This research was done in December 2013 in the waters of Sumber Jaya village Kampung Melayu subdistrict Bengkulu Bengkulu province. The method used was a survey method. Data taken consisted of 1) the location of the operation of gill net fishing gear, 2) the location of the catch in gill net fishing gear pengoperaisan, 3) water temperature, 4) salinity, 5) flow velocity, 6) brightness and 7) depth. The highest fish production in the 10 operating locations gill net fishing gear different, for gill net boats GT ≤ 5 highest and lowest 110 kg 45 kg. While gill net vessel GT ≥ 5 highest and lowest reaches 750 kg 350 kg. Physical parameters obtained for salinity in the range of 24-26 ‰, flow velocity in the range of 0.200 to 0.250 m / sec, the depth was 58-62 m range, water transparency in the range of 6.0-8.0 m, water temperature in the range of 27 -30 0C. Multiple linear regression analysis showed Total catches (Dependent Variable) with physical parameters (Predictors) obtained the effect of x on y by 54.0%, while the remaining 46% are caused by other factors. The need for further research by grouping objects larger research and predictive variables that have continuous time series in order to obtain a clearer influence between variables and objects

This purpose of this study to look at the spatial and temporal variations in the concentration of chlorophyll-a with aqua MODIS satellite image and look the relationship between the concentration of chlorophyll-a and catch of tuna (Thunnus sp) in West Sumatra by using correlation analysis. The location of fishing ground tuna (Thunnus sp) in West Sumatra at 00 0' 0'' S - 50 05' 0'' S dan 900 3' 00''E - 1020 37' 00'' E. The based coordinate of fishing ground and analyzed distribution of chlorophyll-a used satellite imagery of aqua MODIS in 2013, the catched of tuna held in distribution chlorophyll-a ranging 0,152 mg/m3 – 0,255 mg/m3. The catch is highest January (West season), April (Season West-East), July (East season) and October (Season East-West). The high catches of the highest of the season because effort high. Based on the value CPUE, in August categorized as good month with the arrest of most value CPUE 16.4142 kg /setting with catches of 22 670 kg (10%) of the total catch of 235 217 kg. The analysis showed height correlation between concentration of chlorophyll-a and tuna catches with coefficient correlation (r) and coefficient determination (R2) respectively 0,97 and 96,33%

Survey methods performed to monitor water parameters and data haul in four stations in December 2015 in the village Bodies Bunsur districts Sungai Apit district Siak. The results of the study, the temperature ranges from 28-32°C pairs. 27-32°C subsided. Based on regression analysis does not give effect to the catch. Salinity ranges from 26-31%o pairs. 26-32%o downs. Based on regression analysis during the study provides segnifikan effect on catches. Flow velocity ranges from 0.09 - 0.12m/s tide. 12:10 - 0.14m/sec and downs. based on regression analysis found spotted and currents at low speed that gives effect to the catches segnifikan. Based on an analysis of the operation of fishing gear Gombang area. It is said to potentially be at a temperature of 29-32°C, salinity 28-32 %o, and 0.10 - 0.14m/s for speed Flow

One tool that can be used to visualize and connect various types of spatial and temporal distribution is Geographic Information System. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pressure of longline fisheries, tuna catches and fishing effort and can model the spatial distribution and temporal (of tuna, during longline fishery activities in 2013. Experimental methods are used in determining the size pixels and kernel shape. The form of the kernel that displays the best results is quartic. The optimal radius produced from the equation 0.68n-0.2 is 0.25 degrees (27.78 km). The CPUE uses raster data on catch density (tail field) and fishing line density (field number of hooks). The calculation is done by multiplying the density of the raster catch (tail) by 1,000 then divided by the density of the raster fishing hooks. The results show that the range of CPUE values ranged from 0.833 - 416. The total area of the total fishing effort was 161,520 km2 with an ffort of catching of 57,502.017 per 1,000 hooks. The total number of CPUE top heatmap is 38,948.29 per 1,000 hooks in 38,080 km2, most are in the Mentawai Strait, other parts are also found in the south of Siberut Island, west of Enggano Island to the Indian Ocean. Seasonal patterns show that the East season is the season with the highest catching effort in the Mentawai Strait, the Siberut Strait to the southern part of Siberut Island and the Transition I season is the lowest catching effort. Keywords: Spatial and temporal distribution, tuna density, CPUE, heatmap, Indian Ocea

This study aims to determine the management process conducted by the Principal in improving achievement at Immanuel Christian Elementary School Unit I Pontianak. Data collection techniques such as interviews, direct observations, and documents. Interviews, observations, and documents revealed that school; 1) planning, implementation, and supervision of Principal applied to the principle of consensus, trust, responsibility and kinship, 2) there is a tendency success of Principal in integrating human resources exist, which is arranged in the form of the full cooperation of responsibility so that a force for schools in reaching achievements. Suggestions for school, in this case the citizens of Immanuel Christian Elementary School Unit I Kota Pontianak, in order to improve the quality and academic achievement as well as non-academic achievements. Principal planning program that involves teachers, students, and parents, and implementation, and supervision should be further developed. Besides partnerships with parents and the community which has been established should be improved

Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (µc-Si:H) thin films have been deposited using 10% silane (SiH4) in H2 dilution by Hot Wire Cell Very High Frequency Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (HWC-VHF-PECVD) technique. The resulted thin film characteristics were systematically studied as a function of the deposition parameter. The previous structural studies showed that the structural phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline thin film was obtained using the filament temperature of 800 °C. In this study, the optoelectronic properties of µc-Si:H thin films were investigated as a function of the silane gas flow rate from 40 sccm to 80 sccm. The highest deposition rate of 3.6 A/sec and the lower optical bandgap of 1.4 eV were obtained using 80 sccm and 60 sccm of the silane gas flow rate, respectively. The film showed the photosensitivity of 3 x 107, which is quite high above the minimal value of 103 for solar cell application
