    ОСНОВАНИЯ КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ ГЕОГРАФИЧЕСКИХ ГРАНИЦ: ОНТОЛОГИЯ ГЕОГРАФИИ И КУЛЬТУРНОГО РАЗНООБРАЗИЯ

    The notion of boundaries is one of the main philosophical questions that is arising necessary in the interpretation of geography from a geo- ontological point of view, and its relevance to contemporary discussions has been emphasized and studied by various authors. But what kind of objects are geographic boundaries? What kind of borders were defined by modern ontologists of geography? How can boundaries be categorized from a geo-ontological point of view? What are the main modern classifications of geographical boundaries? How can culture and human beliefs influence such classifications? These questions represent a starting point in this paper aimed at examining how the concept of boundaries is defined by modern ontologists of geography, how types of geographical boundaries have been identified and classified, and the influence of cultural differences and human beliefs on such geo- ontological classifications. First, we will rely on the taxonomy of B. Smith and E. Galton, who offer the most cited complex classifications of geographical boundaries covering physical, biological, psychological, social and political phenomena. Secondly, we will discuss the importance of cultural differences and human beliefs for geo-ontological classification based on the considerations of  B. Smith and D.M. Mark.Понятие границ представляет собой один из основных философских вопросов, возникающих и необходимых при осмыслении географии с гео-онтологической точки зрения, и ее актуальность для современных дискуссий подчеркивалась и изучалась различными авторами. Но какого рода объектами являются географические границы? Какого вида границы были определены современными онтологами географии? Как границы могут быть классифицированы c гео-онтологической точки зрения? Каковы основные современные классификации географических границ? Как культура и человеческие убеждения могут влиять на такие классификации? Эти вопросы представляют собой отправную точку в данной работе, направленной на рассмотрение того, как понятие границ определяется современными онтологами географии, как были выявлены и классифицированы виды географических границ, а также влияние культурных различий и человеческих убеждений на такие гео-онтологические классификации. Во-первых, мы будем опираться на таксономии Б. Смита и Э. Гальтона, которые предлагают наиболее цитируемые комплексные классификации географических границ, охватывающие физические, биологические, психологические, социальные и политические явления. Во-вторых, мы будем обсуждать важность культурных различий и человеческих убеждений для гео-онтологической классификации, исходя из соображений Б. Смита и Д.М. Марка

    The fundamental thesis of Benedetto Croce’s Aesthetic consists of two main points: (i) intuitive knowledge is independent of logical knowledge, (ii) intuitive knowledge is given in art, while logical knowledge in philosophy.After illustrating some theoretical elements that make Croce’s aesthetic a focal point in contemporary aesthetics, in the present article I will show how, given the validity of the first part of Croce’s thesis (i), the second part of his thesis (ii) is not defensible in the terms pro- posed by him. Finally, on the basis on the previous analyses, I shall offer some arguments in favour of maintaining the disciplinary distinction between aesthetics and philosophy of art.Основные положения эстетики Кроче включают два пункта: 1) интуитивное знание не зависит от логического; 2) интуитивное знание дано в искусстве, а логическое – в философии.В данной статье я сначала приведу некоторые доводы в пользу значимости некоторых элементов теории Кроче для современной эстетики, а затем покажу, что, несмотря на справедливость его первого утверждения (1), второе (2) нельзя обосновать в рамках его теории. И, наконец, на основе предыдущих умозаключений, я представлю обоснование различия между эстетикой и философией искусства

    Fourth order indirect integration method for black hole perturbations: even modes

    On the basis of a recently proposed strategy of finite element integration in time domain for partial differential equations with a singular source term, we present a fourth order algorithm for non-rotating black hole perturbations in the Regge-Wheeler gauge. Herein, we address even perturbations induced by a particle plunging in. The forward time value at the upper node of the (r,t)(r^*,t) grid cell is obtained by an algebraic sum of i) the preceding node values of the same cell, ii) analytic expressions, related to the jump conditions on the wave function and its derivatives, iii) the values of the wave function at adjacent cells. In this approach, the numerical integration does not deal with the source and potential terms directly, for cells crossed by the particle world line. This scheme has also been applied to circular and eccentric orbits and it will be object of a forthcoming publication.Comment: This series of papers deals with EMRI for LISA. With the respect to the v1 version, the algorithm has been improved; convergence tests and references have been added; v2 is composed by 23 pages, and 6 figures. Paper accepted by Class.     What is dust? - Physical foundations of the averaging problem in cosmology

    The problems of coarse-graining and averaging of inhomogeneous cosmologies, and their backreaction on average cosmic evolution, are reviewed from a physical viewpoint. A particular focus is placed on comparing different notions of average spatial homogeneity, and on the interpretation of observational results. Among the physical questions we consider are: the nature of an average Copernican principle, the role of Mach's principle, the issue of quasilocal gravitational energy and the different roles of spacetime, spatial and null cone averages.     Nivel de conocimientos de estudiantes de medicina sobre diagnóstico y manejo del infarto agudo del miocardio

    Introduction: acute myocardial infarction is a disease with high morbidity and mortality.Objective: to determine the knowledge level of medical students about the diagnosis and management of acute myocardial infarction.Method: an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out between January and February 2022 in medical students from the University of Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río who participated in the provincial update workshop on acute myocardial infarction. Through intentional sampling, a sample of 92 students was selected. To collect the information, a survey was used using Google Forms.Results: the female sex (65,21%), the age group from 21 to 22 years (65,21%) and the fourth-year students (50%) prevailed. Hypertension was the most identified risk factor (97,98%). 97,82% of the students identified precordial pain as the main clinical manifestation. 100% identified the presentation with complications, where sudden death was the most identified (81,52%). 100% point to the electrocardiogram as the main complementary, where ST alterations were the most identified (84,78%). 95,65% of the students indicated constant monitoring of vital parameters and cardiovascular function as the management measure.Conclusions: Medicine students belonging to the clinical area at the University of Medical Sciences of Pinar del Río have an adequate level of knowledge about the diagnosis and management of acute myocardial infarction.Introducción: el infarto agudo del miocardio constituye una enfermedad con elevada morbilidad y mortalidad.Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimientos de estudiantes de medicina sobre el diagnóstico y manejo del infarto agudo del miocardioMétodo: se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal entre enero y febrero de 2022 en estudiantes de Medicina de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Pinar del Río del ciclo clínico que participaron en el Taller provincial de actualización sobre infarto agudo de miocardio. Mediante un muestreo intencional se seleccionó una muestra de 92 estudiantes. Para la recolección de la información se empleó una encuesta mediante Google Forms.Resultados: predominó el sexo femenino (65,21 %), el grupo etario de 21 a 22 años (65,21 %) y los estudiantes de cuarto año (50 %). La hipertensión fue el factor de riesgo más identificado (97,98 %). El 97,82 % de los estudiantes identificó el dolor precordial como principal manifestación clínica. El 100 % identificó la presentación con complicaciones, donde la muerte súbita fue la más identificada (81,52 %). El 100 % señala al electrocardiograma como principal complementario, donde las alteraciones del ST fueron las más identificada (84,78 %). El 95,65 % de los estudiantes indicaron la monitorización constante de los parámetros vitales y función cardiovascular como la medida de manejo.Conclusiones: los estudiantes de Medicina pertenecientes al área clínica en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Pinar del Río poseen un adecuado nivel de conocimientos sobre el diagnóstico y manejo del infarto agudo del miocardio.
