Defisit Anggaran Dan Implikasinya Terhadap Perkembangan Ekonomi Dan Kinerja Keuangan Kabupaten Tebo
This study aims to 1) To analyze the determinants that will influence the budget deficit in Tebo district budget. 2) To analyze whether there is a correlation between the budget deficit with Tebo regency economic development. 3) To analyze whether there is a correlation between the financial performance of the budget deficit with Tebo regency. The method used in this study is a secondary data analysis methods. Based on the results of testing the model regression shows the value of the F-count is high at 12 130. With an alpha of 0.05 df1 = 3, DF2 = 4 obtained F-table at 6:59. so the F-count> F-table. this indicates that the independent variables are jointly significant effect on the dependent variable, so that personnel expenditure, capital expenditure and spending on goods and services during the period 2004-2011 are jointly significant effect on the budget deficit in Tebo regency. Each there is an increase of 1 billion budget deficit, it will cause a reduction in personnel expenses amounted to 4.52 billion Tebo regency. Any increased capital expenditure budget of 1 billion budget deficit will increase by 5.01 billion. Any increased budget allocation of goods and services amounted to 1 billion, the budget deficit will increase by 8.17 billion. the greatest influence on the budget deficit from the budget allocation of goods and services. The results of the analysis of the budget deficit relationship with economic development in Tebo regency during 2006-2010 showed that the budget deficit by using a simple Pearson correlation test has a relationship of -0.07986. These results illustrate that the budget deficit has a negative relationship with economic development. The results of the analysis of the relationship with the budget deficit in the region\u27s financial performance during the period 2006-2010 Tebo regency showed that the budget deficit with the financial performance using tools Pearson correlation test has a relationship of -0.04703. The results illustrate that the budget deficit has a negative relationship with financial performance
The Influence of the Selection System, Training and Job Satisfaction on Employees Performance on PT Lion Air Group of Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu Airport before the Pandemic Covid 19
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membuat Kalimat Tanya Melalui Metode Latihan Pada Siswa Kelas III SDN Bakalan
Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimanakah upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tanya siswa kelas III SDNBakalan melalui metode latihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membuat kalimat tanya siswa Kelas III SDN Bakalan melalui metode latihan. Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap yaitu (1) perencanaan (2) pelaksanaan (3) observasi (4) dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes dan teknik observasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN Bakalan yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 11 orang dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal 55 persen. Pada siklus II banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 19 orang, presentase ketuntasan klasikal 90 persen. Pertumbuhan dan Komposisi Serat Rumput Signal yang Dipupuk dengan Pupuk Hijau Cair Azolla dan Kihujan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pupuk hijau cair azolla dan kihujan terhadap pertumbuhan dan fraksi serat (NDF dan ADF) rumput signal (Brachiaria decumbens).Penelitian menggunakan stek rumput signal, pupuk hijau cairazolla dan kihujan, serta EM4. Penelitian disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan.Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 (tanpa pupuk), P1 (pupuk azolla) dan P2 (pupuk kihujan).Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan tanaman meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, luas daun dan produksi bahan kering, fraksi serat (NDF dan ADF). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk hijau cair azolla dan kihujan berpengaruh nyata (P0,05) terhadap jumlah anakan dan produksi bahan kering rumput signal. Pupuk hijauan cair azolla dan kihujan juga tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan NDF dan ADF rumput signal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian pupuk hijau cair azolla dan kihujan mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan rumput signal khususnya tinggi tanaman dan luas daun, dan cenderung meningkatkan jumlah anakan dan produksi bahan kering.Penggunaan pupuk hijau cair azolla dan kihujan pada taraf P1 dan P2 belum mampu menurunkan fraksi serat (NDF dan ADF) rumput signal

The Role of Indigenous Mycorrhiza in Combination with Cattle Manure in Improving Maize Yield (Zea Mays L) on Sandy Loam of Northern Lombok, Eastern of Indonesia
A glass house study was conducted to evaluate the contribution of indigenous arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi (AMF) in improving maize yield grown on sandy loam of Northern Lombok. The package of organic fertilizers treatments were tested including: without inoculation of mycorrhiza, inoculation mycorrhiza and no added inorganic fertilizers, inoculation of mycorrhiza with cattle manure added, inoculation of mycorrhiza with rock phosphate added and inoculation mycorrhiza with inorganic fertilizers. The treatments were arranged using a Completely Randomized Design with four replications. The results of the study show that the inoculation of AMF significantly increased soil concentration of N, available-P, K and organic-C by 37.39%, 60.79%, 66.66% and 110.15% respectively observed at 60 days after sowing (DAS). The similar trend was also found at 100 DAS, where those nutrients increased by 21.48%, 69%, 43.93% and 37.07%, respectively compared to control. The improving of soil fertility status was also reflected by nutrients uptake (i.e. N, P, K, Ca) as well as growth and yield of maize. N, P, K and Ca uptake increased by 1,608%, 1,121%, 533% and 534%, respectively. Roots and top dry biomass at 60 DAS increased by 718.40% and 337.67%, respectively. The trend increased of the biomass was followed by observation at 100 DAS. Yield components including cobs, grain and weight of 100 grains increased by 313.60%, 411.84% and 137.54%, respectively. Soil Fertility Status And Soybean [Glycine Max (L) Merr] Performance Following Introduction Of Indigenous Mycorrhiza Combined With Various Nutrient Sources Into Sandy Soil
The experiment tested four treatments, namely inoculation of soil with mycorrhiza, inoculation of soil with mycorrhiza and cattle manure, inoculation of soil with mycorrhiza and rock phosphate, and inoculation of soil with mycorrhiza and inorganic fertilizers. Soil without any inoculation was provided as control. The treatments were arranged in a Completely Randomized Design with four replications. Soil fertility status was based on the concentrations of N, P, K, and organic-C as well as soil pH. Plant performance was determined based on its ability to uptake nutrients (N, P, K, and Ca), its growth and yield. Then, the activity of mycorrhiza was measured based on total population and percentage of root infection. Overall, results of the present study showed that, compared with other treatments, inoculation of mycorrhiza into soil and amended with cattle manure significantly performed higher concentrations of N, P, K, and organic-C. This soil condition caused soybean to absorb significantly higher nutrients, grew well with higher yield compared with plant performance in other treatments. Therefore, results of this study implies that the application of mycorrhiza into soil amended with organic matter is promising to sustain soil productivity under soybean cropping system
