Рассмотрены этапы социализации личности в соответствие с динамикой возрастных изменений, характеризующих специфику потребительского поведения индивидов.The article discusses the factors that influence the abilities and the opportunities to make the individual consumer choice in the contemporary socio-economic conditions of its life. It is considered the stages of the socialization of the individual in accordance with the dynamics of age-related changes that characterize the specificity of the consumer behavior of the individual

Flexural properties of the epoxy resin filled with single and hybrid carbon nanofillers

    Get PDF
The aim of this paper was to estimate the effect of moisture and temperature on the flexural properties of the epoxy filled with single and hybrid carbon nanofillers (CNTs and CNFs) and to reveal the most environmentally stable NC. Water absorption at 70 °C until equilibrium moisture content and heating at 70 °C for 4 weeks were followed by freezing at - 20 °C for 8 weeks. Microstructural characterization of optical images revealed homogeneous dispersion of all carbon nanofillers in the epoxy resin at microscale. Positive nanofiller effects were found for sorption, flexural and thermophysical characteristics of the epoxy resin. The most environmentally stable NC was epoxy filled with 0.1 wt. % of CNTs/CNFs hybrid, which had the lowest effect of temperature and moisture on mechanical characteristics, along with the lowest equilibrium water content and diffusivity

The article deals with the problems of discourse definition and its types. The authors analyse different views which concern the including of the term “dialogue” into “discourse” along with “monologue”. Special attention is paid to the description of a literary dialogue having its own features and special interest for pragmatic analysis as almost all utterances are performativeyesBelgorod State Universit

Phenomenological analysis of professional identity crisis experience by teachers

The topicality of the problem under research is predetermined by the need of psychology and pedagogy for the study of the process of professional identity crisis experience by teachers and development of a system of measures for support of teachers’ pedagogical activity and professional development. The objective of the study is to describe the content of the process of professional identity crisis experience by teachers. The principal method of study of this problem is the phenomenological method, which provides for exploration of the main aspects of the experience process. The results of phenomenological method application for the analysis of professional crisis experience make it possible to state that the professional crisis issue is a specific life situation for labourer where in the alteration of the teacher’s general view of life occurs. The experience of professional identity crisis manifests itself in the polarization of evaluations of the main parameters of the professional and the Self-image (the external activity evaluation, interest in the activity, the control over professional activity and professional situations, professional prospects). Transformation of the notional field of a teacher’s consciousness and reflection (the content of the activity, relation and the proper behaviour in general) are distinguished as the mechanisms of professional crisis experience. The materials of the article may be useful for teachers, psychologists, and heads of educational institutions in the process of planning and implementation of activities on educational process psychological support. © 2016 Sadovnikova et al

Evaluation of developmental competence of Sus scrofa domesticus (L.) oocyte-cumulus complexes after intra- and extraovarian vitrification

The aim of the present study was to identify the influence of extra- (EOV) and intraovarian vitrification (IOV) on mitochondrial activity (MA) and chromatin state in porcine oocytes during maturation in vitro. During EOV porcine oocytes were exposed in cryoprotective solutions (CPS): CPS-1 – 0.7 M dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)+0.9 M ethylene glycol (EG); CPS-2 – 1.4 M DMSO+1.8 M EG; CPS-3 – 2.8 M DMSO+3.6 M EG+0.65 M trehalose. At IOV the ovarian fragments were exposed in CPS-1 – 7.5 % EG+7.5 % DMSO, then in CPS-2 – 15 % EG, 15 % DMSO and 0.5 M sucrose. Straws with oocytes and ovarian fragments were plunged into LN2 and stored. For devitrification, the EOV oocytes were washed in solutions of 0.25, 0.19 and 0.125 M of trehalose, the IOV – in 0.5 and 0.25 М trehalose. Oocytes were cultured in NCSU-23 medium with 10 % fluid of follicles, follicular walls, hormones. 0.001 % of highly dispersed silica nanoparticles (ICP named after A.A. Chuyko of the NAS of Ukraine) were added to all media. The methods of fertilization and embryo culture are presented in the guidelines developed by us. MA and chromatin state were measured by MitoTracker Orange CMTMRos and the cytogenetic method. Significant differences in the level of oocytes with high-expanded cumulus between control and experimental vitrified groups (81 % versus 59 % and 52 %, respectively, p ≤ 0.001) were observed. The percentage of pyknotic cells in native oocytes was 19 %, EOV or IOV oocytes were 39 % and 49 %, respectively. After culture, the level of matured native oocytes was 86 %, 48 % EOV and 33 % IOV cells finished the maturation (p ≤ 0.001). Differences were also observed in the level of MA between groups treated by EOV and IOV (89.4±7.5 µA and 149.2±11.3 µA, respectively, p ≤ 0.05). For the first time, pre-implantation embryos were obtained from oocytes treated by IOV

Microparticles prepared from biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoates as matrix for encapsulation of cytostatic drug

    Get PDF
Microparticles made from degradable polyhydroxyalkanoates of different chemical compositions a homopolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid, copolymers of 3-hydroxybutyric and 4-hydroxybutyric acids (P3HB/4HB), 3-hydroxybutyric and 3-hydroxyvaleric acids (P3HB/3HV), 3-hydroxybutyric and 3-hydroxyhexanoic acids (P3HB/3HHx) were prepared using the solvent evaporation technique, from double emulsions. The study addresses the influence of the chemical compositions on the size and ξ-potential of microparticles. P3HB microparticles loaded with doxorubicin have been prepared and investigated. Their average diameter and ξ-potential have been found to be dependent upon the level of loading (1, 5, and 10 % of the polymer mass). Investigation of the in vitro drug release behavior showed that the total drug released from the microparticle into the medium increased with mass concentration of the drug. In this study mouse fibroblast NIH 3T3 cells were cultivated on PHA microparticles, and results of using fluorescent DAPI DNA stain, and MTT assay showed that microparticles prepared from PHAs of different chemical compositions did not exhibit cytotoxicity to cells cultured on them and proved to be highly biocompatible. Cell attachment and proliferation on PHA microparticles were similar to those on polystyrene. The cytostatic drug encapsulated in P3HB/3HV microparticles has been proven to be effective against HeLa tumor cells.Russia (Federation) (Agreement 11.G34.31.0013)Program of the President of Russia for Young Doctors of Sciences (Grant MD-3112.2012.4

Reflection of the status and role of social structure in agentive impersonal sentences in german

The article is devoted to the implicit representation of status and role groups in society on the material of impersonal sentences in the german language. The focus is set on the types of the implicit semantic subject, characterized by varying degrees of determination in context: indefinite-personal, generalizedpersonal and definite-personal semantic subject. The authors propose a tripartite paradigm of types of the implicit semantic subject on the basis of its social and role affiliatio
