    SISTEM MONITORING PALANG PINTU PERLINTASAN KERETA API MENGGUNAKAN BAHASA PEMOGRAMAN VISUAL BASIC 6.0

    Sistem monitoring palang pintu perlintasan kereta api menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 merupakan sebuah sistem untuk mendeteksi kondisi palang pintu perlintasan kereta api. Hal ini merupakan upaya untuk menghindarai kecelakaan jika saja terjadi masalah pada sebuah palang pintu perlintasan ketika sebuah kereta api sedang melintas. Dalam simulasi sistem ini palang pintu yang dimonitoring sebanyak 2 buah. Sistem monitoring palang pintu perlintasan kereta api menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 ini tersusun atas perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Untuk perangkat keras terdiri dari (1) rangkaian power supply yang terdiri dari pembangkit tegangan 5 VDC untuk sistem dan pembangkit tegangan 12 VDC untuk tegangan motor DC (2) Rangkaian sensor keberadaan kereta menggunakan LED dan phototransistor (3) Rangkaian pengolah sinyal yang terdiri dari rangkaian komparator LM324, dan rangkaian schmit (4) Sistem minimum mikrokontroler AT89S51 sebagai komponen kendali (5) Rangkaian motor Dc untuk penggerak palang pintu (6) Rangkaian parallel port untuk komunikasi mikrokontroller dengan komputer, dan (7) komputer untuk monitoring. Sedangkan untuk perangkat lunak terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu program assembly untuk memrogram mikrokontroller yang terdiri dari program utama, program inisialisasi, program baca sesnsor, program kendali, dan program kirim data. Sedangkan untuk perangkat lunak yang kedua adalah bahasa Visual Basic 6.0 yang terdiri dari proses inisialisai port parallel, baca data, olah data dan menampilkan hasil monitoring. Dari hasil pengujian, dapat diketahui tentang unjuk kerja sistem monitoring palang pintu perlintasan kereta api menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 ini. Alat ini dapat bekerja dengan baik yakni dapat menunjukkan kondisi palang pintu perlintasan kereta api baik saat kondisi buka maupun tutup dan untuk kondisi error (bermasalah).     The hypothesis of this study were (1) there is a positive influence on learning achievement automotive interest in entrepreneurship, (2) there is a positive influence on the industry work practices accomplishment interest in entrepreneurship, (3) there is a positive effect of learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together to class XII student interest in entrepreneurship minor engineering vehicles SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014. This research is a kind of ex - post facto research . The population in this study is a class XII student of SMK Piri 1Yogyakarta TKR which is 129 students, with a sample of 98 students. Data capture techniques using methods of documentation, test and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire instrument carried by grain analysis using Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. Anlisis Analysis using partial correlation and multiple regression, which previously conducted test requirements analysis includes tests of normality, linearity and intercorrelations. The results showed that (1) learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (2) The learning achievement of automotive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Achievement industry work practices and a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. This shows that learning achievement automotive (X1) and the achievement of industrial work practices (X2) has the effect of interest in entrepreneurship (Y)

    Supervision is one of the competencies that a school principal must have. When supervision is faced with performance and monitoring the quality of education, it will of course have a different mission from supervision by the school principal. Ki Hajar Dewantara, through his Tamansiswa teachings, emphasized that the aim of education is to guide the growth or life of the child's natural strengths so that they can improve their behavior. The coaching process is a learning communication between the principal and the teacher, the teacher is given the freedom to discover his/her strengths as an educator and 'pamong' in providing guidance to empower existing potential so that the teacher does not lose direction in finding his/her strengths. Among system, Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani, is a spirit that strengthens the communication skills of teachers and students using a coaching approach. Tut Wuri Handayani is a strength in the coaching process approach by empowering (andayani/handayani) all personal strengths in students. Leaders in educational environments should be guides, not prosecutors. The academic supervision process must be based on the intention to guide so that the process and quality of learning provided to students improves over time

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pengetahuan kejuruan terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, (2) pengaruh status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, dan (3) pengaruh pengetahuan kejuruan dan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kejuruan terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014; dan (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kejuruan dan status ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat masuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Prembun Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.     Strategic management is highly essential in governing the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of programs planned by an educational institution. The role of a manager is crucial in directing the course of an educational institution, hence the fundamentals of strategic management theory are imperative. There are three fundamental stages to be undertaken: first, formulation, which involves planning programs aligned with the institution's vision, mission, and objectives. Second, implementation, which concerns how a manager executes the predetermined plans. Third, evaluation, wherein a manager carefully assesses the shortcomings and weaknesses identified during the implementation process, then derives recommendations to improve and continue or discontinue the program. This research aims to explore various comparisons related to the three processes of strategic management that can be applied within educational institutions. The method used to gather data is a literature review, collecting relevant information from books, dictionaries, journals, magazines, and other sources without conducting field surveys

    The quality of education in an educational institution or school will get better. If this is the case, there is an effort to develop, motivate and also strengthen the personal or educational staff at the school. Therefore, there is a term that is commonly known in the world of education, namely educational supervision. This supervision activity essentially aims to maintain, improve and also increase the quality of education in a school. In carrying out supervision activities in a school, there are strategies or methods needed so that these activities can be carried out well. One method used is to carry out strategic management in educational supervision to improve the quality of education in a school. The aim of this research is that researchers want to know the implementation of strategic management in educational supervision activities in a particular school. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a library research approach. This method is carried out by collecting data from several journal articles and analyzing it according to the research objectives. The results of this research show that strategic management implemented in supervision activities in a particular school has a positive influence, for example on improving the quality of education
