Analisis Rendahnya Prestasi Belajar di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang

Prestasi Belajar siswa adalah hasil dari kegiatan belajar yang telah dilakukan dan merupakan bentuk perumusan akhir yang diberikan oleh guru untuk melihat sampai di mana kemampuan siswa yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk simbol, angka, huruf maupun kalimat yang dapat mencerminkan hasil yang sudah dicapai. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (i) Untuk mengetahui gambaran prestasi belajar siswa di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang. (ii) untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang.(iii) untuk mengetahui upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang. Lokasi penelitian ini di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Pengawas Sekolah. Komite Sekolah, Orang Tua dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Gambaran prestasi belajar rendah siswa di SDN 33 Sossok bahwa berdasarkan data nilai ulangan harian maupun nilai laporan pendidikan, mata pelajaran yang dianggap mudah yaitu PAI, Bahasa Indonesia, dan PJOK. Sedangkan yang dianggap sulit pertama adalah Matematika menyusul IPS, dan PKn. Kalau mata pelajaran yang lain ada yang menganggap mudah ada juga yang menganggap sulit. Sekalipun demikian yang dianggap mudah tersebut belum tentu sudah dapat dikuasai sepenuhnya oleh siswa, terbukti masih terdapat rata-rata dua puluh enam persen siswa yang memiliki prestasi belajar rendah.(ii) Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang adalah Minat dan Motivasi belajar rendah, Kosentrasi dalam belajar rendah, Keterarahan dalam belajar rendah dan Perilaku dalam belajar juga rendah, kesiapan anak belajar kurang, rendahnya partisifasi dan support dari keluarga, dan pengaruh lingkungan yang lebih cenderung focus pada hal-hal yang bersifat materi..(iii) Upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar di SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang yaitu melengkapi sarana prasarana penunjang, menciptakan suasana lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dengan kata lain menciptakan kondisi sekolah ramah anak, memberikan motivasi dan bimbingan dalam belajar, mengadakan les secara berkala sebagai tambahan pelajaran bagi siswa, termasuk menjalin komunikasi dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak. Student learning achievement is the result of learning activities that have been done and is the final formulation provided by the teacher to see where the students' abilities are expresssed in the form of symbols, numbers, letters or sentences that can reflect the results already achieved. The purpose of this study is (i) To know the picture of student achievement in SDN 33 Sossok Enrekang District. (Ii) to find out the factors causing low student achievement in SDN 33 Sossok Enrekang Regency, (iii) to know the effort that has been done for SDN 33 Sossok Enrekang Regency. The location of this research is at SDN 33 Sossok Kabupaten Enrekang. The main data sources in this study are the Principal, Teacher, School Supervisor. School Committee, Parents and Students. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method that is: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that (i) the low learning achievement of students in SDN 33 Sossok that based on daily test data value and the value of education report, subjects considered easy are PAI, Bahasa Indonesia, and PJOK. While the first considered difficult is the Mathematics following IPS, and Civics. If other subjects there who consider easy there is also considered difficult. However, those who are considered easy may not be fully mastered by students, there are still an average of twenty six percent of students with low learning achievement, (ii) Factors that cause low student achievement in SDN 33 Sossok Enrekang Regency is Interest And low learning motivation, low learning concentration, low learning disabilities and low learning behavior, readiness of children to learn less, low partisifasi and support from family, and environmental influences that are more likely to focus on things that are material .. ( Iii) Efforts that have been made to improve learning achievement in SDN 33 Sossok Enrekang Regency that is complementary supporting infrastructure, create a school environment atmosphere and a comfortable learning environment in other words create a child-friendly school conditions, provide motivation and guidance in learning, Periodically as an additional lesson N for students, including establishing communication and cooperation with various parties

Potret Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Di Kabupaten Donggala

Di dalam Undang-Undang No. 6 tahun 2014, disebutkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa dilandaskan pada asas transparansi. Kemudian, di dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018, juga ditegaskan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa wajib dikelola secara transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 Desa di Kabupaten Donggala. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriftif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan penyebaran angket kepada pemerintah desa dan badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata tingkat transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Donggala sebesar 94,09 persen. Dengan kata lain, pengelolaan keuangan desa terbilang sangat transparan atau tingkat keterbukaannya cukup ekstensif. Selain itu, hasil wawancara juga menegaskan bahwa pemerintah daerah selalu mengedepankan prinsip transparansi dalam setiap tahapan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Informasi ini bermanfaat bagi pejabat terkait pada tataran pemerintah Kabupaten Donggala dalam rangka memelihara tetap terciptanya transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa yang lebih di masa mendatang

ANALISIS PENCATATAN DAN PELAPORAN KEUANGAN UMKM

This study aims to describe the financial recording and reporting system of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This population is 19,197 MSMEs and the research sample is 27 MSMEs in Palu City. Data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with MSMEs. The data analysis technique used analysis descriptive. The results showed that the majority of MSMEs included in the micro-enterprise group had not recorded and reported financial statements. However, most of the small and medium-sized MSMEs have carried out financial recording and reporting both manually and computerized. Furthermore, most MSMEs have never attended financial management training, particularly financial recording and reporting. Therefore, MSMEs want training and assistance in financial recording and reporting by the government or other institutions. This information is important for the local government and related agencies in the context of counseling and mentoring business management in the future

Implementasi Ktsp Dalam Pembelajaran Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Otomotif Smk Kabupaten Kediri

Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas rencana pembelajaran dan pelaksanaannya yang telah dibuat dan dilaksanakan oleh guru Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Otomotif, Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR), Semester I Tahun Ajaran 2012-2013, SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta serta SMK Berakreditasi A dan SMK Berakreditasi B Kabupaten Kediri. disamping itu juga untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas rencana pembelajaran dan pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan kualitas RP SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta serta SMK Berakreditasi A dan SMK Berakreditasi B berkategori baik dan kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran berkategori sangat baik. Hasil analis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan kualitas RP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran antara SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta serta SMK Berakreditasi A dan SMK Berakreditasi B tidak ada perbedaan kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran adanya perbedaan kualitas RP antara SMK Negeri dan SMK Swasta serta SMK Berakreditasi A dan SMK Berakreditasi B, karena para guru mempunyai pengalaman mengajar yang berbeda, sementara tidak adanya perbedaan untuk kualitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hal itu diduga karena kurangnya kesadaran kewajiban administrasi, atau ada perbedaan pemahaman terkait petunjuk teknis, namun dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran para guru sama-sama sudah menguasai materi, berpengalaman dan berkompeten

PERANCANGAN DESAIN WEBSITE PRODUKSI TOPENG BATIK SANGGAR DEWI SRI DI KREBET BANTUL – YOGYAKARTA Oleh Syamsul Musyafak NIM 07206241020 ABSTRAK Perancangan desain website topeng batik Sanggar Dewi Sri ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan media promosi yang efektif, komunikatif, menarik sehingga dapat memberikan informasi tentang produk topeng batik kepada masyarakat. Desain website Sanggar Dewi Sri diharapkan mendukung pemasaran topeng batik di dalam dan luar negeri. Desain website topeng batik Sanggar Dewi Sri dirancang dengan mengaplikasikan konsep minimalis bernuansa tradisional. Konsep minimalis ditampilkan dalam bentuk format ukuran, jenis huruf dan layout, sedangkan nuansa tradisional dalam bentuk ornamen penghias dan warna cokelat sebagai warna yang dominan. Proses perancangan desain website topeng batik Sanggar Dewi Sri dilakukan melalui enam tahap, yaitu: konsep, media, idea, data, visualisasi, dan produksi. proses pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi foto sedangkan proses analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT yaitu: strenght (S)/ kekuatan, weakness (W)/ kelemahan, opportunities (O)/ peluang, dan threats (T)/ ancaman. Proses visualisasi dilakukan dengan teknik manual dan digital menggunakan softwere pengolah image seperti Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw X4, Macromedia Flash, dan Macromedia Dreamweaver. Tahapan visualisasi yang dilakukan yaitu: pra produksi yang terdiri dari layout gagasan (idea layout) dan layout kasar (rought layout), produksi terdiri dari layout lengkap (comprehensive layout) dan eksekusi / final artwork. Hasil dari Desain website topeng batik Sanggar Dewi Sri ditampilkan dalam 6 sajian menu yaitu: intro, home/ beranda, profile/ profil, gallery/ galeri, product/ produk, contact us/ hubungi kami. Selain itu desain website hadir dengan dua bahasa, yaitu: bahasa Indonesia dan English. Desain website ini mengaplikasikan tema yang diwujudkan dengan warna cokelat kayu sebagai warna yang menimbulkan kesan tradisional, sedangkan komposisi, layout, font mengaplikasikan tema minimali

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The research sample was 63 employees of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Palu. The results of regression analysis show that the work environment, work culture, job satisfaction, and job stress partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work discipline do not have a significant effect on employee performance. The results can be used as a source of information in determining company policies to improve employee performance. In addition, these findings can be used as a reference for further research interested in discussing employee performance

Researchers aretrying to reveal the facts in accordance with the reality. This study does not seek orexplain relationships, not to test hypotheses or make predictions. KRISIS PANDEMI COVID-19: DAMPAKNYA PADA PENDAPATAN DAERAH DARI SEKTOR PERPAJAKAN DAN RETRIBUSI

This study aims to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on regional income from the tax and retribution sector. This research was conducted on 34 provincial governments in Indonesia. The type of quantitative data is the realization of regional taxes and retribution for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years. Furthermore, the data are analyzed using descriptive and quantitative techniques. The results of the descriptive analysis show that during the COVID-19 pandemic there was a decrease in regional income from regional taxes and retribution, which almost occurred in all provinces in Indonesia. Similarly, the results of the analysis of the different test, paired samples t test also inform the occurrence of differences in income obtained from regional taxes and retribution before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. In other words, the existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on regional income from the regional tax and the retribution sector in Indonesia. This information is useful for policy makers in making decisions regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on regional income from the regional tax and retribution sector
