Helminthiasis are the common health problem in the develop country. WHO prediction  400 million people had infection of helminthiasis. Soil is the usual media to transmitted helminth to human (soil transmitted helminthiasis). One of the rule worker that has hard contact  to helminth is the brick maker. This activity usual doing with convensional technique. The objective of  this devotion are to knowing helminthiasis prevalence on brick maker in Lambada Peukan Village. The primer data is the count of helminthiasis that get from feces examination in laboratory. This result overgo to promotive, preventive and curative activity. The helminthiasis prevalence in Lambada Peukan is 37,5%. To resolve this problem we doing the preventive and curative activity with giving albendazole preparat and Ferrum. Beside that we also make education activity to the workers. The aim of this activity is to increase need and ability of  the worker  to maintance from helminthiasis. The workers who in participated in this programme had having positive response that they want  to participated in all off this programme.

Background: Hospital is a health care institution that provides public services for patients. It needs computerized information technology, for example, a hospital information management system.Aims: This study was aimed at analyzing the implementation of hospital management information system using the human organization fit model at the Outpatient Department of Sabang General Hospital. Methods: This study was conducted from March-June 2020 using a cross sectional design. The study’s population was the hospital managers, administration staff and health workers at the hospital. The study’s sample size was 106 respondents selected using a purposive sampling. This study used a quantitative design in which the data analysis was done using a spearman correlation test with P-value of =<0.05. The independent variables were the quality of system, quality of information, and quality of care. While the dependent variables included system user, user satisfaction and organization. The data were collected through questionnaire distributed to the respondents. Results: The quality of system did not have a relationship with the system user (P=0.585), user satisfaction (P=0.541), and organization (P=0.256). The quality of information had a relationship with the  system user(P=0.004) and user satisfaction (P=0.000), but it did not have a relationship with organization (P=0.132). The quality of care had a relationship with the system user(P=0.000), user satisfaction (P=0.000) and organization (P=0.000).Conclusion: The Sabang General Hospital, Aceh, needs to improve the hospital management information system with the HOT-fit model, especially the quality of system. They can conduct training for users and provide applicable and attractive manuals. Keywords: hospital, information management system, quality of care, quality of information, quality of system

Background: Endometriosis pathogenesis is related to the inflammation shown by the secretion of pro-inflammatory mediators. This hypoxia condition can stimulate this condition. Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) on the inflammation reaction of endometriosis-induced mice. Materials and Methods: The animals were designated into 3 groups: I) the pre-test group, II) the post-test group receiving the HBOT, and III) the post-test group without HBOT. All groups were subjected to induction of endometriosis by xenotransplantation for 15 days. HBOT was given 30 min 3 times a day for 10 days. The evaluation of the HBOT effect was conducted by examining the endometrial tissue. The inflammation level was evaluated using the Klopfleisch semiquantitative scoring system (index remmele scale), whilst the expression of nuclear factor kappa (NFκB) beta was measured by immunohistochemical staining. Results: The results showed that group I demonstrated the highest level of inflammation degree (9.41 ± 1.99) compared to the post-test groups (group II: 1.60 ± 0.53; group III: 2.42 ± 0.53). The HBOT-groups was found to have the lowest inflammation level compared to the non-HBOT group (p = 0.020). The results demonstrated that HBOT lowered the peritoneal inflammation degree caused by the endometrial lesion in mice. NFκB expression on the post-test groups was significantly decreased, compared to the pre-test group (p ≤ 0.001), with a strong correlation between the NFκB expression and the peritoneal inflammation level (p ≤ 0.001, r = 0.670). Conclusion: HBOT significantly reduced the inflammation level on the endometrial lesion in mice, involving the NFκB pathway. All of the in-depth interviews and FGD were recorded and transcribed. Data obtained were analyzed thematically. Results: Communication between professional caregivers in establishing interprofessional collaboration at the hospital had not been well-performed. Overall, they had not optimally utilized integrated patient progress records as they focused on taking care of their patients individually. They also lacked literacy about the information in the records. Inadequate time in serving patients and the insufficient number of human resources were presumed to hamper interprofessional communication. Conclusion: Promoting interprofessional collaboration and effective communication regularly is required by the hospital management. They also need to evaluate the sufficiency of human resources, especially pharmacist positions. Efficiency defined by optimizing any resources which used to produce an output in a maximal level. Since INA-CBG was applied to hospital payment system, hospital was forced to keep the resources that used for producing process is less than the cost of National Health Assurance. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a ward needed advanced technology. qualified human resources, and high cost. Thus, ICU should be concern about their efficiency. Aim of this study is to measure the efficiency of the ICU at a public hospital. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study was conduct at type A public hospital in Banda Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. We include six units of intensive care such as MICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, NICU, RICU. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is used to measure the efficiency at period 2022. DEA measurement performed by MAXDEA Lite 2.0. Results: ICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, and RICU efficiency score was one (efficient), while NICU was 0,87 (inefficient). Conclusion of the study that MICU, CSICU, ICCU, PICU, and RICU are efficient. NICU are not efficient
