    A literary work is a verbal artwork created by an individual or  a collective to express and convey generalities about life and people; convey the message of thought, feeling, attitude, etc., of the subject against reality reflected through artistic images. Literary works have long been considered artistically holistic and played a central part in the literary life, activities and processes. When it comes to literature or a literary period, a literary movement as well as a literary author, the first and also the last to be concerned is still the literary work.     Synthesis of thiourea chitosan and thiourea chitosan metal complexes and antibactarial activity

    Chitosan and its derivatives are becoming increasingly important natural polymers because of their unique combination of properties like biodegradability, biocompatibility and bioactivity, in addition to attractive physical and mechanical properties. Here we wish to report the synthesis and characterization of thiourea chitosan and its metal-complex. Thiourea chitosan was prepared by the reaction of chitosan with ammonium thiocyanate in ethanol. Its metal complex was prepared by dissolving thiourea chitosan in 1% CH3COOH solution follow by adding metal salt solution.  Antimicrobial activities of the complexs were evaluated against three species of bacteria. These complexs had an effect on study bacteria, which minimum inhibition concentrate (MIC) values against bacteria were 2 times lower than those of Thiourea-chitosan; the complex had higher antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus than E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa

    A weighted residual relationship for the contact problem with Coulomb friction

    International audienceIn this work, a weighted residual relationship is proposed as an extension of the standard virtual work principle to deal with the large deformation contact problem with Coulomb friction. This weak form is a mixed relationship involving the displacements and the multipliers defined on the reference contact surface of the contactor and is shown to be equivalent to the strong form of the initial/boundary value contact problem. The discretization in space by means of the finite element method is carried out on the mixed relationship in a simple way in order to obtain the semi-discrete equation system. The contact tangent stiffness is derived and numerical examples are presented to assess the efficiency of the formulation. (c) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved

    Influence of damping coefficient into engine rubber mounting system on vehicle ride comfort

    This study presents a method to improve vehicle ride comfort using additional damping coefficient values for an internal combustion engine (ICE) rubber mounting system. To analyze the effect of the adding damping coefficient values into the rubber mounting system on vehicle ride comfort, a full-vehicle vibration model with 10 degrees of freedom is established under the combination of road surface roughness and ICE excitations. The damping coefficient values are added into ICE rubber mounting system which are respectively analyzed and evaluated according to the international standard ISO 2631-1 (1997). The study results do not only evaluate the influence of the adding damping coefficients on vehicle ride comfort but also suggest the optimal design solution for ICE mounting system to improve vehicle ride comfort

    Equality in Online Education during COVID-19: Challenging the Educational Needs of Ethnic Minority Students in Vietnam

    [Purpose] This study analyzes the inequalities of ethnic minority children to adapt to online education. This is also a challenge to the whole education system in Vietnam before the 4th COVID-19 outbreak is considered to have a serious impact on the economy and society of Vietnam. [Methodology/Approach/Design] A case study is conducted in a cross-sectional form with 50 high school students and 10 teachers of the boarding ethnic minority school in Nam Pu district, Dien Bien province of Vietnam. Questions were conducted for students, teachers, and school administrators. [Findings] The lack of WiFi catchers such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones along with poor infrastructure are the main factors affecting the effectiveness of online learning. [Practical Implications] Equality in education is the sustainable development goal adopted by the United Nations in 2015. Geographical differences and economic conditions are factors that directly impact the effectiveness of students' online learning in the context of COVID-19 19. The Government of Vietnam should have an effective financial policy to provide connectivity for poor students, reducing the gap in access to general education services for online classes that are ethnic minorities.[Purpose] This study analyzes the inequalities of ethnic minority children to adapt to online education.     Extraction of Polyphenols from Mentha aquatica Linn. var. crispa

    Mentha aquatica Linn. var. crispa is commonly used as a spice in many Asian countries. Although its biological activities, such as its applications, antimicrobial properties, have been studied, its antioxidation properties have not been investigated. This study establishes the most suitable extraction conditions concerning the independent variables affecting the total polyphenol content (TPC) and antioxidant activity (AA) of M. aquatica extract (stem and leaf). Investigated factors include the type of solvent used; solvent concentration, the ratio of raw material to solvent, extraction time and extraction temperature. The efficiency of polyphenol extraction was evaluated by TPC and AA through the ability to neutralize the free radicals 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2\u27-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6- sulfonic acid) (ABTS), and the ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) was used as the evaluation indicator. The results have shown that acetone at a concentration of 50%, at a ratio of 1:20 (w/v), extraction time of 2 h and a temperature of 40 °C give the highest values of TPC and AA, with values of 120.92 mg GAE g-1 dw for TPC, 169.36 μmol TE g-1 dw by DPPH assay, 264.03 μmol by ABTS assay, and 425.35 μmol Fe2+ g-1 dw by FRAP assay. This study demonstrates that extracts of M. aquatica can be used for research as food antioxidant

    IMPLEMENT POLICIES ON TRAINING AND FOSTERING CADRES AND CIVIL SERVANTS OF KHMER IN THE MEKONG DELTA, VIETNAM

    Cadres and civil servants who are ethnic Khmer people in the Mekong Delta have an essential position and role in implementing the Party's guidelines and guidelines, policies, and laws of the State to present with the people and directly manage society to achieve order, stability, and development. Cadres and civil servants who are ethnic Khmer people are the bridge between the Party, State, and the people, reflecting the people's legitimate thoughts and aspirations for the Party and State. Based on the method of document research, and secondary data, the paper outlines the characteristics of the Khmer people in the Mekong Delta; viewpoints and lines of the Party, policies, and laws of the State on training and retraining policies for cadres and civil servants who are ethnic Khmer people; On the basis of the actual situation of the policy, the thesis has proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of the policy on training and fostering cadres and civil servants who are ethnic Khmer people in the Mekong Delta.  Article visualizations
