Structural funds for the increase of competences of employees of enterprise in Poland - the development of staff of entrepreneurs.

The quality of human capital in enterprises will have more and more influence on the size of the Polish economy. Currently, some branches of industry already lack in qualified employees, including management staff. Therefore, Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” will support the increase of employment and social cohesion, among others by occupational activation, the development of adaptation potential of enterprises and their employees, an increase of the education level of the society, a decrease of areas of social exclusion and support of mechanisms of effective management in state administration. Support directed at enterprises and their employees will be provided in a wide range, especially for persons with low or out of date professional qualifications, in order to strengthen their potential and adjust their qualifications, including transfer support. All these elements are supposed to lead to a situation in which, after a completed support process, the Polish economy will become more competitive. The article contains an analysis of chrononyms motivated by the names of three Christian saints (George, Demetrius, and Elijah) in the Ukrainian dialects of southern Podlasie. The mechanism of the formation of this type of chrononyms was described. Practices, beliefs and norms related to these holidays were characterized. The folk calendar is presented from the perspective of the fusion of Christian elements and pre-Christian mythological beliefs (agrarian and breeding practices, beliefs, rituals).W artykule przeanalizowano chrononimy motywowane imionami trzech świętych chrześcijańskich (Jerzego, Dymitra i Eliasza), zarejestrowane w gwarach ukraińskich południowego Podlasia.  Opisano mechanizm powstawania tego typu chrononimów, scharakteryzowano praktyki, wierzenia i normy zachowań związane z wymienionymi świętami. Knowledge of degradation and impairment phenomena of (bio)degradable polymeric materials under operating conditions, and thus the selection of test procedures and prediction of their behavior designates the scope and capabilities as well as possible limitations of both: the preparation of the final product and its durability. The main novelty and objective of this research was to determine the degradation pathways during testing of polylactide and polylactide/polyhydroxyalkanoate materials made with three-dimensional printing and the development of a new strategy for the comprehensive characterization of such complex systems including behavior during waste disposal. Prototype objects were subjected to tests for damage evolution performed under simulating operating conditions. The reference samples and the tested items were characterized by gel permeation chromatography and differential scanning calorimetry to determine changes in material properties. The studies showed that: polyhydroxyalkanoate component during accelerated aging and degradation in environments rich in microorganisms accelerated the degradation of the material; paraffin accelerates polylactide degradation and slows degradation of polyhydroxyalkanoate-based material; under the influence of an environment rich in enzymes, paraffin contamination accelerates biodegradation; under the influence of natural conditions, paraffin contamination slowed degradation; the processing conditions, in particular the printing orientation of individual parts of the container, influenced the material properties in its various regions, affecting the rate of degradation of individual parts.European Regional Development Fun

Aksjologiczna identyfikacja zmarłego w świetle inskrypcji nagrobnych (na materiale nekropolii prawosławnych pogranicza polsko-ukraińskiego)

The article discusses the optional elements of gravestone inscriptions in the Orthodox cemeteries in the eastern part of Lubelszczyzna region. The analysis of positively valued aspects of the earthly life of the person – to whom the inscriptions are devoted – was conducted (e.g. occupation, education, position, social status, scientific degree(s), professional involvement, citizenship, character qualities, etc.). These elements constitute a kind of funerary characteristics of the deceased person, they are also a reflection of the social vision of the proper and decent life.W artykule omówiono elementy fakultatywne inskrypcji nagrobnych nekropolii prawosławnych wschodniej Lubelszczyzny. Life and death in light of tombstone inscriptions in Orthodox necropolises in eastern Lublin region

The analyzed inscriptions in the eastern Lublin region enable reconstruction of selected essential aspects of the worldly life of the deceased. Викладання діалектології на україністиці в Університеті Марії Кюрі-Склодовської в Любліні

W artykule omówiono miejsce dialektologii w nauczaniu na studiach ukrainistycznych na Uniwersytecie Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie. Przeanalizowano programy studiów w okresie funkcjonowania kierunków: filologia ukraińska i ukrainistyka jako studiów jednolitych magisterskich i dwustopniowych. Omówiono formy kształcenia dialektologicznego, realizowane treści programowe, scharakteryzowano dorobek naukowy wykładowców tego przedmiotu, a także zróżnicowanie grup studenckich pod względem znajomości gwary.У статті обговорено місце діалектології на україністиці в Університеті Марії Кюрі-Склодовської в Любліні. Проаналізовано навчальні програми для спеціальностей: українська філологія та україністика у період функціонування одноступеневої та двоступеневої системи освіти. Обговорено види занять з діалектології, реалізовані програми навчальної дисципліни, охарактеризовано науковий доробок викладачів цього предмета, а також неоднорідність студентських груп щодо володіння говіркою.The article analyses the place of dialectology in teaching in Ukrainian studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. The study programs in the period of the Ukrainian philology and Ukrainian studies as uniform master’s studies and two cycle-studies were analyzed. Forms of dialectological education and programming content are discussed. The scientific achievements of the lecturers were characterized. The diversity of student groups in terms of the knowledge of the subdialect is discussed

Relationship between work environment and burnout syndrome in the example of the financial sector

Wypalenie zawodowe jest poważnym zjawiskiem, dotykającym wiele grup zawodowych a temat prewencji i interwencji w przypadku wypalenia zawodowego jest obecnie często poruszany. Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie relacji między środowiskiem pracy a syndromem wypalenia zawodowego na przykładzie sektora finansowego. W pracy zostały przedstawione mechanizmy, objawy oraz sposoby przeciwdziałania w przypadku wystąpienia ryzyka zawodowego. W badaniach porównano dwie grupy pracowników organizacji o odmiennym profilu działalności. Wyniki pokazują wiele podobieństw oraz potwierdzają schematyczność wypalenia zawodowego.Burnout syndrome is a serious phenomenon that can affect various professional groups. Prevention and intervention in burnout syndrome is currently topical issue. The aim of this work is to examine relationship between work environment and burnout syndrome in example of financial sector. Mechanisms, symptoms and ways of preventing were presented in this paper. During the research two groups, from different organizations, were compared. The research results have many similarities, the results confirmed schemes in burnout syndrome
