Asymptotic analysis of MMPP/M/1 retrial queueing system with unreliable server

In this paper, we study a single-server retrial queueing system with arrival Markov Modulated Poisson Process and an exponential law of the service time on an unreliable server. If the server is idle, an arrival customer occupies it for the servicing. When the server is busy, a customer goes into the orbit and waits a random time distributed exponentially. It is assumed that the server is unreliable, so it may fail. The server’s repairing and working times are exponentially distributed. The method of asymptotic analysis is proposed to find the stationary distribution of the number of customers in the orbit. It is shown that the asymptotic probability distribution under the condition of a long delay has the Gaussian form with obtained parameters

In situ synthesis, structural chemistry and vibrational spectroscopy of Zn-doped Ca5Mg4(VO4)6

The phase formation of the solid solution Ca5Mg4–xZnx(VO4)6 (0≤x≤4) was studied in situ using differential scanning calorimetry and high-temperature X-Ray powder diffraction (XRPD). XRPD analysis shows the appearance of unavoidable secondary pyrovanadate phases using conventional synthesis methods. The local structure of the solid solution was verified by vibrational spectroscopy. The analysis of the infrared and Raman spectroscopy data allows establishing the main features between vanadate garnets and their isostructural analogs among natural silicates

Smoothing the contradictions between shareholders and managers - the main task of the members of the Board of Directors. That is why the Board of Directors lays down the task of developing a system of prevention and settlement of corporate conflicts. However, it should be noted that in order to solve this problem, the board should not be formal, but actually separated and independent from both the shareholders and managers of. The most “conflict” in the field of corporate law is the relationship, which is on the different interests of different stakeholders. Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” sets a sufficiently rigid canvas, within which can be built into the control system of a particular company. Based on this essential element of the concept of corporate legislation should be to identify the vectors improving the management model proposed by the Federal Law “On Joint Stock Companies” (Legislative Assembly 1996, Legislative Assembly 1995). Such analysis should be conducted for, firstly, the body of each company, and secondly, the distribution of competence between all bodies. Only such an analysis is twofold will create legal prerequisites for the creation of effective interaction of organ systems in Russian companies. In this paper, the results of a numerical simulation of the air flow in the vicinity of a parallelepiped fixed on a plate are presented. The 3D calculations were performed with the ANSYS Fluent software using scale-resolving DES approach. The obtained results are compared with the experimental data and with the results of the previous numerical calculation

Abstract. The article focuses on the essential problem of Russian higher education – the need of high level of students’ background in mathematics in order to accomplish long-term goals of socioBeconomic innovation development. Due to this problem the analysis of the quality of students’ mathematical training in higher educational institutions is provided, the tendency of decreasing of its level is designated, the reasons of this fact are considered. Theoretical and empirical research methods were used in the study. The authors consider the results of students questioning to determine the significance of mathematics learning problems; they specify the quality of mathematical training of Russian schoolchildren according to the mathematical results of the USE, an international TIMSS and PISA researches

The problem of training students of higher educational institutions who are able to use effectively mathematical methods in their professional activities is now more relevant than ever. According to the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, one of the characteristics of qualified graduates is their ability to competently solve professional problems in accordance with the major and level of training, which suggests a qualitative change in the arrangement of training in all its types and forms, including in the conditions of electronic educational environment (EEE). Based on the above mentioned, the aim of the study is to describe and justify the mechanism which comprehensively examines and evaluates the effectiveness of mathematical training of students within EEE. The development of an approach to the algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of mathematical training was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics and integrated data analysis. To implement a comprehensive examination and evaluation of the effectiveness of mathematical training of students in the conditions of electronic educational environment of higher educational institutions, the authors developed a diagnostic toolkit which is a software product based on the method of hierarchy analysis involving groups of criteria and indicators (regulatory and organizational, psychological and pedagogical, software and hardware, communication and personnel). The results of the study can be used in the development of electronic didactic materials to examine the quality of the learning process within EEE
