作成では,基本的に「洒落本コーパス」のタグセットに準拠し,合字や校訂にかかわるタグを追加した人情本用タグセットを用意した。また,『花廼志満台』初編上巻の形態素解析を行った結果,解析精度は約87%であった。人情本に特徴的なイレギュラーな訓の多さが,精度の低さと関係している。今後,形態論情報付きコーパスを構築するにあたっての課題は,イレギュラーな訓を含む漢字に振られた「ルビ」を,どのように扱っていくかである。The Ninjobon Corpus is currently under construction as a part of the Edo Period Collection of the Corpus of Historical Japanese. In October 2015, a trial version of the Ninjobon Corpus (full text search system in the Himawari edition) focusing on the Hiyokurenri Hana no Shimadai was publicly released. The Ninjobon Corpus creation is at the stage of (1) faithful transcription of the original printed book into text, and (2) creation of the "Himawari" XML texts with minimal revisions to (1). In the creation of the XML texts, the tag set is fundamentally based on the Sharebon Corpus, though a tag set with tags related to ligatures and revisions was prepared for the Ninjobon. Further, the results of a morphological analysis of the first volume of Hana no Shimadai showed an analytical precision of approximately 87%. The low precision is caused by the large number of characteristically irregular readings in the Ninjobon. One challenge in a corpus construction with annotated morphological information is on how to address the "rubies" attached to kanji characters with irregular native Japanese readings
