Assurance of Kapilar's Songs in Ainkurunooru

    Get PDF
It can be seen that many Sangam pieces of literature have a peculiarity that is not present in any of the literature of Tamil. The Tamil community is proud of the Sangam literature. The third hundred of the Ainkurunooru are Kurinjithinai songs. They were written by Kapilar. Apart from the Ainkurunooru, the number of Agam songs he sang is approximately 103. Of these, 97 songs are Kurinjithinai songs. They include the long song Kurinjipattu. That is why he was referred to as Kurinji Kapilar. It is also a book based on ainkurunooru ainthinai distinctions. These represent the grammatical characteristics of moral standing. Morality is the expression of a woman's illicit love of morality, i.e., the union of the minds of a man and a woman without the knowledge of others. The fact that the woman expresses her love for the man to her friend, her friend to the nurse, the nurse to the mother, and the mother to the father, as well as to the brothers, is the study of the best depiction of the state of righteousness in the Sangam age

    Feminism in Periyar's View

Periyar, an Unparalleled Humanist in the Twentieth Century. Earlier his life and philanthropic spirit got trapped in the darkness of intense ignorance and later it brought light to the society to dispel the ignorance of the people. He condemned God, religion, caste, ritual and formality and he root out superstitions. Although many leaders in India emerged to save women from the sufferings, periyar’s ideals were great. Ever since the dawn of human society, men have dominated women in one way or another. Chastity, morals, education, property rights, employment, choosing a life partner etc. in all these things women should have equal rights to men. This article explains that men and women must be treated equally and both should not be superior or inferior. Also, Periyar was a rational thinker all these things in 20 years which would have been taken twenty centuries

Optimal double stopping of a Brownian bridge

We study optimal double stopping problems driven by a Brownian bridge. The objective is to maximize the expected spread between the payoffs achieved at the two stopping times. We study several cases where the solutions can be solved explicitly by strategies of threshold type

Community participation to join the national health insurance in Kuantan Singingi until December 2014 was 30% from all population, and 4% from them were the participant from the informal sectors. The Participant from informal sectors was still little, but the government effort to cover all population before 2019. Many factors related to community participation from informal sectors to join the national health insurance, such as knowledge, attitude, health status, income, cost, and education. This research purposed to determine factors related to community participation from informal sectors to join the national health insurance. This research was quantitative analytical with cross-sectional study design. The population of the research was the informal sector workforce and the sample size was 211 households. Data analysis with univariate, bivariate with Chi-Square test, and multivariate with Multiple Logistic Regression tests. The results showed the informal participants of NHI that did not join the national health insurance about 67.3%. The factors related with community participation from informal sectors to join the national health insurance consist of Knowledge (POR=14.887), Attitude (POR=4.626), Health Status (POR=172.823), Cost (POR=21.594), and Education (7.495). The most dominant factor related to the community participation from informal sectors to join the national health insurance is Health Status after being controlled by knowledge, attitude, cost, and education. Be recommended to the Department of Health in District order to improve knowledge about the importance of NHI programs, assure people to participate in the Membership of NHI informal sectors programs with involving cross sectors; health center, head of village, BPJS Health, and community leaders, the Health Center to cooperate with authorized institutions in conducting the data collection of the poor to be included as participants NHI assisted by the Regional Government. Keywords: Participation of the informal sector; the national health insurance; health status; knowledge; attitude; cost; educatio

Synthesis and functionalization of virus-mimicking cationic block copolymers with pathogen-associated carbohydrates as potential vaccine adjuvants

    Get PDF
We report the synthesis of a family of amphiphilic pentablock polymers with different cationic blocks and with controlled architectures as potential vaccine carriers for subunit vaccines. The temperature and pH-dependent micellization and gelation of these pentablock copolymers can provide a depot for sustained protein and gene delivery. The amphiphilic central triblock promotes cellular endocytosis, good gene delivery and has been used effectively as a vaccine adjuvant. The pentablock copolymer outer blocks condense DNA spontaneously as a result of electrostatic interactions for sustained combinational therapy. This family of polymers with different cationic groups was evaluated based on DNA complexation-ability and cytotoxicity to select promising candidates as DNA-based subunit vaccine adjuvants. Modification of other polymer systems with carbohydrates like mannose has been shown to enhance immunogenicity by activating pattern recognition receptors on antigen presenting cells and increasing uptake in these cells. Here, we report the synthesis of a virus-mimicking pentablock copolymer vaccine platform by successful functionalization of these polymers with mannose through an azide–alkyne Huisgen cycloaddition. The synthesis of a mannoside with the alkyne linker was achieved by a recently reported bismuth(V)-mediated activation of a thioglycoside that proved to leave the alkyne intact. The carbohydrate modification was shown not to interfere with the ability of these virus-mimicking block copolymers to complex DNA, thereby making this family of modified materials promising candidates for DNA-based vaccine delivery

Reconstruction of Over-the-Counter Transaction Settings Based on Legal Certainty

    Get PDF
OTC (Over-the-Counter) Transaction has become one of the alternative choices that greatly benefits to the parties. Problems then arise when the law has been formed by the competent authority, but it creates legal uncertainty due to the regulations that regulate the same things but different contents. The OTC Transactions are regulated in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 22 / POJK.04 / 2019 on Securities Transactions. It is stated that the OTC are included in securities transactions, of which transactions can be done both in the primary and secondary markets. However, the Regulation Number 8 of 1995 does not regulate the OTC transactions. This can lead to the legal uncertainty towards the OTC transaction agents since there are more than one regulation governing the same problem. In addition, a reconstruction is needed for legal protection and dispute resolution related to the OTC transactions. Keywords: OTC transactions, regulatory reconstruction, legal certainty.

Comparative Study of Magnetic Properties of Nanoparticles by High-Frequency Heat Dissipation and Conventional Magnetometry

    Get PDF
The rate of heating of 15 nm uniformly-sized magnetic aqueous nanoparticles suspension by high-amplitude and high-frequency ac magnetic field induced by the resonating LC circuit was measured. The results are analyzed in terms of specific energy absorption rate (SAR). Fitting field amplitude and frequency dependences of SAR to the linear response theory, magnetic moment per particles was extracted. The value of magnetic moment was independently evaluated from dc magnetization measurements of a frozen colloid by fitting field-dependent magnetization to a Langevin function. The two methods produced similar results, which are compared to the theoretical expectation for this particle size. Additionally, analysis of SAR curves yielded effective relaxation time

Formulating Change Management Program to Support ERP Implementation at Weaponry Division, PT Pindad

PT Pindad as one of the State Owned Enterprises in Indonesia, manufacturing the defense and security equipment recently conducting change in their business system by implementing Enterprise Resource Planning in the Weaponry Division. To support the implementation of ERP, it should be accompanied by good change management program. However current change management program seems to ignore the implementation stages features in Kotter 8-Steps. Anticipating this condition, the author suggesting Kotter 8-Steps as a basic framework of research. The findings from FGD and in-depth interview shows that Step-3: Creating a Vision, Steps-4: Communicating Vision for Buy-in and Step-5: Empowering Action had not been done systematically causing the possibility of failure looming large. To support the analysis, STAR Model of organization, Strategy Map, and DICE Framework were being used to fill the void on the Kotter Program. However, PT Pindad had not done Kotter\u27s Step-6 to Step-8 because the change management process was still in the preliminary phase
