Muutosjohtaminen sähköisen hankintajärjestelmän käyttöönotossa : Case: ISS Palvelut Oy

ISS Palvelut on ottanut käyttöön sähköisen hankintajärjestelmän, jolloin tilausprosessi muuttuu manuaalisesta sähköiseksi. Tämän tutkimustyön tavoitteena oli valita ISS Palveluille sopivimmat muutosjohtamisen mallit ja niiden avulla suunnitella ja totetutta toimenpiteet, joilla prosessimuutos saatiin aikaiseksi. Toimenpiteiden ensisjiainen tavoite oli varmistaa se, että järjestelmän käyttöönotto onnistuu. Teoriaosuus perustuu pääasiallisesti Kotterin kahdeksan portaan teoriaan, jonka perusteella suunniteltiin muutosjohtamisen toimenpiteet hallittuun prosessimuutokseen. Kotterin teorian lisäksi toimenpiteisssä sovellettiin Nadler&Tushmanin mallia sekä McKinseyn Seitsemän "S":n mallia. Tutkimus toteutettiin toimintatutkimuksena, jonka mittaamista varten tehtiin kaksi käyttäjäkyselyä. Käyttäjäkyselyistä saatavien tulosten lisäksi yhtenä mittarina käytettiin järjestelmistä - uusi hankintajärjestelmä sekä laskun maksamisen järjestelmä - saatavaa tietoa. Toimintatutkimuksen avulla saatiin merkittävää tietoa siitä, mitkä toimenpiteet olivat onnistuneita ja miltä osin. Tulokset kertoivat, mitä jatkossa täytyy tehdä jotta muutosta saadaan johdettua parhaiten niin, että muutoksen pysyvyys varmistetaan ja uusi, sähköinen hankintajärjestelmä on mahdollisimman nopeasti käytössä koko ISS Palveluissa.ISS Palvelut Oy has implemented a procure-to-pay system which changes the order process from manual to electronic. The purpose of this thesis was to select the most appropriate change management models for ISS Services to plan and take measures to ensure that the change in order process was accomplished. The major purpose of the measures was to ensure that the implementation of the new system was successful. The theoretical part was mainly based on Kotter’s eight-stage theory, which was used to design the methods for a controlled process change for the case company. In addition to Kotter’s theory, the models from Nadler & Tushmanin as well as the McKinsey’s Seven "S" model were applied in the thesis. The thesis was conducted as an action research, which was carried out by measuring thes results from two user-queries Next to the results from the user queries, an additional measure was selected: information from the systems available - the new procure-to-pay system, as well as an invoice-payment system. Action research provided useful information on the methods that really affected on the change and to what extent. The results showed what needs to be done in the future to ensure the overall process change and how best drive the change as fast as possible for the entire ISS Services

Opas kissayhdistysten taloushallintoon

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää Suomen Kissaliitto ry:n ja sen alayhdistysten taloushallinnoissa esiintyneet eroavaisuudet sekä toimintatavat. Kerättyjen tietojen perusteella oli tarkoitus tehdä opas yhtenäistämään yhdistysten taloushallintoa sekä selkeyttämään rahastonhoitajan tehtäviä ja kirjanpidon toimia. Tavoitteena oli tehdä yhdistysten taloushallinnosta yhtenäinen ja toimiva oppaan avulla. Oppaasta hyötyvät opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja Suomen Kissaliitto ry ja sen alayhdistykset, rotukissa- ja rotuyhdistykset. Toimeksiannon perusteena oli Kissaliiton ja sen alayhdistysten kohtaamat eroavaisuudet taloushallinnon toiminnoissa. Opinnäytetyön keskeisiä käsitteitä olivat kirjanpidon peruskäsitteet ja yhdistyksen verotukseen liittyvät käsitteet. Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin kehittämistyönä. Aineiston hankintatapoina käytettiin haastattelua sekä valmiita dokumentteja. Analysointitapoina sovellettiin teorialähtöistä sisällönanalyysia ja dokumenttianalyysia. Näiden avulla pyrittiin saamaan tarvittavat tiedot oppaaseen ja korostamaan oikeanlaista sekä hyvää kirjanpitotapaa noudattavaa taloushallintoa. Kehittämistyön tuloksena syntyi kirjallinen opas yhdistysten taloushallintoon. Se sisältää ohjeita yhdistyksen kirjanpitoon, tositteiden käsittelyyn, rahavarojen käsittelyyn ja rahastonhoitajan tehtäviin liittyen. Oppaan tavoitteena oli olla yksinkertainen ja helposti ymmärrettävä. Opas antaa kattavat perustiedot sujuvaan ja oikeanlaiseen yhdistyksen taloushallintoon.The purpose of this thesis was to trace the types of action and the irregularities in financial management of Suomen Kissaliitto ry and its affiliate associations. Based on the acquired information the purpose was to prepare a guide to harmonize the financial management of the associations and to clarify the actions of the treasurer and the tasks of accounting. The goal was to make the financial management of the associations uniform and functional with the aid of the guide. The commissioner of this thesis Suomen Kissaliitto ry and its affiliate associations, pedigree associations and pedigree cat associations, will benefit from this guide. The reason for this commission was the encountered irregularities in the actions of financial management of Kissaliitto and its affiliate associations. The key concepts of the thesis were the basic concepts of accounting and the concepts associated with the taxation of association. The thesis was carried out as a development work. Interviews and existing documents were used as methods of acquiring the material. Theory-based content analysis and documentary analysis were applied as methods of analysis. These methods were used to obtain the necessary information for the guide and to emphasize the right financial management and good way of accounting. As a result of the development work, a written guide for the financial management of associations was created. It contains instructions for an association's accounting, handling of supporting documents, the processing of financial assets and the duties of the treasurer. The aim of the guide was to be simple and easy to understand. The guide provides comprehensive basic information for the seamless and proper financial management of an association

Evaluering av markörlöst datorseende som ett automatiserat mätverktyg för balansdelen i Short Physical Performance Battery

Fallrisk och fallolyckor är ett stort problem inom den äldre befolkningen. För att kunna förebygga fallskador är det viktigt att identifiera de individer som har en ökad fallrisk. Ett standardiserat test för att kartlägga fallrisk är SPPB testet (Short Physical Performance Battery): ett test för den äldre befolkningens funktionsförmåga. Med en ökande mängd äldre i samhället ökar även behovet av rehabilitering. Distansrehabilitering kan bidra till att lösa detta behov. Ett lovande redskap för att kunna utföra distansrehabilitering är markörlösa datorseendeprogram. Syftet med detta utvecklingsarbete är att undersöka hur ett markörlöst datorseendeprogram, som tvärvetenskapligt utvecklats på Yrkeshögskolan Arcada, upplevs och fungerar vid mätning av balansdelen av SPPB-testet. Forskningsfrågorna är: “Hur lämpar sig det markörlösa datorseendet för att mäta SPPB testets balansdel?” och “Hur uppfattar och upplever testpersonerna automatiseringen?”. 10 respondenter deltog i fältmätningar, varav alla var studerande eller personal på Yrkeshögskolan Arcada. Under fältmätningen utförde respondenterna SPPB testets balansdel framför datorseendeprogrammets kamera, medan de följde instruktioner från en förhandsinspelad video. Material samlades in via ett frågeformulär samt genom observationer gjorda under mätningarna. I resultatet framkommer att datorseendeprogrammet i det här skedet inte lämpar sig för att mäta SPPB testets balansdel, datorseendet uppfyllde inte de förhandsbestämda kriterierna. Automatiseringen upplevdes dock som fungerande, med rum för förbättring. Det finns stora behov för teknisk vidareutveckling av datorseendeprogrammet, samt för att utarbeta en för målgruppen fungerande automatisering av SPPB testet

Psychosocial work environment and emotional exhaustion--Does a service provision model play a role?

Objectives To investigate whether outsourcing of primary health care (PHC) services has affected the psychosocial work environment and emotional exhaustion.Methods Panel mail study 2000-2002 in Finland, 369 PHC employees. Comparison between Southern municipality (SM) after outsourcing PHC services to a not-for-profit organization and three municipalities with municipal service providers.Results Despite the positive development of the psychosocial work environment in SM, emotional exhaustion had increased there like in the comparison municipalities. However, in 2002 emotional exhaustion was at a lower level in SM than in one of the comparison municipalities. This difference could not be attributed to the production model itself but rather to baseline levels and changes in work demands and work resources.Conclusions Outsourcing of PHC services may improve employee health and thus effectiveness of health care if a new service provider emphasizes employee health more than a previous one and is more flexible to improve the quality of the psychosocial work environment.
