Pengaruh penambahan kalsium karbonat (CaCO3) terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih lobster air tawar (Cherax quadricarinatus)

Lobster air tawar (Cherax quadricarinatus) merupakan salah satu jenis udang air tawar yang banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam budidaya lobster air tawar. Pertumbuhan lobster air tawar terjadi melalui proses moulting dan kalsifikasi, sehingga ketersediaan kalsium di dalam air memegang peranan penting pada saat fase tumbuh tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kadar kalsium di dalam air dapat dilakukan dengan penambahan kapur (CaCO3), sehingga diharapkan udang akan lebih mudah dalam memperoleh Kalsium dari perairan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 23 Februari hingga 23 April 2021 di Laboratorium Pembesaran Ikan Air Tawar Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hewan uji adalah benih lobster air tawar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 taraf perlakuan penambahan CaCO3 ke dalam media pemeliharaan, masing-masing dengan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu A (50 ppm CaCO3), B (100 ppm CaCO3) dan C (150 ppm CaCO3). Wadah yang digunakan adalah baskom sebanyak 9 buah, masing-masing diisi air sebanyak 6 liter. Benih lobster air tawar ditebar dengan kepadatan 5 ekor/wadah, diberikan pakan cacing tubifex dengan frekuensi pemberian pakan 2 kali sehari yaitu pukul 08.00 dan 17.00 sebanyak 3% dari berat biomassa. Parameter yang diamati adalah kelangsungan hidup lobster air tawar selama penelitian.  Data kelangsungan hidup benih lobster air tawar dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan bantuan SPSS.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara kuantitatif kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan A dan B yaitu 87%, kemudian perlakuan C yaitu 80%. Namun secara statistik penambahan CaCO3 tidak memberikan pengaruh (p>0,05) terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih lobster air tawar

PENGARUH PERHATIAN ORANG TUA DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMP

This type of research uses an ex-post facto approach to examine learning outcomes influenced by parental attention through the motivation of learning mathematics of grade IX Junior High School students in Turatea district of Jeneponto district during the covid-19 pandemic with a research sample of 125 students. Data collected using instruments: (1) parental attention questionnaires; (2) learning motivation questionnaire; and (3) tests of mathematical learning outcomes. Data analysis is done with descriptive analysis techniques to describe the characteristics of respondents' scores namely mean, satandar deviation, variance, minimum, and maximum, while to test hypotheses is done with inferential analysis using path analysis. The interpretation results show that: (1) students' mathematical learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by parental attention; (2) students' mathematical learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by student learning motivation; (3) student learning motivation in the condition of the covid-19 pandemic is significantly influenced by parental attention; and (4) student learning outcomes in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic are significantly influenced by parental attention through student learning motivation

Strategy for Improving Quality of Basic Health Services in Selayar Regency

Various efforts in improving the quality of life of public health carried out by local governments have not been effective. The quality of health services in the islands of Selayar Regency is constrained by problems of access, the number of health workers and health facilities. This research method consists of the design of this study using qualitative designs. Data collection was carried out by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants included officials and employees of the health department, health workers at the puskesmas, and the community. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in accordance with the three elements of the strategy dimension, namely objectives, policies, and programs, it could be categorized that the strategy to improve the quality of basic health services in the Selayar regency islands identified was strategy as a plan. Because the strategy as a plan has two basic characteristics, namely to accelerate the actions they will implement to implement programs to improve the quality of basic health services through the Regional Health System policy. And, develop consciously and full of purpose. One of them is by increasing the number of human resources for medical, non-medical and support staff. In addition to improving the quality of health facilities at the primary level (Community Health centers) and trying to maintain the availability of medicines at the health facilities. Improving Skill of Descriptive Writing by Using Think Talk Write (TTW) Method

Di Sulawesi Barat, khususnya di Kabupaten Mamuju keterampilan menulis siswa di tingkat SMP, SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi masih memerlukan perhatian yang besar dalam proses belajar mengajar, hal ini didasari oleh kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam membuat tulisan, khususnya dalam mengembangkan ide dalam menulis dan penggunaan struktur kalimat dan tata bahasa masih salah. Selain itu, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tidak tepat juga mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam mengembangkan tulisannya. Banyak siswa yang masih belum bisa membuat tulisan yang baik dan bermakna. Akibatnya, hasil pengajaran menulis di sekolah belum memuaskan. Dengan kata lain, kemampuan menulis siswa masih kurang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju kelas X berdasarkan pengalaman, observasi dan wawancara dengan guru bahasa Inggris SMK Tiwikrama. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode Think Talk Write (TTW) meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap dalam satu siklus yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju. Banyaknya siswa adalah 30 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa: lembar observasi dan tes. Observasi dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kemampuan keterampilan menulis deskriptif siswa kelas X SMK Tiwikrama Mamuju. Penelitian ini merupakan informasi dan kontribusi yang besar dan berharga bagi para pembaca pada umumnya dan khususnya bagi guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam menulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Diharapkan juga dapat menjadi informasi yang berguna bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mendapatkan ide-ide tentang penelitian ini. &nbsp
