This research is based on the result of supervision that has been done in the teacher of Public SDN 007Kampung Baru Kecamatan Cerenti. the weakness of teachers in preparing the learning implementation plan liesin the integration of the material with the method, as well as the media used. Based on the findings of theexisting teachers still use the learning implementation plan which is downloaded from the internet then in editidentity while the contents of the lesson plan is not revised. So that the existing planning sometimes does notmatch what is done in the field. Another problem is the lack of teacher awareness of the importance of a plan inimplementing an action in learning. This research aims to improve the ability of teachers in mempuun learningimplementation plan. Improving the ability of teachers to choose appropriate methods in preparing the lessonplans. From the analysis of data seen In the components formulation of indikators of learning objectives, seen anincrease from 60% on initial ability, to 65% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. In thecomponent determination of learning strategies, there is an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1and more strengthened to 80%. PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI TATA CARA BERWUDHU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan metode demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi tata cara berwudhu kelas II SDN 21 Mattabulu Kec. Lalabata Kab. Soppeng. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SDN 21 Mattabulu Kec. Lalabata Kab. Soppeng. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian untuk proses aktivitas mengajar guru menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I pencapaian proses aktivitas mengajar guru mencapai 65% atau berada pada kategori kurang, pada siklus II kualitas mengajar guru meningkat menjadi 85% atau kategori cukup, dan pada siklus III kualitas mengajar guru meningkat menjadi 93,33% atau kategori baik. Selanjutnya, aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata rata 65 dan meningkat menjadi 86,66 atau berada dalam kategori baik pada siklus III menurut skala deskriptif aktivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan terkait kualitas pelayanan publik bagi penyandang disabilitas di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang dilakukan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Nagan Raya dilihat dari indikator sebagai berikut: Pertama, Tangible: (buktifisik) memberikan kemudahan sesuai kebutuhan dan sudah memadai. Kedua, Reability (keandalan) kemampuan dalam memberikan kualitas pelayanan dengan cepat dan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi. Ketiga, Responsivenes (respon) petugas merespon menangani keluhan masyarakat dengan cepat. Keempat, Empaty (empati) rasa kepedulian petugas kepada disabilitas karena sudah memberikan pelatihan pada program. Kelima, Assurance (jaminan) memberikan sikap sopan sehingga terciptanya kenyamanan dalam program tersebut. Adanya faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan dalam program penyandang disabilitas yaitu belum tersediannya bibit ikan di daerah sehingga harus dipesan, transportasi tidak ada karena kurang anggaran, dan terdapat Faktor pendukung dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan seperti pembuatan kolam sudah tersedia, saat panen ikan di ambil ke tempat, menjaga kualitas air

Many studies have been conducted on da'wah through YouTube, but the researchers in this study specifically analyzed the use of YouTube for preaching from the perspective of millennial society. This study is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data obtained through interviews and documentation of several millennial people who are considered representative in providing information related to research needs. The research findings show that people like to watch da'wah through YouTube and da'wah is delivered effectively, the advantages of YouTube in da'wah are in terms of audio-visual presentation of da'wah, flexible time considerations, and completeness of da'wah material delivered compared to da'wah through video on social media. Apart from the joy of being mad'u in participating in da'wah activities via YouTube, they also conveyed that there was a change in mindset, attitude and behavior after listening to the da'wah messages conveyed.
