A MOL 1999-ben indította el tudásmenedzsment- (TM) tevékenységeit egy holisztikus TM-stratégia kidolgozásával és elfogadásával. A TM-stratégia rövid távon kívánt eredményeket felmutatni, ez a gyakorlatban főként informatikai eszközök alkalmazását jelentette. A vezetés figyelme a kezdeti sikerek után a TM témája iránt fokozatosan csökkent. A MOL üzleti stratégiájának megvalósítása részeként Közép-Európában akvizíciókat hajtott végre. A MOL Csoport bővülése ismét a felszínre hozta a TM szükségességét. A TM-stratégiát megújították, a tevékenységeket felülvizsgálták. A TM-tevékenységek legfontosabb iránymutatója a MOL 2006–2010 üzleti stratégiája lett. Az eset illusztrálja, hogy a TM-tevékenységek értékarányos volta szükséges a vezetés támogatásának elnyeréséhez és megtartásához

Development of an open source agricultural mobile data collector system

The information is important in every decision area. The Big Data philosophy lead to collect every possible data. Nowadays these applications are more and more successful in the following agricultural areas: different parts of food industry, extension services, precision agriculture. While studying the use of these new ICT technologies can be concluded that different types of services offer different possibilities. Firstly we compared the possible mainboards and sensors. General information about the existing mobile main boards. We compared the Atmel AVR, the Raspberry PI and the LEGO Mindstorms NXT. We choosed the Arduino system board. We described the main system architecture and connection possibilites. We found the temperature sensor widely useable. The software was also briefly mentioned. We can say there are several advantages of the Arduino. The whole system can be upgradeable, and there are several Arduino based mainboards and sensors too. Nowadays the block programming support are increasing (etc. MIT Appinventor), but there are disadvantages too. The system has several limitation: the number of the connected sensor, the connection type, the system energy supply, the data loss, the creation of user friendly interface and the system failure tolerability.</jats:p

Areas of Improvement in Hungarian SMEs Competitiveness – Corporate Financial Literacy in Focus

The 2007–2008 global financial crisis exposed the problems arising from systemic risk management on a micro- and a macro-economic level. This period was particularly challenging for the entire economic system of individual countries, including all the participants of economy. Post-crisis changes require appropriate awareness and financial determination and an adequate level of financial literacy of market operators. When it comes to financial literacy, innovation should be mentioned, since the parallel development of these two factors has a favourable impact on economic stability and on the competitiveness of a country. Overall, the level of financial literacy and the capacity for innovation have an influence on the stability, growth potential and competitiveness of enterprises and of the entire national economy. Therefore, improving financial literacy is in priority national interest, and as such, it must be at the centre of attention at all times

Two-field mixed hp-finite elements for time-dependent problems in the refined theories of thermodynamics

Thanks to modern manufacturing technologies, heterogeneous materials with complex inner structures (e.g., foams) can be easily produced. However, their utilization is not straightforward, as the classical constitutive laws are not necessarily valid. According to various experimental observations, the Guyer--Krumhansl equation stands as a promising candidate to model such complex structures. However, the practical applications need a reliable and efficient algorithm that is capable of handling both complex geometries and advanced heat equations. In the present paper, we present the development of a $hp$-type finite element technique, which can be reliably applied. We investigate its convergence properties for various situations, being challenging in relation to stability and the treatment of fast propagation speeds. That algorithm is also proved to be outstandingly efficient, providing solutions four magnitudes faster than commercial algorithms
