Harmonic analysis of irradiation asymmetry for cylindrical implosions driven by high-frequency rotating ion beams
Cylindrical implosions driven by intense heavy ions beams should be
instrumental in a near future to study High Energy Density Matter. By rotating
the beam by means of a high frequency wobbler, it should be possible to deposit
energy in the outer layers of a cylinder, compressing the material deposited in
its core. The beam temporal profile should however generate an inevitable
irradiation asymmetry likely to feed the Rayleigh-Taylor instability (RTI)
during the implosion phase. In this paper, we compute the Fourier components of
the target irradiation in order to make the junction with previous works on RTI
performed in this setting. Implementing a 1D and 2D beam models, we find these
components can be expressed exactly in terms of the Fourier transform of the
temporal beam profile. If is the beam duration and its rotation
frequency, "magic products" can be identified which cancel the first
harmonic of the deposited density, resulting in an improved irradiation

Pendidikan Alternatif Untuk Perempuan Marginal Di Pedesaan
: Alternative Education for Marginalized Women in Rural Areas. The study aims to find alterÂnative forms of education for marginalized women, the process of forming study groups and gender based learning process that serves the center of the development of education, leadership and a source of economic empowerment. The study uses qualitative methods, involving a group of women who have attended an alÂternative education. Researchers and informants from community leaders. The results showed that the form of alternative education is a method of adult education or andragogy. Study groups consisted of basic literacy and functional literacy. The learning process begins with the sharing of learning, reflection on life experience and role play method. The result is 65% of participants have increased the ability of reading, writing and numeracy, and understanding of the issues of women who have confidence in the decision making of households and communities
Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional, Dan Keterikatan Karyawan
Upaya untuk mewujudkan kinerja BUMN merupakan tuntutan yang sangat mendesak. Hal tersebut terkait dengan upaya kementerian BUMN di Indonesia bersama stakeholder sebagai pemangku kepentingan dengan rencana strategis 2012-2014. Salah satu unsur penting dalam mewujudkan hal tersebut adalah Peningkatan Kualitas Perencanaan, SDM, dan Pengelolaan Keuangan yang dapat berperan sebagai alat pengawasan sekaligus performance driver. Karenanya, melalui penelitian ini telah ditelaah : (1) kualitas kehidupan kerja, seperti prencanaan karir, (2) perilaku kewargaan organisasional, seperti masalah etos kerja, dan (3) keterikatan karyawan,seperti masalah kebijakanremunerasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode survei terhadap 429 orang Manajer Madya pada 141 Perusahaan BUMNdiIndonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung melalui instrumen berupa angket dan teknik komunikasi langsung melalui wawancara terbatas dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Bulan Januari 2011 yang berakhir 31 Desember 2012. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Analisis Deskriptif, yaitu rata-rata terbobot, dan Analisis inferensial yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas kehidupan kerja, perilaku kewargaan orgnisasional, keterikatan karyawan pada BUMN di Indonesia menunjukkan kondisi yang baik, namun belum optimal; (2) Kualitas kehidupan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan bermakna terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada BUMN di Indonesia. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, memerlukan kerja keras para manajer pada level 1 dan 2 di bawah direktur dan di atas manajer pelaksana, dengan mamadukan kepentingan manajer selaku agent, dan kepentingan stakeholder selaku principal.Memerlukan kearipan dan kebijakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menerapkan sistem partisipasi dari bawat ke atas (button up) dan partisipasi dari atas ke bawah (top down)
Keterikatan Karyawan Dan Kontribusinya Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan

Icmapen: an icmetric based security framework for sleep apnea monitoring
Smart devices are becoming increasingly powerful which is why they are being used for point of care health services. Wearable devices can be purchased which allow continuous monitoring of a wearers vital signs. The data is generated, processed and stored remotely where it can be readily accessible to health professionals. Recent attacks on healthcare systems and health data shows that the systems are insecure and that security is a major hurdle in their wide adoption. Conventional cryptographic systems rely on stored keys for the provision of security. The stored keys can be captured in many ways which leads to the system being exposed. The ICMetric technology remedies this by eliminating the need for stored keys. Thus, the ICMetric technology functions as a key theft deterrent and as a basis for cryptographic services. This paper studies the design and implementation of an ICMetric based health monitoring system for people diagnosed with sleep apnea. The proposed system provides key generation, authentication and confidentiality by using the novel ICMetric technology. The proposed scheme is constituent of a cloud computing component which enables remote monitoring and data storage for access by health professionals. This paper studies the performance of the proposed schemes by studying the running time. The central methylene segment of the diamine spacer is disordered over two positions with a refined siteoccupancy ratio of 0.651 (7):0.349 (7). The phenyl ring and the hydroxysubstituted benzene ring are almost perpendicular to each other, with a dihedral angle of 87.90 (8) Å. intramolecular O - H⋯N hydrogen bonds make S(6) ring motifs
